Refrigerator and ice maker both didn’t work and we needed both. Parking lot was filthy. Door to room in terrible shape. No trash can in room. Only one wash rag. Overall, the room needed quality maintenance. Toilet leaked on floor and had wrong size seat. High price for what we got. No breakfast. One good thing — I liked the comfort of mattress. Wouldn’t stay again.

We had to go back to the desk five times before they finally made a key that would work. The bathroom had 1/4 roll toilet paper. The tv did not work and they did not fix it. Bathroom was repulsive to the point that I did not sit on toilet nor shower. Entire property and parking was filled with trash

they honored my hotel.com reservation but will no longer honor them . new management. no longer hotel 6 Shamrook hotel now in the beginning of renovations.

According to the front desk, it is no longer a Motel6, management change? No owner? He asked me to cancel this reservation with Expedia. Expedia customer help contacted the motel and refunded my money.

Sink stopper was stuck closed smoke detector disconnected and furniture I wouldn’t let my dog on it was so dirty
