Dream Hotel

Awful… We just wanted somewhere to put our heads down for the night, nothing fancy. Should have brought a tent and slept in the car park. Absolutely disgusting

Experience was not the best

Very dirty and smelly right from the corridors. The carpets were all dirty and the room was quite dusty. It was just unsafe for us so we had to find another hotel for that very evening and we checked out. The staff member we found was very patient ,he was trying to deal with all the guests making complaints and he remained very calm . Thank you

Totally disgusted. I booked a 3 night stay at the Dream Hotel in Salfords, but disappointed is not even a strong enough word to describe how angry I was. On the website, you have these lovely pictures of this nice hotel and nice reviews but when I got there I literally felt sick to my stomach. I wished I turned around,walked away and never checked in. The building didn’t even look like a hotel, looked more like a cheap brothel. The reception was a little desk with a guy behind it. There was an overbearing smell. The bedroom was dirty, the bedding and pillow cases looked like they had seen better days. Damp marks on the wall and the handle on the window was broken. There was bare electrical wires on the wall. The bedroom smelled like a wet dog had been sleeping in it just before I arrived. And to top it all there was expired milk on the tray. We cut our stay very short after just one night and there was no one we could speak to at the reception in the morning. Would not recommend.
