1. Happy hour for free flow of beer and snacks from 8pm to 9pm daily for hotel guests. 2. Free washing maching and dryer use but with opening hours time limit. 3. Loved the open concept toilet so that I can see my 2 little children using the toilet safely, while in bed. 4. Loved the eco-friendly water refill jugs. Can refill sparkling water too! 5. Size of room is good. Enough space for my 2 children to play. 6. Pillow menu! So many kinds of pillows to choose from. Loved it! 7. Check in counter staff greets you all the time instead of leaving you invisible. 8. Extra toiletries can collect from reception. 9. Walkable to a nearby night market. 10. Direct bus to Ximending and dan shui. 11. Would definitely come back to this awesome hotel. Recommend to friends too! What a wonderful experience. 12. Nearby convenience stall. Near to train station. 台北の中心地から離れてはいますが、バスを上手く利用すると便利です。近隣は少し歩けばスーパーや飲食店などに不自由しません。ホテル自体は価格と比較し、設備や広さなども申し分ないです。コインランドリーと乾燥機は無料で使えます。また、冷蔵庫の飲み物も無料です。トータルで良いホテルだと思いますが、二日目にタオル類が全く準備されておらず、夜遅くに帰ってきてバタバタさせられた事やテレビの受信状態が良くなかったので評価を少し下げました。

We had an overall good experience here. The workers were experienced in speaking with foreigners. They were thorough in their explanation. Being an “green” hotel we only had 2 towels for 4 people, however the staff was helpful when we asked for more. The building is older, but it was not dirty. They had done a good job with the decorations. The new trend of having a window from the bedroom into the bathroom is annoying to a family, but thankfully there was a blind to roll down. Overall the room was sufficient. The view was beautiful. The hotel is conveniently located near the yellow/orange subway line. There are several convenient stores as well. Parking is paid only but the hotel gives an ok rate if you stay there.

コロナの影響で３年ぶりくらいになったが、ラウンジの内容やサウナルームの有料化など、これまでの良さが半減したという感じです。一方でＭＲＴの新路線の開通で桃園国際空港へのアクセスは向上した。　設備の面で、ランドリーの乾燥機がオーバーヒートでよく止まるので余計な時間がかかってしまう。

Easy access to transportation and shopping/dining. I actually liked the coffee machine and sodas being readily available. The hallway carpet is quite stained and needs better cleaning or to be replaced. Hotel lobby not inviting and female staff didn’t seem comfortable having to speak to me.

Like the property has drinking water dispensers for ice cold water, sparkling water and hot water. The property is 5-10 minutes walk to subway station. The staff are friendly and helpful. The onsite currency exchange service is convenient and the rate is reasonable. What I don’t like about the property is: the room condition is poor with dirty carpet and the decoration needs some upgrades.

Rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet had ample options ranging from western to Taiwanese food. There is metro station about a 5-10 min walk away. However, location wise may not be the most ideal if you intend to spend most of your trip within Taipei as this hotel is situated at the edge of New Taipei City. If this isn't an issue this hotel is a great choice.

This is a dated property with nothing close for dining. The weather was dropping to as low as 8 degrees and this property is not heated. my room was usually 19 degrees. On the second day they supplied a space heater. The WIFI was terrible. Inconsistent. Could not do video calls had to use phone date. The club floor is not utilized and they happy hour they offer for all guests was , well sad. My room smelled musty upon arrival. I think this was a very nice hotel back in tis day but should no longer be considered 4 star.

Nice hotel - I can feel they wanna make guests feel comfortable! But check in experience was bad on March 4th- no room till 3pm ( I was told by Mr. Li, and he made mistake by counting my cash for their safe box and the note of the cash amount was written with a Pencil 李先生把我钱少报了还有铅笔写- 不正规，很不专业！）We wish spring bottle water for more convenience! 今回は台湾プロ野球をみるために宿泊しました。球場まで歩いても行けますが、ホテルの直ぐ横からバスにあり便利でしたお部屋もお値段の割に広くて綺麗で快適でした更に！帰国前夜に球場で時計を落としてしまい，ダメ元でフロントで相談した所、チェックアウト前に見つかったと連絡を頂き、ホテル→球場→空港のルートで移動して無事に受け取ってから帰国することができました本当に助かりました！

MRT頭前庄駅迄徒歩５分位で、交通便利ですが、動線上セブンイレブンのみ周辺は飲食店無し反対側にはあるが、ホテル前大通りで、中央分離帯ある為、無理です。MRT新庄駅は夜市等有り徒歩15分位で便利です。施設等良いと思います

This is probably one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in relative to the price I paid. The room was spacious and clean with a large walk-in shower and a decent view from my hotel window. The hotel is roughly a 10 minute walk from the nearest metro station and there are bus stops almost directly outside the building. There's not a huge amount of dining options right near the hotel but there's a night market about a 15 minute's walk away. Overall I was very pleased with this hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The location is a bit inconvenient and there are not many restaurant nearby. The lighting is the hallway needed ti be improved as it was very dark in the morning. I think it is due to the design. For the breakfast, the quality was below standard. The food was lukewarm and the choices of food were not too many. The bed was quite comfortable though and the premier was very spacious. But to be honest, I would not stay in this hotel again.
