La qualité - prix correct, cependant la propreté dans la chambre n’est pas à l’heure. Accessibilité bien pour être au centre ville, par contre absence de parking dans la résidence.

The front desk is not always at the facility. You have to call and give her 10 to 15 minutes notice before coming. If the hostel is dealing with english speaker the staff suppose to be knowing at least some english. Basically the hostel is no staff and if you need anything your own your own. We just stay for the night to sleep and shower early morning we get going. The place is no AC OR FAN AT ALL. So so hot at night we cant even sleep. The hostel is close to all the tourist spot but you gonna have a rough night sleeping. If your in a tight budget then this will work. No nothing just a basic hostel room with bathroom.

Everything was nice and clean. The communication wasn’t the best. We booked through Expedia and from the email, it said the desk was open 24 hours. When we arrived, no one was there. We had to call a phone number that was listed on the property. No one answered. Soon we received a call back from an irritated lady who informed us we were supposed to call 30 minutes in advance. The lady arrived at the hotel 10ish minutes later and she didn’t even greet us. She didn’t have good customer service at all. Because the hotel is in a college area, it was pretty loud well after midnight. Also, the air conditioning didn’t work. We would return to this property to try it again because it was a nice property, but we would hope for better customer service.
