The desk clerk was prompt and happy to help us and fixed the thermostat which was not working properly.. Nice clean and quiet..we would stay there again.

Dog friendly is essential for us. This hotel surpasses all expectations in that department as the grounds are well maintained and vast. There's a pathway to the water. It's lit and a must walk. The gazebo with BBQ and patio furniture is excellent. It's convenient that there's a grocery store directly across the street. Rooms are spacious, clean and well laid out. Suites contain fridge, stovetop and microwave with all dishes and bowls required for meal prep. Showers are well equipped and packed with fluffy towels and hot water. Gym has a gorgeous view of the grounds. Van Houte Coffee machine is a problem. Not the machine, how easy it is to use. Staff are exceptionally helpful. Great location close to stores and downtown.

Avoid avoid avoid. No hot water in my room. Changed rooms multiple times until I got one that finally let me have a hot shower but by then it was 2am. I was promised a credit for my trouble but then was refused it at checkout.
