The family room was perfect for us. Decent living room with 2 couches and kitchen. Loved having a legit electrified toilet seat with bidet and fan. Comfortable king bed. We liked the private sitting area outside and our own parking spot. Only downside was no view in that room.

Beautiful view from the cute little terrace. It’s in a fabulous location near a strip of restaurants that included a wonderful coffee shop (Laura’s) and amazing pizza (Emelia’s). Like the best!!! A short walk for those in shape to the main beach area, pier and restaurants. The room had coffee, creamers, wine glasses, opener, fridge. Unfortunately, it’s furnishings are dated otherwise it would be a 5.

Stayed in the big room with jacuzzi. Very spacious, very nice views. Property is showing its age. There wasnt enough water to fill the jacuzzi, and the plug doesnt stop water from draining. Didnt have blackout drapes, so was hard to sleep with all the light in morning. I would stay again though for the location, but its not a 4 star hotel.

This was a lovely choice for a stay. I had a suite, with living area and balcony with ocean view and bedroom. The bidet toilet was a fun plus, and the space overall was very comfortable. The tv was large and worked great, the couch was comfy for lounging on and the little desk and chair were handy for working. The in-room fridge is a good size and Adele said I could use the kitchen microwave if needed (I didn't). She was super responsive, and White Rock is a great location, especially with walkable dinner options like there are at the Star of the Sea. I hope to return one day!

My husband & I enjoyed our stay. No complaints. Only a couple of suggestion. Having white carpet throughout seemed very impractical as the carpet in our sitting area was very badly stained. We also could not understand why they had a baby gate to go upstairs. Seemed strange and very awkward to navigate with our luggage or parcels. Otherwise the bed was comfortable . Everything was clean. The balcony had a lovely view of White Rock and the ocean.

The view from the balconies of this property is lovely. Unfortunately, there was a puddle of water just outside the sliding door on our room’s balcony. This was strange because we stayed during a hot spell. We had to be careful that we didn’t slip from wet shoes when we came back into our space. The shared living room could have been nice but I wasn’t comfortable there for several reasons. First- in the living room there was someone’s laundry drying on a stand (including underwear) during our two day stay and clean bed sheets strewn on the sofa. Second- there was a layer of dust on the furniture. We were grateful for air conditioning in our bedroom. But the area of our space with the sofa bed had no AC and so it was very uncomfortable in that room.

Adel was very nice and low pressure, self check-in was easy. had my own private parking, she even let me plug my EV into the wall socket, level one, but it got me the extra energy i needed for running into Vancouver and back. thank you, I appreciate your help with the EV and TV :)

Lovely room, spacious, amazing view from our room. Huge ensuite. Bed comfortable. Everything clean and lovely presented. Very relaxing place to stay at. Reservation email with door code was not sent to me... awkward fumbling and waiting to be allowed in. Shower gel empty, shampoo looked extremely old and nasty...had to rummage around downstairs to find other. Temperature of room could not be adequately controlled...awful sleep with room way too hot. No instructions provided with how to use multiple TV remotes... awkward fumbling to use TV. Only one cup provided for coffee...had to fumble around downstairs looking for another cup. Water pot used for boiling water still has some partial water in it...proves cleaning staff not too attentive. Toilet water running when arrive...toilet handle stuck. Noticed this happened again after using toilet... property must have high water bills with constantly running water (combined with overall high uncontrolled heat in room and overall premises).

The room I had needs an air conditioning unit. I could barely breathe being in there during the day because it was so hot. The fan was old and its plug kept dropping from the plug in. So many stains on the carpet I didn’t know if it was dirty or stained. However, view of the water is fantastic.

I booked this propery as a B&B, as the ad was that i found on Expedia. This should of been made clear that it is no longer that. This is no more than a 2 star hotel or whatever it is. There is not much included, no ice machine, no drink glasses, no extra towels,( I had to ask for them and find the closet where they are stored. ). The patio door is very difficult to open, the deck chairs are filthy. The general cleanliness is poor, base boards dirty, the bathroom tile grout needs cleaning, dust bunnies. The free parking is on the street. I would not recommend this place.

This property could be so great, however; it’s not a B&B if the host is not onsite or ever present. Also cats! Wall to wall carpet and an overwhelming stench of years of cat urine. Cat vomit in the entry. The cats seemed to have the run of the place. We used a code to let ourselves in. Glad neither of us had cat allergies, that would have been dangerous. Our room itself did not smell like urine, once you rant the gauntlet hallway the actual room had a great view, was well stocked with waters, muffins, yogurt, coffee. Like I said, the place has amazing potential. Get someone onsite, ditch the carpet and cats and this place is amazing

The views from this room are great. Walkable to the Marine drive for lots of dining options. Room has some amenities, like coffee and tea. The mini-fridge is helpful for snacks. Wish there was an in-room microwave, as the kitchen was not usable. It is really a rented room in a house, as they are no longer operating as a bed and breakfast. Probably would stay here again.

We had reserved a king room with a soaking tub but were sent an email with check in instructions for a different room with a queen room and regular bathtub. There was no staff on the premises to talk to and we didn’t have a strong wifi signal so we couldn’t call or email to ask why we didn’t get the room we requested. Also a bit disappointing that it’s called a Bed & Breakfast but there was no breakfast. And no cream for the in-room coffee. All in all, it was fine but we will probably look for another place on our next trip.

Fantastic location. Karen was quick to respond when we messaged her. The suite could use a little more cleaning (dust on top of the fridge, basebords, etc) but overall, we'd stay there again.

