This is a very nice boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious. The apartments have a kitchen and it was a delight to enjoy the old tub in the bathroom. Windows fully open which is great for taking photos of the roof tops. The hotel states it has a gym but it’s two machines and a selection of free weights in a very small room. What sets this property apart is the amazing Michelin restaurant in the hotel. The meal was truly spectacular but you don’t need to be a guest to book dinner. A super hotel but for me personally, the Pullman hotel (5 mins away and in the old town) has the edge due to its amenities (Nespresso coffee, more inviting bar area).

Sauberes Hotel in zentraler Lage in der Altstadt. Schade fand ich, dass das aufgeführte Restaurant nur von Mittwoch bis Samstag offen hat. Die Bar war gar nicht geöffnet. Grundsätzlich würde ich hier aber jederzeit wieder ein Zimmer buchen.

My jaw dropped to the floor when I walked into my hotel room. The room was stunning, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. The hotel staff were so helpful and lovely! The restaurant was amazing, I had great food and enjoyed some Latvian wines. I will 100% be staying here next time I travel to Riga. The icing on the cake, was using the hotel spa area on my last night, be sure to ask about it!

Lovely hotel centrally located in old town. I had the apartment suite which was two stories -very spacious and quiet. This is a fabulous hotel that I highly recommend. Breakfast was great. For 5 euros you can do laundry. Steam room and sauna were also quite nice.

Dejlig central beliggenhed ift. det gamle kvarter. Meget stille på værelserne til trods for at det ligger meget centralt. Vi ville have spist på restauranten om aftenen, men desværre er denne kun åbent onsdag til lørdag - og kun til kl. 22.00! Venligt personale, som dog ikke kommer med information, med mindre man beder om det. Vi havde bedt hotellet om at arrangere transport fra lufthavn til hotellet, hvilket fungerede super fint.

This was a fabulous hotel right in the centre of the Old Town. The room / suite was wonderful - spacious with lots of extras (mini kitchen area). The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large and modern. A fabulous breakfast was included in the room rate. A tiny complaint only. We knew there was no parking at the hotel. They had advised us of a parking place for €24 per night. We were there for 3 nights. When we asked about cheaper options they told us to consult Europarks But their car park was the same price. What we discovered later was that there is a free park and ride about a 20 min tram ride away. We felt the hotel staff could have told us about this other option. But a minor quibble - otherwise great.

Geburtstags war leider keine kleine Aufmerksamkeit vorgesehen, obwohl das Datum beim Einchecken erfasst wurde – das fand ich etwas schade. Ansonsten war das gesamte Team aber ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Sportbereich ist recht klein, insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Very nice facility. The room was nice and really clean. The cleaning on day two was also very nice done. The bathroom was nice. A little tip, you could actually take down the floor temperature in the bathroom, it was too warm for our liking. We couldn't find a termostat for this. You would save miney on electricity on this😀

Everything about our stay was perfect . The hotel is in ideal position to explore Old Town Riga . Our room was very spacious , comfortable and very clean . Staff were all friendly . Super Breakfast and we enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant . Highly recommend this hotel .

Das hotel ist echt empfehlenswert. Es ist super sauber, gepflegt und sehr schön eingerichtet. Ich habe mich sehr Wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war gut, aber die Auswahl war nicht riesig, was für mich ok ist. Es gab trotzdem von allem etwas. Die Lage fand ich auch super, da die Mitte im Zentrum/Altstadt ist. Man muss nur damit rechnen, dass man nachts viel von den Partys hört, also zumindest wenn man ein Zimmer zur Straße hin hat. Ich finde hier kann man sich nicht beklagen, da man ja schließlich eine Unterkunft in dieser Umgebung gesucht hat.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön und ist ein gelungener Mix aus Modern und Alt. Das Frühstück war gut, die Frischebder einzelnen Produkte war in Ordnung. Käse war häufig bereits vertrocknet am Eand und das Brot wurde zubselten aufgefüllt. Übrigens sind die Damen vom Service beim Frühstück die einzigen Mitarbeiter, die morgens den Gast begrüßen. Rezeptionisten und aonstige Gäste grüßen nicht und erwidern auch keinen Gruß des Gasts. Das Zimmer selbst war schön auf den ersten Blick, schaut man genauer hin,sieht man hässliche Wasserflecken. Das Badezimmer ist nur für Menschen unter einer gewissen Größe ausgerichtet. Duschen war eine Katastrophe für Menschen jenseitsbder 1.70 Meter Das man die Heizung im Bad nicht steuern kann ist ebenfalls eine Katastrophe. Völlig überhitzt und es roch immer etwas nach Abfluss. Auch im Zimmer selbst konnte man die Küche des dazugehörigen Restaurants durch unangenehmen Küchengeruch wahrnehmen. Es roch trotz geschlossenen Fenster widerlich nach Essen. Einer Beschwerde wurde wohl ohne Ergebnis nachgegangen. Der erste Stock war trotz voll aufgedrehter Heizung nicht warm zu bekommen. Dafür konnte man im zweiten Stock im Schlafbereich unbesorgt ohne Decke schlafen wegen der unangenehmen Hitze in diesem Bereich. Öffbet man eines der Dachfenster hört man einen unangenehmen Lärm einer Lüftungsanlage und das 24 Stunden. Das Personal ist nicht wirklich freundlich und auch nicht aufmerksam! Hier muss definitiv eine Nachschulung des Personals stattfinden.

