La Boussole "Bon emplacement mais je ne conseillerais pas ce logement 🙂 La situation géographique 🙁 Problème volet d’une chambre qui est resté fermé durant le séjour impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre trop proche du lit , donc pas possible d’aérer la pièce Souci pour se garer car pas de place de parking prévu pour ce logement.La vaisselle était sale et lave vaisselle difficile à ouvrir Le problème concernant le volet avait été signalé mais pas de retour."

La Boussole "Redelijk, jammer van de kapotte dingen. 🙂 Het uitzicht was erg mooi, maar soms ook veel stank uit de haven. Locatie dicht bij het centrum, en strand. Appartement was mooi ruim voor drie personen. Prima schoon bij aankomst. Jammer dat er veel dingen kapot waren. 🙁 Diverse dingen kapot, afwasmachine, afzuiging douche, raam grote slaapkamer ging niet dicht, en zonnescherm kamer. Melding van gemaakt , kreeg tape mee voor het raam, van de rest niets gehoord."

L'appartement est très bien situé. A 3 min à pied de la plage de Juno beach et 5 min du centre ville (par les tunnels des immeubles). Les deux loggias sont très agréables. Nous avons séjourné en avril et nous n'avons eu aucun soucis pour nous garer. Point d'amélioration : - un peu de vaisselle supplémentaire - un 2eme jeu de clefs serait appréciable (quand les parents partent en balade, les enfants sont obligés de rester dans l'appartement).

La Boussole "Nice apartment We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is fantastic with nice views from both balconies and within walking distance of the town. We misread the check in directions but Sebastien was extremely helpful and patient with us. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We have stayed in Courseulles before and it is a nice seaside town and is well located to visit the D-day beaches and memorials."

La Boussole L’appartement est très bien placé, juste à côté de la plage. L’appartement est spacieux et bien équipé, silencieux. La propreté n’était pas impeccable : poussières, calcaire dans bouilloire et machine à café, vitres (salissantes en bord de plage…) mais cuisine et sdb propre c’est l’essentiel ! Cela ne nous empêchera pas de loger de nouveau dans cet appartement spacieux et fonctionnel si nous revenons à Courseulles sur mer !

La Boussole "C'est vraiment décevant de constater l'état de ce logement. Non seulement il est extrêmement sale, avec de la vaisselle non lavée et de la poussière partout, mais en plus, plusieurs prises de courant sont défectueuses. Cela rend certaines installations de base, comme l'utilisation du micro-ondes, impossibles dans la cuisine. De plus, l'absence de connexion wifi dans le logement est tout simplement inacceptable à l'heure actuelle (la livebox ne fonctionne pas). Pour finir, le fait qu'une chambre entière n'ait pas d'électricité, avec une lumière non fonctionnelle et un volet roulant électrique bloqué, rend cette pièce pratiquement inutilisable. En somme, cette expérience de location a été extrêmement décevante et inconfortable, et je ne peux pas recommander ce logement à quiconque."

La Boussole "Très bon sejour. Appartement idéalement placé, proche de tout a pied. L'appartement est fidele à la description, spacieux et clarteux ( nous etions 4 adultes et 2 enfants ) la presence du lit bébé est un vrai plus . Seul bemol, le tarif du ménage, L'appartement était propre dans l'ensemble mais nous avons dû relaver de la vaiselle car presence de miettes, et le bac de l'aspirateur était plein . Sinon je recommande ce logement."

Parfait pour 4, un peu petit coté literie pour 5!Dégat des eaux dans l'entrée non mentionné!Chauffage non mis dans les chambres, très froid à l'arrivée!! Protèges matelas sales et recouvert de cheveux ici et là! Sinon, bien situé et plutôt agréable.Chauffe-eau bruyant, nécéssité de mettre des bouchons d'oreille pour dormir.. Et pas de détecteur de monoxyde de carbone alors que le chauffage est au gaz!!A part ça, c'était ok. Merci!

La Boussole "Bien dans son ensemble. 🙂 Bon emplacement. Appartement correct. Belle vue sur le port. 🙁 Il faut tout payer en extra, draps, torchons, etc. Ceci est vraiment désagréable. On devrait donner le vrai prix, tout inclus. Le dépôt de sécurité de 450$ est prélevé sur la carte de crédit avant notre arrivée et sera apparemment remis plusieurs jours plus tard… ceci aussi est désagréable."

L'appartement est très bien situé. A 3 min à pied de la plage de Juno beach et 5 min du centre ville (par les tunnels des immeubles). Les deux loggias sont très agréables. Nous avons séjourné en avril et nous n'avons eu aucun soucis pour nous garer. Point d'amélioration : - un peu de vaisselle supplémentaire - un 2eme jeu de clefs serait appréciable (quand les parents partent en balade, les enfants sont obligés de rester dans l'appartement).
