Beautiful hotel and the breakfast buffet was amazing. So many good options. We usually are not a fan of breakfast bar at hotels but this one was the best. Amazing variety. The hotel was very nice. Super clean and very picturesque. Staff was very friendly! The only downside was the AC in the room was not good. It didn’t cool much. The other negative is in order to enjoy the pool area you have to buy drink tickets even though you’re a guest. Usually guests will consumer regardless but feeling forced to buy tickets as soon as you walk into the pool area isn’t necessary in my opinion.

Hotellet är verkligen att rekommendera. Läget är perfekt ett stenkast från hamnen och gamla staden. Vi bodde i en svit som var jättefin och rymlig med stor terrass. Hotellet har en mycket trevlig takterrass med pool, solstolar och bar med lättare maträtter. Frukosten är i mitt tycke väldigt bra eftersom jag uppskattar engelsk frukost, min fru menade dock att utbudet på frukostbröd var för klent. Personalen på hela hotellet är väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam på alla sätt.

Everything was ok the only thing that we didn’t liked it was that the info of the spa was not clear from the reception even if we asked twice; we were told to go directly and pay never to make a reservation; when we went there was no availability and the miss at the reception said we understood what we wanted to understand she was mean.

The hotel room was big but the AC wasn’t very good. The balcony is nice but the view is non existent as the property is next to another building. And the hotel lobby was extremely hot without good ventilation. The gym is tiny & the spa was closed.

Booked 2 Deluxe Twin Rooms and was given 2 rooms on the 1st floor over looking the street and reception. I complained and was immediately given 2 rooms on the 6th floor with a balcony. Much better. The room was open plan so the bathroom fan was constantly on. That constant humming noise made it hard to sleep. The pool on the roof isn’t a pool at all. It’s more like a paddling pool. We paid a fortune to stay here and I feel ripped off. The location is the only good thing about this hotel

Great location in the old town. Rooms are a good size and very clean. The rooftop pool is small, but has an excellent view and a good bar. In July, the price is too expensive for this type of hotel.

Nous avons eu un chambre au 1er étage handicapé qui donne sur une rue extrêmement bruyante. À 400€ la nuit sans accès au spa car il faut payer un supplément. À l’accueil ils ne sont pas agréable, à la piscine pas assez de transat. Bruit épouvantable toute la nuit car bar juste en dessous. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel qui était le plus cher de notre séjour et pourtant le moins bien

hotel tres bien situé, petit dej impressionnant, super perosnnel, par contre éviter la chambre 2212, odeur d'égout remontant par les toilettes, bruit du spa, et des personnes courant sur le tapis. hotel tres récent, télé hs, pas de support pour les serviettes de bain...cela devrait surement s'améliorer.

Very nice hotel. Room was very clean and new. Breakfast buffet was great. Walking distance to the harbor and Dalt Vila. Not very close to the beach but it was not expensive to take a taxi. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Bra hotell for 1 overnatting når man ikke rekker siste båten til Formentera. Perfekt beliggenhet nær kaia og koselige Ibiza by. Gode senger og bra/tyst aircondition. Frokosten er helt ok, ikke noe fancy, men har det man trenger. Skulle noe trekke ned så er det at det ikke er så lydtett mellom rommene, så man hører godt når folk kommer hjem fra party.

Room wasn't ready on arrival, we were a little early but we were inmediately offered an upgrade with a balcony for £25 per night. We went for it but having spoken to friends (3 other couples whose standard rooms were ready), our upgrade seemed more of a downgrade. No iron or ironing board, a 3 foot pole to hang all our clothes on and the balcony overlooking another hotel and some derelict wasteland.

This is a very good hotel in the downtown area. The rooms are big and there is a pool on the roof. The staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet was solid. It is walking distance to everything downtown. Cab stand is one block away. Shower was good. Yes, would stay here again. Two small issues: on the TV there should be one English language news channel. Also, the room should have a blanket in it.

Très bon hôtel spacieux et bien situé. Personnel très agréable et serviable. Manque un bar ouvert plus longtemps et un service d’étage pour une collation. Un point noir, les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, soyez discrets !!!

The staff were rude and short with us. When we asked for recommendations they said they didn’t know. The room was VERY expensive and I expected better facilities and service. The shower was very inconsistent with pressure and temperature. No shampoo or conditioner. Would not stay here again.

This hotel is located very near to the port/marina. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet with a lot of options and good flavor. The size of the room was good, same for the shower. I did not like the bed because was foam mattress and very soft for me. You need to pay 10 euros (only cash) for the pool/beach towel which is refundable if you return the towel.
