The hotel was exceptional. Service was great, building is beautiful, good location. Breakfast was amazing, rooms were great too! I would have given it a perfect score, but the i door pool was down and we specifically booked this hotel so my daughter could go swimming. Other tham that, it was amazing.

The amount of outside activities at this hotel were really nice to have. Grilling area, Cornhole, dog park, fire pit, and a basketball court with pickleball option. Nice and quite with a very helpful staff as well. 10/10

My family and I stayed three nights here. Our room was clean on arrival. The staff was very nice despite there being an issue with a main water leak that caused the water to be shut off. This was beyond their control. The shower had plenty of hot water when it was turned back on and the water pressure was perfect. The pool was small, but wasn't too busy, so we felt comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Location was convenient.

We love staying here when visiting family in Alabama! the pool is nice, the ramada and gas grill in the back is enjoyable, and the breakfast is delicious! Staff is very accommodating. I recommend this Hotel for a nice stay while in the area.

I chose a hotel that had an indoor pool so that my 12-year-old granddaughter could go swimming. I made the reservation online and there was no one to ask if the pool was an operating order. We checked in and we told the pool was not open. What a disappointment but again there was no one. I could ask since I did it online. Again, what a disappointment.

Well maintained property for most part, indoor pool was main reason we booked here, but it was out of service which eveyone failed to mention. They are still advertising it on their sign out front. Person checked us in was friendly but sat talking to some guy in the lobby all afternoon. Room was ok but not enough linen and one bed had a comforter the other just had a random blanket and sheets. We wouldnt stay here again unfortunately.

We stayed for one night and found the room to be very clean and comfortable. We arrived late in the evening and the front desk was very accommodating, and friendly and helpful. There is an indoor pool and we got to swim in it before we checked out the next day. We would love to book a stay here again.

Clean for the most part. Some spots on the mattress protector. Shower was the lowest flow shower we’ve ever experienced. Hotel was understaffed when we arrived. Waited 20 minutes to check in. Employee was very nice but overwhelmed.

It wasn’t the worst, but for $185 a night I expected a clean bathroom. Shower had mildew and it just wasn’t the greatest. Pull out couch mattress had a big stain. The lobby was nice and the staff was friendly, but disappointed in the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The majority of the property was very clean, especially the common areas. The only issue we experienced was what appeared to be mold/mildew in the bottom of our shower. Hopefully that will be cleaned before the next guest arrives.

It's totally gross. There was dried poop on the chair. Unfortunately, I threw my coat on it and didn't spot it until I went to sit the next morning. Was offered a drink and a snack. Sorry, no appetite. Said they couldn't offer me anything else because I wasn't a rewards customer. Skip this hotel!

Positives: The staff at the desk was very polite, when you could find them. The coffee was good and the beds were comfortable. Negatives: The door to our room wouldn’t close, but someone did come to tighten the hinges. The bathroom door kept opening, the bathroom mirror was broken and one of the lights didn’t work. The bread was moldy at breakfast, and the women working in the kitchen kept screaming at one another. It was very unprofessional. I will not be staying here again.

Stayed the night before an XC race in Oakville. The property is newly renovated and very clean. The room and bathroom were very clean and the ac was super cold. It was quiet despite being near the road. Breakfast was standard but good. Check in and out was easy.

The facility is under renovation right now so I didn’t rate it highly. I think after renovations are completed this will be a very nice location. Overall I was happy and Tasha at the front desk was very helpful!

The accommodations were fine. Mine/Our frustration came when we tried to adjust our reservation to check out a day early. I had gotten sick on the way up to Tuscumbia/Muscle Shoals and was getting worse instead of better. We decided to cut the trip short. I had originally made the reservations through Hotels.com and was told by the front desk that I would have to adjust my reservation through them. I contacted them and they consented to a waiver and notified the front desk. The front desk was to notify me that evening about their final decision. I stayed up for a couple of hours, but the phone call never came. I went back down the next morning. They asked that I wait until a manager arrived, so I/we did. The manager acknowledged the waiver, said we could check out, but that we would still have to pay for the second night (the night I was trying to cancel). We had already paid for our reservation at the hotel, not through Hotels.com. I could not understand if we had the waiver from Hotels.com why we could not be reimbursed and cancel our second night. Finally, after MUCH back and forth between the manager and three of the four of us in our party, she relented and said we could leave without being charged. By that point she had a very negative attitude. I felt like we had remained courteous, though firm. That just left us with a bad taste in our mouths.

I loved everything. It is hard to know what a place will be like when you know nothing about the area. I was very relieved to find that I felt safe, there was plenty of parking, the staff was super friendly, the coffee was fresh, it is next to a main intersection for convenience. Also next to a travel center, gas station and fast foods. Everything was great except there wasn't any butter for my breakfast toast. Other than that, breakfast was great. I have family that just moved to the area so this will be my place to stay from now on.

It was very nice. The breakfast, room, area around the motel were very nice. You are close to so many good tourist activities such as the Helen Keller home, river access, FAME & Musle Shoals and Music Hall of Fame.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable. The quality of the food at breakfast is not great but there were many options. Supplies in the room were laking. They didn’t have regular coffee pods. They were out of stock. They also don’t clean the rooms during the stay. They just refresh the towels.

The room was spacious and clean. The grandkids really enjoyed the indoor pool. It was very clean as well. My husband, son and daughter-in-law loved the basketball court. The free breakfast was hot and tasty. The entire family enjoyed that.

Did not get the military discount for the room. It should have been $96 per night and was charged $157 per night. The first night the ac unit kept us awake due to noisy vibration. The breakfast was not good. The biscuit was terrible, the sausage tasted horrible, and the coffee was very weak. I will not stay at this location again. I have stayed in alot of hotels and this was the worst in the last 5 years.