Beautiful deluxe room, very clean tidy and lots of space. Really big and comfy bed, generous living area with a 3 seater sofa, 2 arm chairs and coffee table. Large TV with soundbar and blue tooth. Small kitchen area with 2 hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, Lavazza coffee pod machine, kettle, bathroom with all amenities including a bath. Very convenient for everything in Riga old town. Would highly recommend.

Excellent property. Perfect location for sites dining and shopping. Great breakfast. Senior suite is huge with separate bedroom. Big bathroom with nice tub. Only negative is the shower in the tub will get water all over the floor must be very careful. With all this hotel has to offer I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else in Riga

Beautifully restored building with well appointed rooms and luxurious extras, like bed and bathroom linen. Coffee machine with good coffee pods (Lavazza). Wifi is terrible and rarely works, very poor signal. In the two story suite that we had, beautiful views of the old city. Poorly designed bathrooms which are beautiful and spotless, but trying to shower is a challenge if you're over 5 foot tall, I had to lean over to shower and still continuously bumped my head while trying to wash. Great location with cafes, restaurants, bakeries and mini-marts everywhere. Close enough to walk to all tourist sites.

The beauty of the building was evidenced by the almost continous stream of people taking pictures of it. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Only negative was the kitchen was minimally supplied for eating and not at all supplied for cooking (no pots,pans,cooking utensils, cleaning soaps etc) - defeats the purpose of having a stve top.

Lovely hotel in a great location. We had a duplex suite which was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The bed was huge and very comfortable but the duvet wasn’t quite big enough for the bed. The sofa bed in the lounge was comfortable as a sofa but with a very thin and lumpy mattress it wasn’t suitable to use as a second bed. The kitchenette was adequate. The bathroom and downstairs toilet were spotlessly clean with lovely towels and great water pressure but the vanity mirror in the main bathroom was not working and is too low on the wall. The bedroom has velux windows which let in lots of light in the day and have good blackout blinds but there was nothing to open them with so we had to climb on a chair. With the windows open it was very noisy. The reception and breakfast staff were all delightful. Breakfast was fine with a decent selection of hot and cold buffet. We didn’t try the restaurant because it is closed on a Sunday and even though the sign says it is open until 11pm on a Friday we were told that the kitchen was closed at 9.50pm which was disappointing. Overall we would recommend this hotel for its great location, cleanliness and friendly staff but a few small improvements would make it a 5 star review.

This is a very well-run property. The hotel is in excellent condition, and spotlessly clean. The staff is incredibly helpful and very friendly. The buffet breakfast is truly excellent. The front desk staff was happy to make arrangements for car service, restaurants or anything else we needed. Also (really important) the rooms are dead quiet. We could open our window and skylight at night and there was nearly no noise. Really great.

Not a business hotel. I stayed there on Monday and Tuesday and both of these days, the hotel restaurant was closed, including roomservice. The receptionist just said I would have to look on the street to find someone. Latvians are shy and reserved overall and the staff was as well. When I asked if I could buy some bottles of still water, the guy at the reception acted as if I put a huge burden on him. Location in town is good. The rooms are big but don't think the curtains will block any light from the street lamps

Our pre Christmas stay at Neiburgs Hotel was magical from start to finish. As well as the wonderful Riga Christmas market being on our doorstep, all the staff were lovely and super helpful. We were upgraded to a corner room which included a little kitchen and a luxurious bathroom as well as a seating area and a very comfortable bed. We had everything we needed and more. You have to prebook to use the spa downstairs but this means that you have exclusive use of the area. I also booked in for a massage which was a great experience. There was a wide. Variety of options at breakfast and again helpful staff. The central location meant that we could easily get out and see all that Riga has to offer. We loved our stay!

