Breakfast was amazing with a lot of varieties.

Our stay here was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Everything exceeded expectations. The staff were absolutely amazing(!), so kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Their hospitality made all the difference and made us feel truly welcome. They made us feel safe and taken care of. A special thank you to the entire team - especially Kwang, Garfew, Aü, Nim, Tum, Gun, Baw (chef), Katherine and Max - for making our stay unforgettable. We stayed here for our honeymoon and couldn’t have chosen a better place. It doesn’t feel like a one-time experience: we truly hope to come back many times. The location is incredible. The hotel sits on a hill with a stunning ocean view - which we appreciated daily. We didn’t spend much time in Patong, but getting to the beach was very easy. It became our go-to for swimming and was more than enough, while still making it easy to explore other beaches. The breakfast was delicious and excellent. The restaurant (where Max helped us amazingly well) was also a highlight; beautiful setting, amazing food, and very reasonable prices. Fantastic knowing there was always good food in the evenings. Overall we felt we got great value for our money. The staff helped us find two fantastic, affordable boat tours - highly recommended. The room was very fresh, and we got an amazing room with a clear ocean view - even better than we hoped for!! We will warmly recommend this hotel to everyone we know - and truly look forward to coming back!

Great staff and service. The breakfast has everything you can imagine and the rooms and nicely done and comfortable. The hotel is on a hill with fantastic views and you have a shuttle if you want to not walk down. Something recommended for families.

Friendly staff, clean room, great food, close to everything. What else can you ask from hotel?

Very noisy room due to the main road near by . On our 2nd night we got woken up around 2am by smoke and terrible smell from our air conditioning system . Technician came to try to fix the problem unsuccessfully end we ended up packing everything and moving room at 3am . They did what they could and gave us another room but in the middle of the night , we had to wash hair , clothes , everything as everything picked up the smell from the smoke and odour like burning installations . The hotel has potential but it hasn’t been renovated what looks to be a very long time . Some nice and polite people at the reception desk .
