First and most concerning, the doors are a safety hazard. They do not open properly. I was actually instructed by a staff member to “lift and push, push down, and ram your shoulder into” the door in order to get it open. A paying guest should never have to force or ram their body into a hotel-room door just to enter or exit. This raises a serious safety concern, particularly in the event of an emergency. The condition of the room was also completely unacceptable. The bed, pillows, and sheets were visibly dirty and stained. The blue upholstered chair was heavily discolored with brown staining, and the computer/desk chair was filthy. There was hair on the bathroom floor, the toilet and bathtub had not been properly cleaned, and towels were left on the floor with a bug present. The bathroom sink area was dirty, and the sink light fixture was not working. I complained about the condition of my room during my stay and was told the hotel was sold out, leaving me without another room. Based on my interactions with staff, these conditions were not something that went unnoticed. Staff appeared to be aware of the property’s condition while rooms continued to be rented to paying guests. What is especially concerning is seeing complaints online followed by repetitive management responses while guests continue reporting problems with cleanliness and maintenance. Instead of simply responding to reviews, this property needs meaningful corrective action, proper housekeeping, maintenance

Excellent rates and rooms were clean

It was okay. Friendly staff.

It was very clean. Only issue was that there were people outside asking for money. Other than that it was a clean please.
