Nice property. There was a wedding party going on in a neighbouring building when we were there. Seemed like the wedding party had rented out the cabins so we weren’t bothered one bit being in the main hotel. We made use of the pool and had take out Poutine near by at the Dairy Bar. Not walking distance to anything substantial but the walk around the lot is enjoyable.

We had a 2 bedroom chalet. It was beautifully decorated and plenty of space. 1 eoom had 2 single beds and the other room had a queen size. Very comfy. The gazebo was a nice touch. Was able to sit outside until the mosquitoes came. Grocery store close by as well as restaurants. Outdoor swimming pool was heated. I would absolutely book them again.

Good location. Hotel area quiet but poorly insulted. Plenty of light came thru space in door frame and could hear all noise in hall clearly. Fortunately not many around. Room clean. Bed too soft for preference.

We stayed in the hotel part of the facility. The rooms are very small as pictured but very nicely decorated and updated. I didn't realize "breakfast" was included but it's very limited to breads, bagels to toast, cold cereals, fruit, juice, and coffee which is fine, just wanted to put it out there.

I'd love to give the chalets a higher rating but they are really needing updating. We've stayed in three recently and then a few times when the area was first built. The mattresses I'd guess have never been updated and the furniture is all showing a lot of wear. The couch seat pillows had no foam. The stove and fridge also very old. We stay in a lot of places like this, so I understand they are cottages. That said, for the price, they should be updated and there should be proper shower heads with water pressure. Tracadie is a lovely area to visit and the staff are very nice. Someone should demolish the creepy empty castle that's been there for over 20 years that is just off the property.

Our stay was great. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and the grounds were lovely. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the room was very small and an awkward shape. There was inadequate hanging space for clothes, no fridge and only one little bedside table which was too far to reach. Overall it was a great place to stay and would stay there again

We accidentally locked ourselves (forgot key in room) and it took us over an hour to reach security staff to open our door. The phone in the lobby was defective thus we had to ask other guests to access their room phone to contact a security guard who took 15 minutes to get there. When we explained to the hotel receptionist the next morning that the phone in the hotel lobby did not function properly she dismissed our complaints and by no means did she take us seriously. She was almost rude and insulting as she basically told us that there was never a problem with the lobby phone in the past. Breakfast was terrible unless you don’t mind carbs and gluten.

Nous avions réservé une suite et l’expérience a été franchement décevante. Aucun divan, seulement une salle de conférence impersonnelle, des tapis malpropres et une salle de bain dont la chute ne fonctionnait pas. À notre arrivée, le comptoir était déjà fermé et nous avons dû demander à un ami de récupérer nos clés, car aucun service n’était offert après 22h. Pour ajouter à la déception, on nous a facturé un late check-out. À ce tarif, nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux. Les chalets, en plus d’être moins chers, sont nettement mieux équipés et accueillants. La chambre était dans un état lamentable et innaceptable.

Breakfast is seriously lacking, cereal or bagels, really needs more choices at minimum eggs and bacon. Other than that honnestly it's a great little place with a great vue and right next to downtown Tracadie but tucked away near the ocean
