Walking distance to beach, patong markets and shopping malls. Buffet had great options daily-fruit was delish! Staff very attentive. Pool was nice and clean with many loungers and towels provided. Happy hour specials . Quiet during the day but can get louder at night. Next time, I’d get a room on the first floor with pool access. Left a cute HBD surprise for my son 🎂!

Staff were wonderful and friendly. But pool was right at the entrance surrounded my most rooms and balcony’s and the restaurant was also next to it so it didn’t feel very private. The room we had was right up the other end and only had stair access, and for me, property was just too big. Too many people. Next time i will book something smaller.

the kee resort was great, staff a nice& helpful, the room are clean , swimming pool with mini bar is great, roof top can see the sunset also, all food bar & beach around, highly recommend! just at night as we close to the bar street , the music is quite loud easily can hear in the room.

Hotel had everything you needed and the prices for food and drink were reasonable. I found the pool areas seating to be limited for the amount of guests. Sometimes they were all taken and you couldn't get a spot.

Rooms are well appointed. Big bath and shower. King bed is massive. Can fit 3 in it if you wanted to comfortably. Our sliding doors on the bathroom were a little hard to deal with but didn’t take away from how good the place feels. Breakfast is great. Huge selection of hot and cold foods. Plenty of croissants, pancakes, breads and juices. Noodles, rice etc. Fruits on offer and eggs your own way. Staff here are amazing and very polite. Always attentive and happy to help. Two minutes walk from Bangla Road and the crazy nightlife of Phuket is a bonus. Even though you are so close to the main street, you can barely hear a thing at night. Everything within walking distance that you need. Rooftop bar with great views of the beach and the sunsets. Swim up bar in a huge pool with plenty of sunbeds if you’re into that. I had a birthday while staying here, but didn’t tell them, they set my bed up with a happy birthday message and animal towel characters. Really great stay overall.

We loved our stay. Staff and accommodations were amazing. Wonderful service especially from June our room attendant. Everything was within walking distance. Great food and Cocktails. The spa massage was excellent. We will definitely be back.

Overall good stay and an ideal location to see the beach with tons of entertainment in the nearby area. However, did not appreciate the construction going on during my stay and waking up to it (although earbuds were provided). Would stay here again.

The hotel is located in the middle of all the action. Very close to the beach and to patong road where there is a ton of nightlife and a lot going on. If you are on the side of the hotel closest to the patong road it might be loud at night. Note pool is smaller than what it looks like in the pictures.

ALL the staff whom we met were very friendly and helpful. If we called to the reception, a staff member would be up to our room very shortly, to attend to whatever assistance that we needed. The other thing that impressed us too was that most of the staff spoke pretty decent English and we didn't have any communication issues. Overall, the rooms were clean, comfortable and maintained in very good condition. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again.

The location and staff were great, but the hotel is rundown. I had serious issues with 2 of my room and had to be moved twice. One the AC was not working properly so the room was constantly humid. The other room had issues with the lights turning on and off at random.

The stay was great until my phone starting acting crazy! WiFi is terrible. They have to do a better job of cleaning the rooms! Bathroom smells of mildew and every in the room is damp.

While my initial experience was far from perfect, I do want to call out the effort the staff made to rectify that after I posted my google review. The cleaning staff in particular did a great job. The complementary massage was a nice touch, albeit a bit late which required us to move things around to accommodate. Which I am glad we did as the experience was great. I am unsure if the hotel manager lacked agency/authority to make rectifying decisions earlier, but that would have been nice. Cleanliness could be better, breakfast buffet is ok, and too much food is left exposed to the elements which in the Phuket heat is far from ideal. The staff are very friendly. The location is central, which can also make it loud at times.

朝食はタイの伝統料理はもちろん卵料理も充実していて大満足でした。また、スタッフはフレンドリーでとても親切に対応してくれました。 施設もキレイで素晴らしいですが、あえて改善してほしい点を挙げるなら、バスタブの湯をあまり使う人がいないのか濁った水が出てくるので配管のメンテナンスをしてもらえると良いと思いました。

Upon check in I was asked to leave a deposit , scanned my credit card 3 times but it didn’t work. No drama said it was ok because their machine wasn’t scanning . we were taken to our ”room” Upon walking in I got a big woof of musty / mouldy smell. We asked to see another room available and it was exactly the same. This was on level 4. One of the lifts were out so had to go up to level 5 and walk down to level 4. We were then shown a third room on level 2 or 3 on the other side and it also had a really bad musty/mouldy smell as soon as we walked in. No other rooms were available so we didn’t end up staying there. It was frustrating as by this stage it was midnight , the trip was long and that’s the last thing we expected as we read good reviews prior. They called a worker to come up to the room , he had his phone light on looking for signs of mould as the electricity was also out . He too started coughing in the room and we were there less than 5 minutes. We ended up booking elsewhere close by with no mould smell so no I would not recommend this hotel

Staff were nice, good location but very noisy. Room initially not very clean but housemaid first few days was great and very random times on housekeeping from 10am up till 6pm at night. Rooms not flash, they have the basics. Buffet breakfast has a good range & Spa onsite is very nice!

