Most peaceful and restful time spent here the outdoor pool is amazing

Hotel has great amenities and even though only a 4* - holds standards higher than so many 5*s I’ve been to.

The hotel was wonderful, much beautiful than expected! It was very clean and had a nice cozy athmosphere. The design was elegant, modern and decent. It showed they really care for details and service. From the begining, at the reception we had such warm welcome. Everybody working there are so friendly. More than an hotel it was like a resort for me, like a family resort. We used the amazing pool on the roof to relax with the mountains in front of us, it was a dream! We also played tennis insde the hotel which was so much fun! There were other games as well on the bistro and upstairs for the kids. There was so much to do, you will never get bored! Even staying in the room was a delight, because we had the Double Room with balcony and the view was amazing! Abou the price it was worht it, it is not cheap but I think for the service you get the prices are fair and affordable. We went for ski vacations in April with my teenage son, and I loved that the cable car to the top of the ski mountain was next to the hotel and the rental shops where also there. The hotel has a room to save all the ski equipment, that was very helpful. They also offer activities but we had not much time for them, as we where the whole day on the ski mountain. The food was great, so we had no need to eat anywhere else. I learned that the hotel belongs to a family and I think that is why eventhough it is big it still feels like a cozy friendly place to stay. Loved it!

A great hotel for families and skiers. We loved the outdoor heated pool and spa area. The food in the restaurant was good. However it seemed like they could do with more restaurant staff. As we always had to wait a while for someone to take our order. The staff worked hard but there just wasn’t enough of them. We were there apparently during a busy week due to half term. No one really explained the seating arrangements at breakfast, but we got asked to move a couple of times which was weird, and made us feel awkward. I still don’t understand why we were asked to move as the lady didn’t speak English and unfortunately my German is very limited. We loved how close the hotel is to the gondola to go up to ski. Literally just 20 meters from the hotel entrance. The interski rental place is attached to the hotel. We liked the tennis courts. The room was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable. I felt that the hotel was reasonably priced for what you get, and I would go back.
