We had called ahead when booking to make sure the pool would be open. Yes. Wrong. It was closed for the duration of our stay. We asked if roll aways were available. Yes. Wrong. None available either night. We asked if we could move to another room. No. Supposedly no other rooms were available, even though there were only 14 cars in the parking lot. We tried to cancel our second night to stay elsewhere but because we booked through Hotels.com we couldn’t. Hoop was broken on basketball court. No cookies. Breakfast only went until 9AM and even then they were out of all the pastries by 8:10AM. We typically ONLY stay at RI’s but after this miserable experience we’ll be looking for something new.

It was a nice room. Decent size and good working AC and other appliances. The hot and cold were backwards on the shower so that was kind of annoying but overall it was good. There was not a hot tub like we had been led to believe so that was a bummer and the noise level from the pool and a yappy dog was slightly distracting… But overall clean rooms, a convenient spot, and decent beds.

Everything was better than I expected. Room was very spacious for our family of 5. Kitchen was a plus and very clean. Pool was clean and not too cold. The hot tub was out of service but that was okay cause the heat outside was enough. Staff was friendly. I really hate I didn’t book 2 nights by the time I decided to do so they were completely booked and we had to go to a different hotel.

The decor is dated but our room was clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. The shower was clean and easy to use. The staff we encountered were helpful and nice. Perfect stay for an overnight! Property seems perfect for extended stays as it’s an all suite property including kitchen and full size fridge in each suite. Appreciate the free parking. Convenient location to dining options and shopping. Very happy we chose to stay here when we were in town for Beyoncé’s Renaissance Tour.

Great location and access to shopping and restaurants. I think the people next door were extended stay with lots of pets. My husband's allergies were at a high with all the animals. Someone brought their cat to breakfast. Love the option of pets for people but I think there needs to be some limits and boundaries, like not allowed in the dining area.

The staff was very friendly and the outside of the hotel was well kept. But there was a stale/unchanged air filter odor in our room, plus a lot of cracks and damage to the walls. Just didn't feel like the most comfortable place to spend the night.

The location of this property can’t be beat. Overall it was clean and modern. Our only issue was an odd and strong odor in our 2 bedroom unit. I really don’t know what it was but possibly related to vaping? It was so bad I went to Walmart to buy air fresheners.

Our stay was really great, the room was perfect for my family and it definitely helped having the full fridge/freezer combo and kitchenette they even supplied all the basic cookware and dining necessities to cook and eat your own meals! the amenities in the room blew us away. I will be choosing to stay here anytime im in the area.

There are "several other options" for a hotel in the direct area. Wish I would've known. The price we paid was high vs the quality received. It is very outdated. Our room smelled musty and like a prior guest was a heavy smoker. Furniture in the room was worn, ripped & outdated. Bed / Linens were mediocre at best. Bathroom was also very dated. It was clean.

All in all was good "after check-in" I was told a couple days prior I would get a "call" about early check-in and I did not. I called day of and they said you will get an email-I did not. When I called after they told me that my room "would probably be ready (about an hour and half after) I was told "yes we sent that email your room is ready-maybe there is something wrong with your emai/phone". I was ok with the regular check-in if needed however the information I was given was not what happened and it made planning a bit more difficult. Otherwise stay and room was nice

The breakfast was probably the highlight of our stay. Great location, good food options nearby, the only downside was the room. It definitely needed a bit of updating and when we walked in the air was off and it smelled musty. After opening the windows for an hour it was all good. Would stay again, just needed minor updates!