Overall, maybe the best hotel I've stayed in. The staff, location, quiet at night (building no. 2) even though close to Bang La, bed, room, with plenty of storage space, breakfast for kings with several chefs making different dishes for you, which are delivered to the table. But also to mention the little things that they could easily do with; normal yellow cheese slices (not just special varieties) for breakfast, cold milk, a hook to hang hand towels by the sink (which is in the hallway, not in the bathroom!? Incredibly poor architectural solution), and a shelf to put a beer, a book, etc. by the bathtub (which is really high).

ALL the staff whom we met were very friendly and helpful. If we called to the reception, a staff member would be up to our room very shortly, to attend to whatever assistance that we needed. The other thing that impressed us too was that most of the staff spoke pretty decent English and we didn't have any communication issues. Overall, the rooms were clean, comfortable and maintained in very good condition. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again.

Rooms are well appointed. Big bath and shower. King bed is massive. Can fit 3 in it if you wanted to comfortably. Our sliding doors on the bathroom were a little hard to deal with but didn’t take away from how good the place feels. Breakfast is great. Huge selection of hot and cold foods. Plenty of croissants, pancakes, breads and juices. Noodles, rice etc. Fruits on offer and eggs your own way. Staff here are amazing and very polite. Always attentive and happy to help. Two minutes walk from Bangla Road and the crazy nightlife of Phuket is a bonus. Even though you are so close to the main street, you can barely hear a thing at night. Everything within walking distance that you need. Rooftop bar with great views of the beach and the sunsets. Swim up bar in a huge pool with plenty of sunbeds if you’re into that. I had a birthday while staying here, but didn’t tell them, they set my bed up with a happy birthday message and animal towel characters. Really great stay overall.

Everything was great for the most part. Location very convenient. Staff was nice and waited on us great except for one at the front desk can’t remember her name she was rude but I can look past because of everyone else. Hot water did not last some of the days.

Mi hora de salida era 12 del medio día. Sin embargo 11:30 am yo ya no podía entrar a mi habitación. Me bloquearon la entrada y yo tenía todas mis cosas dentro incluido el pasaporte, fui 2 veces a recepción y me dijeron que lo solucionarían sin embargo no pude entrar. A very good hotel. The state of the room and overall condition looked a little old, but I was satisfied with the smiles, kindness, and attentiveness of the staff. The location is very convenient, 1 minute walk to Bangla Road, 3 minutes walk to Patong Beach, and there are plenty of shopping malls, massage shops, and bars nearby. It is especially recommended for those who don't mind a little noise, young people and couples visiting Patong Beach for the first time.

The hotel looks great, with a gorgeous pool with a pool bar. The staff is impeccable and excellently service minded. The beach is 2min walk away, the busy party area is 1 min walk away, but i didnt hear anything from my hotel room! I had a wonderful stay, and will come back!

The hotel is located in the middle of all the action. Very close to the beach and to patong road where there is a ton of nightlife and a lot going on. If you are on the side of the hotel closest to the patong road it might be loud at night. Note pool is smaller than what it looks like in the pictures.

Overall, maybe the best hotel I've stayed in. The staff, location, quiet at night (building no. 2) even though close to Bang La, bed, room, with plenty of storage space, breakfast for kings with several chefs making different dishes for you, which are delivered to the table. But also to mention the little things that they could easily do with; normal yellow cheese slices (not just special varieties) for breakfast, cold milk, a hook to hang hand towels by the sink (which is in the hallway, not in the bathroom!? Incredibly poor architectural solution), and a shelf to put a beer, a book, etc. by the bathtub (which is really high).

I loved my stay. The staff were super friendly & accommodating. Room service is good although small portions. Pool area is magnificent. Fun with pool party. Highly recommend. So close to bangal st which is great & particularly fun at night & good shopping through the day. Loved it being so close to the beach.

The property was really very good and dining options varied. Staff were helpful and very friendly and property is in a great location. A few of the power points and USB charging points were not working in my room which was a bit annoying. Other than this was a great hotel and I would stay there again.
