Our stay at Adagio Access Paris Ivry Confluence (September 3rd–7th) was disappointing, and we would not return. The air conditioning was already on when we arrived, but it produced a strong smell similar to food. The room also had an unpleasant, overly strong cleaning-product smell. The mattress was uncomfortable and, during our stay, both my girlfriend and I woke up with multiple bites. We cannot say for certain what caused them, but they did not look like mosquito bites, which left us concerned about the condition of the bed. The kitchenette is extremely small, with very little counter space, making cooking almost impossible. There was also no dish rack or proper space to leave dishes to dry. The bathroom was another issue. The shower had very weak pressure, yet the bathroom floor flooded after only a few minutes because there is no proper barrier, only a shower curtain. The curtain also blocks almost all the light, so you are basically showering in the dark. The outdoor area was poorly maintained, with cushions constantly left on the ground, some apparently for days. Finally, although check-out was at 11:00, a staff member knocked around 10 minutes before asking us to leave, and at around 11:05 someone entered the room while we were still inside, saying it had been reported as vacant. We understand being a few minutes late, but this was inappropriate. Far too many issues for one stay. We would not return.

It was an overall good stay. The main downfall really was the fact that the whole hallway where my room was located was being decorated the whole time. And things where piled up where the fitness centre was so I didn't realise where it was till I asked. And considering I was on the 7th floor I expected there to be some kind of safety measures on the windows such as a safety net or the cord that limit how much the windows opens. But to end on a positive the room was really clean, the staff were very helpful. And its very local and easy to get to different places.

I requested at the reception to call a taxi for me and they never did, thankfully I was able to find an Uber to get to the airport on time.