Responsive before our stay but not during. Disappointingly scant breakfast for an establishment that has Breakfast in its name. No breakfast was offered for day 2 of our stay. When I asked for black tea they suggested (pleasantly), that I buy it from the local store and didn’t respond to my multiple requests for more creamer for morning coffee, even though they live right on the premises. Some areas need attention: The window blind cord for the main view window is broken, so can't be raised. Sort of defeats the purpose of the view. Bathroom sink had a leaky faucet, toilet flush gets stuck and the shower is rickety. The room is spacious and has a cute covered balcony. But the overall impresssion was of total indifference to our needs as guests. A disappointing stay that we were looking forward to.

バンクーバー国際空港からはスカイトレインとバスで簡単に行けました。 事前にエントランスのアクセスコードがtextとメールで送られてきて、だいたいの到着時間を知らせると、部屋のアクセスコードも知らせてくれました。この様なスタイルの宿泊は初めてだったので緊張しましたが、オーナーさんの的確な説明で無事にチェックインできました。 部屋はベッドルームとリビングが別々でとても広くて清潔で、窓からは海が見渡せました。 冷蔵庫があり、コーヒーマシン、電気ケトル、浄水ボトルが置かれていて、とても重宝しました。 バスルームはバスタブがあり、使わなかったけどバスローブも用意されていました。 壁が薄いのか、隣の話し声が聞こえて来ましたか、許容範囲範囲です。 坂を下って行くと、桟橋のあるビーチまではすぐです。 近くにカフェもあり、少し歩くと夜10時までやっている大型スーパーもあります。 Blue Frog Studiosのコンサートのために利用しましたが、周辺は夜遅くても安心できる環境でした。 他の宿泊者はテェックアウトの時間に一組見かけただけで、オーナーさんとも一度もお会いすることがなかったので残念でしたが、用かあればtextでやり取りしていたので安心でした。

This was a lovely choice for a stay. I had a suite, with living area and balcony with ocean view and bedroom. The bidet toilet was a fun plus, and the space overall was very comfortable. The tv was large and worked great, the couch was comfy for lounging on and the little desk and chair were handy for working. The in-room fridge is a good size and Adele said I could use the kitchen microwave if needed (I didn't). She was super responsive, and White Rock is a great location, especially with walkable dinner options like there are at the Star of the Sea. I hope to return one day!

We had reserved a king room with a soaking tub but were sent an email with check in instructions for a different room with a queen room and regular bathtub. There was no staff on the premises to talk to and we didn’t have a strong wifi signal so we couldn’t call or email to ask why we didn’t get the room we requested. Also a bit disappointing that it’s called a Bed & Breakfast but there was no breakfast. And no cream for the in-room coffee. All in all, it was fine but we will probably look for another place on our next trip.

Lovely room, spacious, amazing view from our room. Huge ensuite. Bed comfortable. Everything clean and lovely presented. Very relaxing place to stay at. Close to shops, cafes,and bus to train station then train into Vancouver. Lovely and friendly host. Would thoroughly recommend staying here. Many thanks to the lovely hosts with your communication with my booking and stay.

Beautiful view from the cute little terrace. It’s in a fabulous location near a strip of restaurants that included a wonderful coffee shop (Laura’s) and amazing pizza (Emelia’s). Like the best!!! A short walk for those in shape to the main beach area, pier and restaurants. The room had coffee, creamers, wine glasses, opener, fridge. Unfortunately, it’s furnishings are dated otherwise it would be a 5.

The room was clean and spacious with a view of the pier. The property itself was within walking distance of the waterfront and several shopping, dining and bar/brewery locations. I would definitely stay here again!

The views from this room are great. Walkable to the Marine drive for lots of dining options. Room has some amenities, like coffee and tea. The mini-fridge is helpful for snacks. I have only one recommendation for when I may return . It was a B and B and I would suggest some additional items to the breakfast provided . Cheese , meat ( cold slices ) and bread such as coursiant . Not a sweet bread only such as were the muffins . Also hard boiled eggs . Protein needed for the breakfast. Otherwise I shall surely return for the location , privacy . One more item - I do not watch Tv but possibly a few magazines for light reading .

Responsive before our stay but not during. Disappointingly scant breakfast for an establishment that has Breakfast in its name. No breakfast was offered for day 2 of our stay. When I asked for black tea they suggested (pleasantly), that I buy it from the local store and didn’t respond to my multiple requests for more creamer for morning coffee, even though they live right on the premises. Some areas need attention: The window blind cord for the main view window is broken, so can't be raised. Sort of defeats the purpose of the view. Bathroom sink had a leaky faucet, toilet flush gets stuck and the shower is rickety. The room is spacious and has a cute covered balcony. But the overall impresssion was of total indifference to our needs as guests. A disappointing stay that we were looking forward to.

I booked this propery as a B&B, as the ad was that i found on Expedia. This should of been made clear that it is no longer that. This is no more than a 2 star hotel or whatever it is. There is not much included, no ice machine, no drink glasses, no extra towels,( I had to ask for them and find the closet where they are stored. ). The patio door is very difficult to open, the deck chairs are filthy. The general cleanliness is poor, base boards dirty, the bathroom tile grout needs cleaning, dust bunnies. The free parking is on the street. I would not recommend this place.

The room was good and quite comfortable but the host was a bit odd and the sound between rooms transferred a lot. The neighbors had their TV blaring at 6:30 am both nights we were there and I sounded like they were in our room.

Location was great. Easy walking distance to everything. Room was clean but not set up for 4 travellers. (Towels for 2, second bed was pullout couch but no bedding, no pillow cases). It was an OK stay. Just nothing to rave about or blow your socks off!
