Séjour au top ! Chambre très grande, spacieuse et propre. Pour la salle de bain, petit plus pour la grande baignoire qui est incroyable (mon conjoint et moi avons pu prendre un bain côte à côte pour la 1ere fois 😂). Personnel au top 👌 et très aimable. Service voiturier inclus avec le parking, petite attention en partant, on nous a laissé un petit sac sur le siège passager avec des bouteilles d’eau et des petits snacks pour la route ! Petit bémol : - Pas de possibilité de regarder des films via des applications comme Netflix, Amazon ou encore YouTube sur la télé de la chambre. C’est dommage de ne pas avoir accès des télés Smart TV.. - petit tour au casino où un employé nous a informé que la mise minimum était de 300€ ! Par conséquent, nous avons vite fait demi tour. Soit l’employé c’est mal exprimé et il faudrait faire attention car cela peut faire fuir de potentiels joueurs ou alors c’est vraiment la mise minimum, je trouverai ça un peu abusé. Sinon je recommande à 100% et nous reviendrons.

Hotel is very nice in a good area. There’s a nice casino next-door. If you want to go play some games I go to Las Vegas a lot the game tour very familiar and easy to play. Enjoyed it. There’s also a mall right next-door.

We have stayed at the hotel numerous times and every stay has been great. Rooms are always immaculately clean, staff are top notch, friendly and very helpful. I must say the hotel staff are absolutely great. Hotel is just across the road from Eurolille station and a very short walk from the grand square. Their restaurants and bars are also extremely good.

The hotel has a casino, a theatre and is in the good condition, but thats about where the 5 stars end, I would say. There is no pool, no proper spa (only two tiny rooms: one steam room and one sauna, fitting maximum two people each) and an option to have massage on the side. Being a family we have booked a suite and had a room with nice views, however there was nothing you could do with a child in this hotel, or anywhere near.. There was just a shopping mall and a busy train station nearby. I think this hotel might be suited for busy businessmen, but not for families, which is what you would expect from a five star. Also there was a terrible smell of sewage each morning in the breakfast restaurant we had no choice but ignore every day while eating our breakfast. Staff at reception and in room service is very friendly but has very limited English, so I found it hard to communicate with them. We will not be back.

This is a great hotel with fantastic staff, is near to the train station so easy walking distance to the train stations, the westfield mall and the Grande Place. Hotel rooms themselves are always immaculately clean, extremely comfortable and spacious. On site restaurants and bars are extremely good.

Very large, clean room with large modern bathroom. The room was extremely warm due to floor to ceiling windows on two sides of the triangular room. Had the air conditioner at the lowest temperature setting and the blinds closed and still couldn’t get the room to a comfortable temperature. Decor is dated. Housekeeping knocked and entered the room several times when we had the do not disturb sign out.

The staff are very warm and welcoming. They made us feel really well looked after and seemed to really care that we had everything we needed. Exceptional service. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and once in the room, it was spacious and comfortable. But The hotel is in a really convenient area - a couple of minutes’ walk from the Eurostar terminal and just ten minutes’ walk to the historic centre.

The first junior suite we had the AC was not working so they put us in another one that worked until it shut off in the middle of the night so they moved us to another suite and the AC worked fine but at 3:00AM we woke up because this load noise started like someone outside our room was grinding a medal wheel. Then it turned off four hours later but happened again the following night. The manager was very nice and tried to do everything he could but I slept maybe 6 hours in total for all three nights we were there.

Nice room, modern style and pretty well-equipped. Feels like a business hotel first and foremost. Bed very comfortable. Our only issue was a leak in the bathroom which they checked out promptly, but. Couldn’t fix during our 1 night stay, do they laid towels to soak up ongoing leak. No room change or compensation offered, which was a little disappointing as the bathroom floor was high shine tiles ie very slippy if wet.

Very nice rooms that are comfy and have a luxurious feel. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station and many shops and restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay here!

All the huge customer-oriented and therefore promising emails in advance did not make them happen at check-in. Disinterested and detached. Why do they ask in advance the reason for my stay, if they don’t come back to it at check-in? Why do we have contact in advance about electric charging, when they don’t come back to that when checking in?

I loved everything about this hotel except the food and dining. Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in and so they encouraged us to go to bar for food and snacks where we waited 30 min and had to ask for a server twice before being told he was busy and the only server (despite having at least 5-6 staff at check-in desk). I also ordered room service with their app as instructed inside room and never received it. We ordered champagne and caviar two hours before a night out and didn’t receive it, and ordered breakfast the next morning three hours before check out and didn’t receive it. When I called about both it seemed like they could have cared less. The staff at the reception desk, however, were very hospitable and accommodating.

C’est notre deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel pour profiter de la grande braderie de Lille. Toujours un très bon acceuil, le personnel s’est occupé de garer ma voiture et la livrer devant la porte pour nos déplacements, c’est très agréable. We did book this hotel on the eleventh hour due to o booking error that we made in the original place that we were supposed to be staying. The reception staff were wonderful, friendly and very helpful from check in to checkout. The rooms are extremely comfortable, a large size, good climate, very comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was very clean, stocked well with a supersized bath tub and fabulous rainfall shower. (I was torn between bath or shower but managed to enjoy both during my stay) The tv also had English channels which in our eye was a bonus. I highly recommend staying for breakfast, the food is delicious which a huge choice of continental dishes as well as hot and cold buffet items for American and British tastes I do recommend visiting the bar, very professional bar tenders, and managed to while away the time in our final hours here. High recommended
