Everything about this accommodation was amazing. Check in was quick and efficient with a little welcome package of soft drink, milk and beer and greeted by Marco and his beautiful little dog. The room is clean and comfortable with the softest of softest sheets and an awesome triangle bath. With a little kitchenette. Westfield shopping centre and shops are a short walk up the road and public transport is easy to get around. Getting the bus to the accommodation is easy and cheap. It’s also not too far a walk from the city.

Really enjoyed our stay here, would stay again! The location was perfect, the Riccarton mall just a small walk away and Riccarton shops really close. Room was clean, every service was spotless. There was no Heatpump which is just a personal preference (not a big deal) but the room had great air flow and the heaters were perfectly fine. Quiet area, good tv reception & great to have Netflix for when I was there. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!!

Nice, clean and tidy. Very close to shopping mall. Late check in was no issue. No air-conditioning or fans in the room. Summer time would be hot I imagine. It was ok for a couple of nights stay.

Excellent five nights stay, very attentive owner Marco who looked after us well. Friendly dog, Skittle, was a hit with our two young children. Spa bath was a bonus! Would stay again.

Liked the complimentary beverages and overall stay was good for price. Spa needs upgraded didn’t really work and skirting boards behind bedside table were very dusty when pulled out to plug in phone charger 🙂

The owner gave us some drinks to take back to our room which was very nice! The aircon/heater on the wall did not work but a heater was provided. Very eco friendly, very nice :)

The staff were really accommodating and helpful and our room was well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Free onsite parking was a bonus in a city location.They even retrieved some coats we accidentally left in the wardrobe - thank you, once again.

This hotel was very centrally located and had specious rooms. The Riccarton Mall was within walking distance and had many stores, restaurants and even a grocery store. The hotel room had a kitchen and it was easy to cook meals.

Great family friendly accommodation, the hosts are very accommodating even letting us store bikes in their garage. The rooms were cleaning and tidy, the shower had great pressure and the beds very comfy. Overall a brilliant stay!

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside it was very clean and comfortable. With the windows closed the unit was very well insulated and we couldn't hear traffic noise, which was great. The property is starting to show its age however was impeccably clean.

Located near Riccarton Mall. Easy to drive to & also close to bus stops if you need to use public transport. Plenty of eateries nearby. Apartment was on the small side but tidy & quiet (we were upstairs at the back of the property) & okay for 2 people for a short period of time but would be a challenge if you had a lot of luggage or wanted to hang up clothes. Comfortable bed & good range of plates, cups, cutlery etc. Even had salt & pepper which was useful when preparing meals. Bathroom amenities were basic (hand soap & combined body wash/shampoo only). Overall basic accomodation for the price but a good choice if you are looking for a motel within walkable distance to Riccarton Mall.

Very close to market and shopping mall. I love having a sitting area and kitchen when traveling g. I would suggest that the couches need attention. There is no support in them, you sink in the cushions. Would stay there again without hesitation.

We had booked a 2 bedroom exwcutive apartment for a family of 4. When asked Marco ( the property manager) whether there was any road noise, he suggested (and offered) that we stay in a 2 bedroom townhouse as it was very quiet and away from traffix noise. We accepted the townhouse as we didnt want any noise during the nighttime. Overall it was a comfortable stay. The townhouse is older than I expected and compared to the apartment that I originally booked. Beds were comfortable, but felt like some of the edge springs might have been broken as there was no support if layed on the edge, otherwise very comfortable and clean. Shower had a very low disappoiting pressure and was also leaking a bit, otherwise clean shower box. TVs need upgrading as they seem to be too old and very dim to enjoy anything. Curtains and drape need a refresh too. Also would suggest one additonal mirror somewhere other than bathroom. This could be a life saver when travelling with 3 girls.

The manager Marco was very helpful and went out of the way during checking. Communicated via messages to see if anything was needed. Stayed for 4 nites with family. We felt the quiet apartment was a home away from home with all amenities. Close to mall and convenient for shopping and restaurants. Will recommend anyone to stay here . Will definitely return. D. Free onsite parking was a bonus in a city location.They even retrieved some coats we accidentally left in the wardrobe - thank you, once again.

There's always a slight hesitation in booking unknown economy accommodation in an unfamiliar city. Our weekend in Christchurch was undoubtedly enhanced by staying in this really pleasant motel. The staff were really accommodating and helpful and our room was well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Free onsite parking was a bonus in a city location.They even retrieved some coats we accidentally left in the wardrobe - thank you, once again.

Our favourite motel in Christchurch. You can tell the owner takes a lot of pride and effort in maintaining his rooms. Few minutes walk to Riccarton Mall, so no need to find parking while you shop.

Located near Riccarton Mall. Easy to drive to & also close to bus stops if you need to use public transport. Plenty of eateries nearby. Apartment was on the small side but tidy & quiet (we were upstairs at the back of the property) & okay for 2 people for a short period of time but would be a challenge if you had a lot of luggage or wanted to hang up clothes. Comfortable bed & good range of plates, cups, cutlery etc. Even had salt & pepper which was useful when preparing meals. Bathroom amenities were basic (hand soap & combined body wash/shampoo only). Overall basic accomodation for the price but a good choice if you are looking for a motel within walkable distance to Riccarton Mall.

This hotel was very centrally located and had specious rooms. The Riccarton Mall was within walking distance and had many stores, restaurants and even a grocery store. The hotel room had a kitchen and it was easy to cook meals.

The manager Marco was very helpful and went out of the way during checking. Communicated via messages to see if anything was needed. Stayed for 4 nites with family. We felt the quiet apartment was a home away from home with all amenities. Close to mall and convenient for shopping and restaurants. Will recommend anyone to stay here . Will definitely return. D. Nice motel. But I was given a wrong room type than I booked. Then I was put in another room with what was meant to be a jetted tub but at night when filled tub up, there was a little sign saying jets decommissioned. So that is misleading under new Zealand cga . I booked a jetted tub room, not a normal room or just bathtub room. Staff should have stated this to me at check-in but failed. So 2 things that ruined my experience. Executive motels don't mislead and they don't put guests into wrong rooms. I might report this to govt for breaching cga and taking money for a misleading room. I should have got a refund or discount by the hotel. Best you contact Expedia and correct your false advertising. It's a shame because it's a nice motel otherwise. As a premium member, stayed hundreds of places. Customer service and correction of errors on a small business should be easy. Also your in room book with info is so outdated,. Please change management if this is how you run an Executive motel
