We stayed in a suite and it was old and dingy. It felt and smelled like a neglected grandma's house. The carpet was stained, the furniture was old, and the wallpaper was peeling. Beds had old springy mattresses. The utensils in the drawer were all very dirty. There was a sponge but no dish detergent or kitchen towels. Luckily we were only there for one night and already planned to eat out. The only positive was the shower - hot, good water pressure and modern shower head. Would not return.

Overall, it was a cozy and clean boutique hotel. If I would say anything, I did not get a breakfast because I was not able to reach out the venue.

We had a turret room with large windows affording a nice view of the ocean at sunrise (the leaves were off the trees over offseason holiday weekend). Very clean, attractive buildings. We were initially confused about the office location but staff were easy to contact, super responsive and accommodating.