Arrived at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised to be told we had a room upgrade. The room itself was amazing and had an incredibly view of Riga old town. The staff were very friendly and welcoming! Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Riga 😊

The Senior Suite was very nicely appointed and very comfortable with beautiful views. Breakfast was excellent. Some points for improvement: need more than 1 English TV channel. Many of the staff on front desk & restaurant could smile more and be more friendlier. It seems to be an effort for some and a few are almost robotic. We cancelled our dinner reservation at Neiburgs Restaurant because the main waiter (an older man) was very unfriendly and didn’t seem to care whether we came or not or that we were hotel guests. We found friendlier service outside the hotel. Facilities and room were 5 star but unfortunately hotel staff need further training on being more welcoming.

We loved this Grande Dame of a hotel! Linda was especially friendly and helpful at check in and check out, and gave us a room with a fantastic view. The room was large, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great with an efficient and extra friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Konnte keinen Vorteil VIP-Access erkennen können oder ich habe es falsch verstanden! Scheinbar nur schlechtes Marketing von Expedia. Das Personal ist teilweise (geringer Teil) sehr freundlich und dann gibt es Personal das nicht einmal in der Lage ist den Gast zu begrüßen. Am vorletzten Tag wurde vergessen den Müll im Zimmer zu leeren und es wurde auch nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Nicht einmal wurden wir nach der Zufriedenheit unsererseits gefragt bzw. ob alles in Ordnung ist/war (nicht einmal beim Auschecken!). Wir reisen sehr viel und sind so ein Verhalten gegenüber dem Gast nicht gewohnt. Positiv ist das Frühstück und teilweise das Team welches dafür verantwortlich war. Das Zimmer benötigt ein Upgrade der Ausstattung, veralteter Fernseher mit dem man nicht mal Streamingdienste aufrufen kann, gerade bei schlechten Wetter wäre es schön gewesen, zumal der Empfang der angebotenen Sender auch noch miserabel war. Die Wände haben teilweise Schäden, wie auch die Türzarge zum Bad. Beim Duschen hatte man des öfteren nur kaltes Wasser gehabt. Wir mögen das Hotel Neiburgs eigentlich sehr, aber das Personal benötigt dringend ein Training im Umgang mit Gästen und das Management sollte kleinere Investitionen bei der Ausstattung vornehmen.

Nice hotel in a great location for visiting the old town, and also only a short walk from the airport bus 22 stop. Bit of a further walk, say 20 minutes, to the central station. Friendly staff who spoke English, nice breakfast (albeit with limited gluten free options). My room was clean, spacious, and came with a kitchenette (but I don't remember seeing cooking pans, only some plates, cups and cutlery - and there was nothing to wash up with, only a tea towel). I stayed here twice at the beginning and ending of a tour. My first room was great and I was grateful for the fairly effective air conditioning as it was 28C outside. My second room had some maintenance issues: non-working bulbs in two lights, a very loud fridge fan, and the air conditioning was so loud it sounded like a helicopter hovering outside my window - luckily I had brought ear plugs.

I absolutely loved this hotel! It’s perfectly located in the heart of the city — just a short walk to great restaurants and all the main sightseeing spots — yet tucked away in a peaceful corner. The room was clean, spacious, and had a very comfortable bed, with a wonderful view right outside my window. The staff were friendly and always helpful, and the restaurant served a delicious breakfast. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Everything almost perfect, EXCEPT ! - noises from the clubs downstairs and around on friday and especially saturday nights are absolutely horrible! It’s unbearable from wall vibrations, drunken screaming from under the windows ! Forget about quiet resting and sleeping until 3 AM at least ! Hotel staff is extremely nice but they are powerless to do anything about it! But that is the only negative impression( Otherwise the Neiburgs is impeccable.

Den anden aften i restauranten måtte vi vente en time og et kvarter på en enkelt ret. Tjeneren undskyldte og gav et glas vin på huset regning. Men det var stadigt uacceptabelt og slet ikke hvad man forventer af en restaurant med en Michelin-plakette.

Excellent hotel. Perfect location. Room was great although had quite steep steps up to the bedroom so not good if you struggle with mobility. Breakfast served til 11 at the weekend and is buffet style. We chose to eat in the hotel for 1 day of our stay which I’m glad we did as we had much better breakfasts in restaurants which are just around the corner from the hotel. Everything is very accessible from the hotel.

My jaw dropped to the floor when I walked into my hotel room. The room was stunning, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. The hotel staff were so helpful and lovely! The restaurant was amazing, I had great food and enjoyed some Latvian wines. I will 100% be staying here next time I travel to Riga. The icing on the cake, was using the hotel spa area on my last night, be sure to ask about it!

Virkelig god oplevelse. Virkelig dejligt hotel. Eneste lille minus er dobbeltdyne i stedet for seperate. Variation i morgenmad var der ikke noget. Måske 1-2 nye ting hver anden dag. Kvaliteten i det var var var udmærket.
