From a quick glance the room was fine and looked good. But once you started using the room, it's flaws came out. After my first night I went to take a shower and the shower floor was stained brown and there was someone else's hair in the shower and by the toilet. I informed the front desk of this when I could and left for my daily activities. Upon return, the hair by the toilet was clear up, but some that was in the shower wasn't. Metals in the accessibility shower were rusted as well. Overall could be much better

The staff was lovely and hospitable. I had to leave every morning before breakfast at 6:30 but yogurt, juice and apples were available. Coffee was always available in the lobby. The hotel is old but functional. Great location close to the airport and Lackland airbase.
