市街地から北寄りに少し離れた立地にあるおかげでローカルごはんエリアまでは15分程度歩きますがホテルは作りが落ち着いた雰囲気でスタッフのサービスも良くとても気持ちよく滞在出来ました。部屋は最上階の10階で室内にバスタブもついていましたがバルコニーにもジャグジーつきのバスタブがあったので朝日を見ながら入れたのが最高でした。プールはそれ程大きくはないですが中心部が1.8mと深くて好きなタイプでした。プール担当のスタッフさんはキビキビしていて感じ良かったです。また泊まりたいです。

Stayed 8 nights @ Sunrise second time since our 2018 visit. This time things were not as good as first stay: buffet breakfast had none of the delicious Vietnamese salads we raved about - the spread was western and has not changed during our stay. The beach was not cleaned and beach umbrella, towels and sunbeds were provided well after 7am while other hotels manned their beach areas earlier given sun rises before 6am. Not coming back

Clean and very long beach in front of the hotel. 5. Our room faces to the east, can see sunrise from the balcony. 6. Upon arrival, the staff were very helpful and attentive. The rooms were clean and the view from our room was excellent. The pool was great with the atmosphere of being in a Greek setting. The food was good as well and the checkout was easy. Even after the checkout we were able to use the pool until our ride to the airport.

착한가격대에 유럽풍(여기서는 프랑스 식민지 시대 양식이라고 하더군요)으로 잘 꾸며진 호텔입니다. 수영장도 장식용이 아닌 정말 수영하며 쉴 수 있는 공간이었고, 조식도 정말 훌륭했습니다. 특히나,, 수영장 뒤로 건물이 솟아있는 형태 덕분에 바닷가에 인접한 호텔의 큰 문제점인 도로소음이 조금이나마 작은편인것 같습니다. 무엇보다 바다뷰가 넘 예뻐요!

Vi fick ett mycket bra pris på detta lyxiga strandhotell i Nha Trang. Hotellet hade allt man kan önska sig, fantastiskt läge vid stranden, stort 2 bädds rum för mig och sonen.Mycket bra frukost buffe med kockar som fixar extra rätter utöver allt som redan finns av västerländsk och asiatisk mat. Vi hade en stor balkong med utsikt över havet och poolen. På stranden fanns ett begränsat antal solstolar att låna samt strandhandukar. Servicen vid receptionen var utmärkt och städningen fungerade perfekt. Vanligtvis var det städat och bäddat efter frukosten. Nya handdukar varje dag. Har absolut ingenting att klaga på, vi hade några toppen dagar på detta hotell. Det är lite mindre lokala restauranger i Nha Trang än vi varit vana vid från andra städer i Vietnam. Staden är inte lika charmig som t.ex Hoi An, men det är enklare att komma till stranden och till öarna utanför. Skulle gärna återvända till Sunrise om vi kommer tillbaka till den här delen av Vietnam igen, rekommenderas varmt!

スタッフの皆さんはとても優しくフレンドリーでした。空港の送迎を依頼しました。長いフライトで遅延し子供もいたのでかなり疲れて到着しましたが、運転も安全で車内も綺麗でとても安心しました。ホテルの部屋も清潔で滞在中も疲れた体を癒すことができました。朝食はとても美味しかったです。出発の時も笑顔で送り出していただき最後まで気持ちの良かったです。

The bathtub was not cleaned, had human booger excrements and hair, super nasty to jump in the shower. The floor boards were raised, and squeaky. I kept being disturbed by loud bangs outside my room making it uncomfortable to sleep. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep on, and woke up with a bad back pain.

Very clean and very large room. One of the largest we've stayed in. The onlybreason this was a 4 and not a five star review is because the toom was a little dated and there were some funny steps taken, such as having to wait after checkout while they inspected our room. Apparently, they didn't take ancreit card deposit?

