Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Would recommend for anyone wanting somewhere close to Phantasialand as it’s right next to a bus stop heading there. Not too far from the centre of town either.

There are pros and cons to this hotel. Pros - staff super helpful and friendly. Tipping goes a long way. Reception was helpful. Around 25 min walk to the train station. Breakfast had good options available. Cons, dinner options are limited. Had to order in food from uber eats. TV channels didn't have any English options

Parking was good. Staff at the counter was okay. Staff at the breakfast was good. The spa and fitness part was terrible. Steamshower didn’t work and it was dirty. The fitness had a bike and a treadmill. The additional bed in the room was too small and not good to sleep in.
