Laborious check in on line with a digital key required. Single room overlooked and inner courtyard and was dark, uncomfortable bed with one soft pillow. Refurbished bathroom was good though. Minimalist approach to interacting with guests! Breakfast was put out and guests were left to it, nothing was replenished. Soul less breakfast room with no windows. Poor coffee, no orange juice no croissants of any description. Courtyard downstairs is a mess. Pictures are not representative! Room should have been 60 euros not 109 euros.

Services are good. Very friendly and accommodating. me and my friends enjoyed our stay in the hotel we felt welcome cleanliness is okay. Good breakfast and if every I come to Switzerland with my friends again we will surely stay same place at Gasthof zur Waag. Thank you Dominic and Toby and the rest of the staff.