Das Hotel ist etwas älter, aber sehr sauber und hat eine exzellente Lage direkt gegenüber vom Strand ziemlich zentral in der Stadt. Der Service ist für ein Touristen-Strand-Hotel sehr gut (freundliches und sehr hilfsbereiten Personal). Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und gut. Angenehm ist, dass vom Hotel Liegen direkt am Strand zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die recht alten Zimmer. Die Tür zum Balkon schließt nicht perfekt ab, sodass Mücken ins Zimmer kommen können. Die Klimaanlage ist ebenfalls auch auf voller Stärke nur wenig effektiv (allerdings funktionsfähig sodass das Zimmer nach einiger Zeit zumindest ein wenig runter gekühlt wird).

디럭스 킹 오션뷰 선택했고 꼭대기층 테라스에 욕조 있는 룸 받아서 편안하게 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 가격, 서비스, 룸 컨디션, 위치 등 모두 만족스러웠고, 야시장, 담시장 모두 도보 20~30분 내외로 오갈 수 있어서 택시 대신 걷기도 많이 걸었네요. 나트랑 센터와 가까워 스타벅스, 롯데마트 등 다녀오기 편한 게 큰 장점 중 하나인 것 같습니다. 호텔 내부 서비스도 괜찮았는데요, 룸서비스, 풀바, 런드리 모두 만족스럽게 이용했습니다. 여행 중 일행이 다쳐서 응급 물품 요청했더니 저희보다 더 놀라시며 바로 거즈랑 소독약 챙겨주셔서 감사했어요! 굳이 단점을 꼽자면 오래된 호텔 티는 잘 안나는데, 전화는 어쩔 수 없는지 서비스 요청 시에 잘 안들려 의사소통이 잘 안되는 경우가 있었습니다. 그리고 체크아웃 시에 룸 확인하는 데에 조금 시간이 걸리니 체크아웃 후 일정 고려하실 때 그 점 확인하시면 여행 하시는 데에 도움 될 것 같네요!

良い点は2点、1つ目はは部屋をアップグレードしてくださった点。 2つ目はスタッフの対応が良かったところ。悪かった点、冷蔵庫が冷えない。常に常温程度。更に手をつけていないのにビール2本飲んだ事になっていた点。間違いである申告をしたが、結局チェックアウト時も何度も確認されて無駄な時間であった。 5つ星ホテルではあるものの最低な対応でとても残念でした。次回利用することはないと思うが、同じミスはしない事に期待してます。ありがとうございました。

We only stay one night in this hotel but it was the best one we had during our stay in Vietnam. We were upgraded and had a view on the sea, the room was incredibly comfortable and clean. The breakfast was also very good with a lot of choice for the food. We checked in earlier and they let us have access to the swimming pool until the appropriate hour. The best hotel we have ever stayed in. Truly a 5* experience. All staff from Reception to Pool, Housekeeping, Beach attendant and Restaurant were so so nice and helpful. We loved our stay and cannot recommend the hotel enough. Everybody went out of their way to provide great service.

久しぶりにサンライズビーチホテルに1週間宿泊しました以前訪れた時は各担当スタッフさん達は愛想も良くて印象が良かったんで再度利用しましたがコロナ禍でスタッフさん達も入れ替わったんでしょうね\u3000ほとんどのスタッフさんが愛想が悪く(特にレストラン)到着2日目で諦めました英語も訛りがきつく聞き取りにくく少しトラブルもありました(解決済み)

Ive been to Nha Trang several times and this qas by far the best experience. View was amazing for the sunrise. The breakfast was first class with lots of choice both western and Asian. Lovely pool and other decent facilities. The room was comfortable and spacious. I thunk the hotel's biggest asset is its staff. Everyone of them went out of their way to help and were just really pleasant to be around. Front desk/porters/cleaning/pool & beach staff all had smiles on their faces and wanted to assist. They even had a guard to help you cross the road to the beach. Can't fault the place and the cost was reasonable too.

