The staff was accommodating. The coffee was fresh and hot. We didn't get a chance to dine at the hotel. The building is showing signs of wear. Needs attention. The pool was nice, but cloudy water. The pool light was just hanging inside the water with electrical cord exposed. Needs fixing.

while the check-in was quick and easy and our room was clean, the bathroom could use remodeling and there was considerable dust in some areas of the room. The exterior doors to the hotel were open without a key which felt unsafe. The pool area was nice, but towels were not available and the deep end ladder had sharp edges.

Was impressed with the hotel and bar very much. Had dinner in the bar and was shocked to see that the prices weren't inflated like you'd think from a hotel. I worked in that industry for over 21 years and know 1st hand how the pricing works. Pool and hot tub appeared to be well taken care of also.

Plenty of parking spots. Plenty of places to eat close by to hotel. Clean inside and outsider. Good service by employees. Kids love the pool there!

Terrible stay. One of the staff members entered my family’s room while we were inside and I saw the same staff member (male) enter a women’s bathroom without warning. Housekeepers standing by their carts on their phones. Hot tub and pool were slimey and grimey. Was also served raw chicken from the restaurant located inside the hotel. Very very Weird atmosphere all around. Very disappointed.

In the morning when I checked out, I showed a picture of a bedbug in my bed that I saw when I woke up. When they saw the picture all they said was sorry that was it. Poor customer service.

Hotel is older and in need of updating. Our room was dark and older. My 2-year-old needed a bath, and the tub was not suitable for this. The mat was moldy and lifting; there was pieces of plastic and dirt floating in the tub.

There was a dirty towel left on the desk and vanity. Old bar of soap and used cup on the vanity as well. There was debris on the floor. The toilet had soiled tissue in it. I was skeptical of how well this room was cleaned. Pillows were haphazardly placed on the bed.

The shower had mildew in it. The couch and carpeting were very old and windows were very dirty. The room was old and smelled like smoke. For $200 a night, we expected premium. We went to the breakfast buffet and nothing was left. All we could get was a bagel and a yogurt at 9:10am

The hotel is old and appears to have been remodeled at one point so the furniture is "newer." There was an awful smoke smell in the hallways and the rest of the hotel had an odd smell to it. The hotel was very dark and they did not turn on all the lights and assume due to saving electricity. We will not be staying again.

AC in our first room was not working. They came up a couple times and attempted to fix it, said it was fixed and it wasn’t. Night one 79 degrees was as low as the temperature got. They offered fans for day 2 after I was trying to get into another room because they couldn’t fix the AC and said the rooms were all full. Later in the day when we stopped to grab some things it was 82 in the room. A different front desk employee, older man, was good enough to switch the room after mentioning we were probably going to stay elsewhere and we had AC that worked well. We planned on sleeping in a little because we had nothing the next day until 11. Around 7 housekeeping was knocking on the door to get in. Opened the door to let them know we were in the room. 20 minutes later another worker opened the door for the same reason so we showered and headed out. Sounded like when we got moved the cleaning list never got updated. We stay in the area a lot, but will avoid staying here.

The walls are paper thin. We could hear our neighbors TV throughout the night. It was so loud we could not sleep. The towel rack was broke & hanging off the wall. The toilet seat was cracked with severe damage. We had a two night stay and the Kleenex was never replaced. Holiday Inn is never again!!!

We were upgraded to a suite upon check in. Our room was beautiful. It had a small kitchenette, large living room and a large separate bedroom area. This hotel was very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

When I arrived I was able to check in however still had to wait regardless that there wasn’t a line because the man at the front desk chose to finish what he was doing before he attended me and everyone else that was had already came after me. I had to search for someone to check me in, and she seemed a little annoyed with having to come to the podium. I also had to track someone down to pay for some items from the "market". The towel rack in the bathroom was loose/broken, but there was no one around at checkout to let them know.

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Walking distance to some attractions, but most are across busy roadways / highways for you to get to. However, very close driving distance to many attractions in the area and not far from Green Bay for even more potential attractions as well. The breakfast is a bit lackluster, but its affordable and decent enough, and the location always seems to try their best to accommodate a good rest by putting guests far away from the main doors but near other entrances to the building when possible.

It was a good overnight stay which met our needs while visiting Manitowoc. Easy to find just off the interstate exit, and several food and restaurant option close by. It was clean and quiet. But, it did have a large center area that looked like it could hold major events - so I would imagine it is not always quiet.

just a heads up. i paid the extra for the made for me breakfast. well i got 2 coupons for the breakfast buffet area. no one asked me anything about getting food in that area. or making me food. the potatoes where hard, the sausage i couldnt put my fork into without stabbing at it. the eggs where typical dry powdery eggs from a bag. if i would have known this ahead of time o would have just eaten elsewhere.

Paying for the breakfast was not worth it. It was not cooked well and fruit was frozen. Bathroom wall had a hole in it that a as duck taped close, furniture was from the 70s, and children were running down the hallways all hours of the night
