Breakfast was subpar and that’s being generous! one loaf of bread, eggs and undercooked sausage ( Cereal was empty). Front desk staff was unattentive and more concerned with playing PlayStation than providing good service. Elevator should have read “ For display only” it was out of service the entire stay and we stayed on the third floor. Cable did not work in the room, so it was a paperweight. The room has two outlets outside of the bathroom so I hope you don’t need your phone! The curtains were broken and couldn’t be moved, thank goodness there was hot water and a bible! Otherwise I would have had a terrible stay!

Check-in was really easy and the hotel was easy to maneuver around. The room was very clean and the staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was the same every morning, sausage link and fake eggs. The parking is free but the lot is small.

Don't act surprised when I ask about the pool that's advertised with the room. It was closed. "Will it be open tomorrow?" "I don't know." That's not a good answer. Also, breakfast starts at 6 means I should be able to start eating at 6, not waiting for you to finish putting it out for another 5 minutes. I had someplace to be and no real leeway, but you made me feel like I was in your way. Check in was friendly enough, room was great, and the breakfast was great once available!

It’s a clean hotel with friendly staff. It was Memorial Day weekend and the pool was closed and the breakfast was mediocre- but I would stay again! Good stay for price!

The property was under staffed and very under maintained. The elevator didnt work nor did the pool filtration system. Hostess should be fired not friendly at all. Pool was tiny and feet off the main highway. Will never consider this property again or refer it to anybody. Poorly built building heard everything going on around the room.

At checkin I was advised that their only elevator was inoperable-ever since April's tornado! I had requested a top (4th) Floor room for a quieter stay. After an extended wait, I was told they would give me Room 104 (1st Floor). All guests must climb the flights of stairs. Isn't this an ADA violation of regulations? The room had no hair dryer, the coffee maker was inoperable (gave to the desk clerk and asked for another). It was never replaced. Lastly, the Hotel never credited the 2 Rewards Stamps for my two nights' stay.

There were not enough parking spaces and folks were parked in the grassy areas. The online check in made getting our room key easy once we arrived. Then we saw the sign telling guests to use the elevator at their own caution. The room itself was humid and muggy and the very noisy AC did not do a good job of regulating the room temperature. We also did not have any hot water and the toilet sit slid off as soon as e tried to use the restroom. The bed was comfy but we did not rest well and did not stay for breakfast. The reviews were misleading and I wish we’d stayed somewhere different.

The hotel itself smelled clean upon arrival. Our rooms were clean and quaint. The parking lot was very full. It was getting full late in the evening, by morning later guests had parked in the grassy area. They had a sign pisted regarding the possibility of elevator issues. We fortunately experienced none. The walls are a little thin for noise but not unbearable. Breakfast had several options including scrambled eggs, those could be improved and the sausages tasted great but they look under cooked. There were cereals, yogurts, juices, fruit, and different bread options all with a variety of condiments. That staff we encountered were very pleasant as well. Would stay again.

I reserved a weekend stay here with a family member, but we found hair in both of our beds, which looked like animal hair. It was disgusting! When I asked the employee at the front desk to have the sheets changed, she told us we would have to do it ourselves since housekeeping wasn't available. I wasn't about to change the sheets myself, especially when I expected a comfortable stay. Thankfully, I received a refund, and we checked out immediately.

Our room had a strange musty smell to it. The carpet and bathroom floor was sopping wet. There wasn’t a room available that would accommodate our party to switch to. The hotel clerk gave us an industrial fan to help dry them out. We ended up using towels on the floor to keep are feet from getting wet. The carpet was still damp when left the next day The walls in the hallway needed to be repainted and the carpet in the hallways needed to be replaced. The rate was reasonable but won’t be staying there again.

Delightful staff. Clean lobby. 4th floor hall was a little musty—could have used air freshener. Bathroom tile missing. Dropped something behind toilet and pulled item up with hair on it. Bathroom could have used a paint touch up. Bed was so comfortable! You will hear the traffic a little, but not too bad. Price was great!

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean but the mattresses weren’t all that comfortable but for 4 night stay they were ok. The room also had ants. We left cup of tea out on table. When we returned there were ants on the table crawling around.

Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was fine, the TV easy to manipulate and find channels. The one complaint is that the only chair in the room was a hardback and hard seat that was uncomfortable...and aside from the bed, was the only place to sit.

The room was great. Just a couple of issues. The bathroom sink kept stopping up. Water wouldn't run out and stayed in sink. The other issue was the door handle on inside kept coming off when trying to use. Not big, but still needs to be addressed. Would stay here again.

The property sit on a busy intersection with plenty of truck traffic and loud cars. My room was right across from the elevator door...very noisy. The hotel appeared to be at least 50% unoccupied so I don’t understand why the dont set room accommodations away from the noise first.

Our room 308 was very tiny kind of cramped it was very clean and nice but it was a lot tinier than I thought and that hotel sits right on a busy street so it was very loud at night time not that it's the hotel's fault by any means their breakfast buffet in the morning was very good always fresh customer service was great shower was nice although my room was without a hair dryer and I had to go downstairs and ask for one other than that it was very nice we stayed for five nights it's located centrally you can get to everything pretty easily and I give it a four

The motel is not fancy, but it is a clean and seemingly safe place to stay. The rooms are a little small, but there is a nice common area downstairs. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The price was affordable for us and on the low end of what a person can expect these days.

Everything was good at this hotel didn’t taste good but that breakfast is good. The only bad part about it. It was extremely noisy people running around being loud past 10 PM at night. I did call up to the front desk and told them, but she basically just laughed. She didn’t do anything about it

Tried to check in after I pre paid and even though it was advertised as pet friendly I was denied because of my disabled veteran husband’s cat that he has for his ptsd. Lady’s at desk were rude from the start so they basically stole 2 nights of hotel room money after I drove over 12 hours to get there. One was reading from her cell phone a message from the motel mgr out loud and other was rolling her eyes

Upon check-in the staff was asleep at the front desk. It took several minutes to wake him up. He didn’t speak and struggled to find our reservation. After a few minutes he realized the keys were already done because we did online check in. Hotel had very musky smell and pictures did not represent the rooms. Room was very noisy from outside traffic. Upon check-out staff could not be located. After waiting for 15 minutes had to leave a note and keys to leave. Will not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

When getting into our room we checked to make sure our doors locked properly and they didnt. When asking for it to be fixed the lady at the desk had an attitude and laughed at us with the girl she was training. The front desk lady had a problem with my friend and i after that, and all we wanted to do was make sure we were safe. it was a fall break trip with my best friend and I, two young women who just wanted to make sure we were safe on our trip. The lady at the front desk attitude towards the situation was uncalled for, and she refused to do anything until I told her either fix it or give hs a refund.

I have stayed here before but this time there were some mishaps with my stay. I didn't expect anything because I understand things happen but the manager was very sweet and actually updated my room due to everything that happened. They really care about their guest.

wasn't expecting scrambled eggs and sausage for breakfast; and real orange juice and apple juice, not a watered down powdered drink. Staff was very polite and accommodating. My in-room coffee pot wasn't working and they immediately brought me a brand new one. Only negative, located at a very busy intersection of two highways; lots of eighteen-wheeler traffic stopping and starting. Had to wear ear plugs in order to sleep.

Clean property. Not the best area. Very loud at night from the highway noise. Didn’t request a handicap room and got one anyway with a shower nozzle that you had to hold the entire time. The sliding bar to hook it on didn’t work.