Hotel service, staff, and breakfast are all wonderful. We are upgraded to a bigger room with a balcony jacuzzi. The view is unbeatable. Everyone from bellman, concierge, receptionist, life guard at the pool, to bartender, waiter, house keeper, and hotel security are very polite, courteous and friendly. The hotel even had a surprising birthday cake for me on my birthday. What a lovely gesture! Thank you Sunrise Nhatrang for making our stay comfortable and truly relaxed. We will definitely stay here again next time.

디럭스 킹 오션뷰 선택했고 꼭대기층 테라스에 욕조 있는 룸 받아서 편안하게 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 가격, 서비스, 룸 컨디션, 위치 등 모두 만족스러웠고, 야시장, 담시장 모두 도보 20~30분 내외로 오갈 수 있어서 택시 대신 걷기도 많이 걸었네요. 나트랑 센터와 가까워 스타벅스, 롯데마트 등 다녀오기 편한 게 큰 장점 중 하나인 것 같습니다. 호텔 내부 서비스도 괜찮았는데요, 룸서비스, 풀바, 런드리 모두 만족스럽게 이용했습니다. 여행 중 일행이 다쳐서 응급 물품 요청했더니 저희보다 더 놀라시며 바로 거즈랑 소독약 챙겨주셔서 감사했어요! 굳이 단점을 꼽자면 오래된 호텔 티는 잘 안나는데, 전화는 어쩔 수 없는지 서비스 요청 시에 잘 안들려 의사소통이 잘 안되는 경우가 있었습니다. 그리고 체크아웃 시에 룸 확인하는 데에 조금 시간이 걸리니 체크아웃 후 일정 고려하실 때 그 점 확인하시면 여행 하시는 데에 도움 될 것 같네요!

Vi fick ett mycket bra pris på detta lyxiga strandhotell i Nha Trang. Hotellet hade allt man kan önska sig, fantastiskt läge vid stranden, stort 2 bädds rum för mig och sonen.Mycket bra frukost buffe med kockar som fixar extra rätter utöver allt som redan finns av västerländsk och asiatisk mat. Vi hade en stor balkong med utsikt över havet och poolen. På stranden fanns ett begränsat antal solstolar att låna samt strandhandukar. Servicen vid receptionen var utmärkt och städningen fungerade perfekt. Vanligtvis var det städat och bäddat efter frukosten. Nya handdukar varje dag. Har absolut ingenting att klaga på, vi hade några toppen dagar på detta hotell. Det är lite mindre lokala restauranger i Nha Trang än vi varit vana vid från andra städer i Vietnam. Staden är inte lika charmig som t.ex Hoi An, men det är enklare att komma till stranden och till öarna utanför. Skulle gärna återvända till Sunrise om vi kommer tillbaka till den här delen av Vietnam igen, rekommenderas varmt!

Stayed 8 nights @ Sunrise second time since our 2018 visit. This time things were not as good as first stay: buffet breakfast had none of the delicious Vietnamese salads we raved about - the spread was western and has not changed during our stay. The beach was not cleaned and beach umbrella, towels and sunbeds were provided well after 7am while other hotels manned their beach areas earlier given sun rises before 6am. Not coming back

Enjoyed lazing around the pool drinking cocktails, spacious room with ocean view and balcony. Beautiful buffet breakfast. Great location and fantastic staff.

This is a beautiful hotel! The staff are friendly and accommodating. The facilities are very nice!( The pool especially). Fabulous breakfast!! The restaurant serves excellent food at reasonable prices. High tea was wonderful!! Would highly recommend

방이 넓었고 쾌적했으나, 샤워기 수압이 좀 낮았습니다. 조식도 훌륭했고 커피도 맛있었고 에프터눈티도 괜찮은 퀄리티였습니다.

This was the second time i stayed here. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has a large variety of selections and the food is good. The pool and pool area are a good refreshing place to relax.

오래된 건물과 시설, 하루에 생수 두개만 무료로 주는 룸써비스와 미숙한 룸 청소상태까지.. 5성급이라고 믿을수가 없는 호텔입니다. 먹을게 없는 조식메뉴와 화장실 어메니티까지 그냥 3성급정도의 호텔입니다. 다시 방문 계획은 없습니다.
