A really great find. Compared to other hotels around Van this is by far the best. Clean and comfortable rooms, great location, and gym facilities are top notch. Gym does get very busy even at 6am, and parking is very hard to get during busy times. But aside from that, flawless. Ended up extending my stay. Will definitely return.

It’s clear that a lot of thought and investment went into the property. However, a couple of major issues made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep during my stay in Room 508: * Bathroom exhaust fan noise: I couldn’t find a switch to turn off the bathroom exhaust fan. If there is one, please let guests know where it is located. The continuous fan noise disrupted my rest throughout the night. * Phone screen lighting up at night: The bedside phone kept lighting up on its own every few minutes overnight. Even when I covered it with a pillow, light leaked from the edges and disturbed my sleep. Additionally, I would suggest opening the windows to ventilate the rooms more frequently between guests. It is obvious the hotel has great ambition and investment behind it, but it also feels like the general manager hasn’t actually spent a night in their own guest rooms. I stayed in Room 508, and I genuinely look forward to seeing these improvements on future visits.

This was a lovely unique property and close to the area we need to be. There was easy to take an Uber to the airport departure. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
