Amazing stay, everyone was very welcoming and room my girlfriend and I were very happy with. The simple syrup and sparkling water was a great touch especially being my girlfriend and I don’t drink. The only complaint was the noise outside in the morning being we like sleeping with the windows open. Other than that the gym was great and couldn’t be happier with our stay thank you.

Great location. East walk to Marienplatz. Staff came out to greet us and took our bags up to our room while we were checking in. They also suggested areas of interest close by that we might want to visit which we did. We were upgraded and our room (620) had a great view. Walk in wardrobe with plenty of room and a safe. They even provided a power adaptor in the room which was a nice touch for overseas travellers. Our train was cancelled and after checking with DB were told to use our existing ticket and get on another train. We still weren’t confident with this advice so checked with the hotel staff who assured us this was correct. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Munich.

Cortiina was a lovely central hotel in Munich. It did have a more boutique feel and was catered as such. We had a suite that had a queen bed and 2 single beds for our teenager sons: the sleeping space was separate, but the space for the boys was quite tight. The living room is large and spacious but the furniture is old and in bad need of updating. We had breakfast included in our room and there was a wide selection of food available. The hotel has a very well equipped gym, providing water and towels. It is a couple of blocks walk to Marienplatz and Old Town. There are only a couple of things I would mention: the hotel is not all in one block, so you may have to exit the main block to have a different entrance to your room. I would also like to self laundering facilities, as it does lend itself to a longer stay. Front desk organised a pick up transfer to the airport for a fee. All in all very happy with the hotel.

Great Hotel! Amazing staff as they responded to all request quickly. They even help me find a nail salon close by. VIP room upgrade was amazing! Very clean hotel, amazing gym considering the area. Very quiet, close by all shopping and dining in Marienplatz.

Jeg hadde ved en feil bestilt enkeltrom i stedet for dobbeltrom. Dette klarte imidlertid hotellet å ordne. Hvilket jeg var veldig tilfreds med. Som ved forrige opphold hyggelig betjening, behagelig hotell, fin bar, helt grei frokost. Fint med valet parkering.De hadde endatil ladet opp min hybrid-bil. Sentralt. We stayed in a two bedroomed suite. This was next door to the hotel and has an apartment feel. well thought out and well designed. Spotlessly clean and very relaxing. The staff were helpful, friendly and polite. The location is really good and very walkable. Great restaurants nearby . We cannot wait to stay again.

Mostly style with very little substance. Extremely social media ready with how beautiful it is but lacking in substance. I stayed in room 405 which had to have the most dangerous shower tub I've ever seen. I guarantee someone has fallen in the shower tub because of how high it is and how there is no mat on the floor of the shower to prevent sliding. The blinds are terrible for keeping out light. I had to move rooms because the first one's climate control was not working. In the first room I had a bed that was only ONE bed and not the two couches pushed together in room 405. Also - the shower has a small piece of glass to keep water from going on the floor. Why am I paying close to 300 euro a night to sleep in a room with two twin beds together and a shower that is dangerous and you have to be conscious about keeping the water in. The breakfast was comical- I've never seen smaller avocado toast in my life. The staff was very nice but even they were complaining about how complex the thermostats were in the room and how they couldn't find workers in Germany so they had to work more. Very disappointing experience for the price. I definitely will try to stay at a different hotel in the future.

Radiators are controlled by the AC from reception, tried to have it turned off but something was wrong, my room was 29C! Not a comfortable nights sleep. Hotel itself is very smart and nice and would recommend. Fantastic location

Check in was a breeze, everyone was extremely friendly. Our room was ready early which was nice. Staff walked us to our room, unexpected and lovely!! They gave us a great tour of the room so we knew how to use all the electronics. The bed was comfortable, loved that the windows opened wide for lovely evening breeze. Perfectly located just off Marienplatz. Nice cafe across the street for morning lattes and croissants. Only complaint is that the shower is awkwardly designed and the tub is high to step into, but this seemed to be the standard at all 3 German/Czech hotels we stayed at. Loved the free large bottle of water daily and the afternoon drink mixes left in the room by housekeeping.

I have been at the hotel before and had a room in the main building. This time not. The room was in an annex couple of buildings away, smelled horrible in the corridors and the room was build, interiored by some farmers boys, cheaply, over heated ( AC was not able to use) and small of size. Stay away of this hotel becuase of the rooms.

Clean, modern, spacious double deluxe room for 3 of us. Had a small kitchenette which was convenient, and a walk-in closet provided ample storage. I really appreciated how quiet our room was, and that it had a sliding door you could open for fresh air. Personally, I also liked the lighter/thinner blankets, and flatter pillows, which were perfect for me. Area is super walkable with everything close by.

Terrific stay in Munich at The Cortiina. We are a family of five with two rooms and were very comfortable and happy. Super helpful staff that went above and beyond with a piece of luggage that was lost by our airlines. And great restaurant reservations and car services. 5 stars!!!

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the service experience left a lot to be desired. During our stay, we faced racist attitudes from some of the staff. On the first two nights, we tried dining in the hotel, but the behavior of the dinner staff made us uncomfortable, and we stopped eating there afterward. At breakfast, one of the servers was extremely rude — as soon as I opened the menu, she told me it was too busy and she didn’t have time to wait if I was still deciding. In reality, I was ready with my order and had only opened the menu to quote the exact dish name. Additionally, one of the reception staff members (a short man with a beard) was not only unhelpful but also rude and displayed discriminatory behavior. Accessibility is also poor, with very high bathtubs that are not convenient or safe for everyone. While the location and room comfort were good, the discriminatory attitudes and poor customer service overshadowed the positives.

We have travel to many places around the world, but have never experienced the level of outstanding staff service at this Hotel. Can say enough about it. They all went above and beyond. The rooms was beautiful and very very clean. Can’t ask for a better location, it is within walking distance to everything. Would got back in a heartbeat! Thank you!

I arrived a little early and was greeted by an amazing staff at the front desk. Miss B, was wonderful, got me set up and gave me recommendations for local restaurants. They got me in early and the solo/single room was perfect. It was not too small. Very clean, and a great cleaning staff. The AC/ heat worked great too. The hotel is right outside Marienplatz, 5 minute walk, and 3 minute walk from a Rew grocery store. The bar and restaurant in the hotel was so good, staff was even better! I can’t say enough good things. This was my first time traveling solo and this place made me feel so comfortable.

The property and staff were amazing we were on the 2nd floor with a view down the alleyway straight to the Hofbrau Haus, the hotel is walkable to almost anything you would need. Only a few minute stroll to the Marienplatz and the Bahn station. The bakery just across the street was amazing as well.

The location is perfect! Minutes from Marienplatz and right next to many restaurants and downtown attractions. Getting around is very easy as it’s about 3 minutes walk away from the subway. The breakfast quality is good with many selections and attentive staff.

The location was excellent. Many of the well known plazas and churches were a 10 minute walk. The Hofbrau is a less than five minutes from the hotel. Marienplatz and the Viktualienmarkt are very close and worth the visit. The electrical switches in our room were a bit different. As you leave, the power is cut to all the lights for energy saving purposes.

Wonderful hotel. I arrived at 9 a.m. from overnight flight & they worked diligently to get me an early check in...after I ate a wonderful breakfast. The upgrade was awesome, I received a 30 € food credit & had a wonderful night's sleep. Only negative is that as wonderful as the breakfast was I don't think it's worth 35€.
