I was looking forward to enjoy a clean jacuzzi, but instead I end up getting hurt by stepping on gravel that it’s coming off the ride and floor of the jacuzzi, all that loose material is bad for my health I end up taking a long hot shower to remove any contamination from all the junk in it. I informed the front desk Kyle re receptionist said he would inform the manager, I just can’t believe NoOne have done anything about since it look like it’s been like that for quite sometime.

Everything was fantastic about this property except trying to use their card readers for access to doorways. The card readers are old and don’t function well. A card may have to be inserted multiple times before it worked.

After a delayed flight it was great to be welcomed by friendly staff at reception. All the hotel information was well explained. We availed of breakfast which included fresh fruit options. There's also a shuttle service to/from the airport and the driver was super helpful.

The hot tub was cold at best. The pool was dirty with leaves and dirt. Several of the main entry doors desperately needed repair. The recumbent bike in the fitness area needs some bolt and screws tightened down. Felt like I was peddling a bucket of loose bolts . Also our room had no towels. After my shower I discovered NO TOWELS. Made my way to the front desk and requested six towels. We used two towels leaving four for the next party. Not sure how the resupply team works.

This property needs many thorough cleanings to be considered worth the nightly rate. Very poor circulation in the Ac units. The pictures are way nicer than reality. There were multiple stains, blood, and otherwise all over the unit and in the bathroom. We left after the first 8 hours because it felt too dirty to get comfortable. Thankfully the management refunded my second night after I left.

I stayed in s unit that smelled like urine. when I asked to be put in another room. I was intimated by front Office Mangement when they stated that they would cancel my reservation thus, leaving me with nowhere to stay. Also, in spite of three requests being made to have the room cleaned, I was told that the "do not disturb" sign was on the door handle. This is a lie because when the last request was made, the chambermaid was standing right outside my unit and said he would go in and clean the unit, to which I replied "ok." the room was never cleaned. during my entire stay.

Well worn- needs to be updated and cleaned. Cushions in lobby are soiled and floors dirty. Staff were ALL helpful and pleasant to deal with. Beds were comfortable and we were provided with plenty of clean towels which was appreciated. Breakfast was nice to have at the hotel and it was all about what would be expected- average. The outdoor area was well worn furniture but was appreciated and we did sit outside enjoying the milder temperature. Overall our stay was alright- did see one cockroach in bathroom and another in the downstairs public bathroom (needed cleaning/updating).

The tub was dirty, we found a big bug in the bathroom, and the AC machine was so loud sounded like a dirt bike taking off every time it turned on and wouldn’t stay on. Beds were comfy. Considering that it was right by the airport, we didn’t really hear the jets landing/taking off.

I’ve stayed here several times and am usually pleased. This time I feel the cleanliness was lacking. There were spots on the walls in several spots that appeared to be soda or something. They were very obvious and it just felt like something that you’d definitely not skip over in your cleaning. Otherwise, it was clean and mostly comfortable. The AC didn’t work great, but it did the job. Can’t beat the location in relation to the airport.

The hotel is quite run down. We chose La Quinta as all other La Quinta locations we’ve booked have been great. The staff here was great but the the hotel itself looks and feels old and in need of a redo. Stains on the carpet, shabbiness to fabrics, etc. The location is far from anything to do in the area-nothing at all able to walk to. Would need an Uber to go anywhere if you do not have a car.

A/C didn’t work and between the person above us and the people across and next to us we got no sleep. Every foot step heard, constant slamming doors and laughing in the halls at 2 am. This place is by the airport so it’s not like it’s downtown by all the bars. Loud people are not the hotels fault but maybe they need a renovation and working conditioning.

In our first room, the fridge didn't work and the drain worked very slowly. We had to change rooms which was very inconvenient but the new room was good. Not having a secure wifi connection in your hotel, I was very uncomfortable needing to use my credit card to make a payment. I don't know what it takes to have a SECURE wifi connection but it would keep your customers much safer from any hacking or exposure to illegal actions. Not being able to make a payment caused problems for me later. Nothing serious but having a secure connection would be much appreciated by your customers. Gerry

Overall it was a comfortable stay with excellent service from the front desk. We did have housekeeping knock despite there being a do not disturb on the door. They asked when we were checking out after we had requested a later checkout from the front desk. They need to communicate with housekeeping if guests request a later check out time. The hotel could use an update on the rooms and the tub looked like it was still dirty. I'm sure they cleaned it but it needs a re-glaze or deep-clean. Other than that it was quiet, comfortable, and an affordable option off the Strip.

Had a two day stay in Las Vegas. Staff was friendly, lobby was clean and everything else is modernized. The cons I have is that I requested a higher floor for my room, they didn’t changed that for me. The TV company, COX, had an outage that was out my entire stay. Wasn’t terrible but I wish the hotel would’ve told me about it. Other than that, hotel services came every day and room was clean.

I chose this hotel because of its free airport shuttle service. It was convenient and the drivers were very nice. But the front desk guy was impatient when answering my calls asking about the shuttle car. The other front desk guy was nice when checking in. The hotel is a 2.5 star and the condition is a bit aged. We found many black hairs at the chair seam which was very gross. The room cleaning person didn’t see it. The free breakfast is basic. Overall this hotel is so-so.

The room was fine but the hallways felt old, dark and dirty, and smelled weird. Also, upon arrival at the airport and calling for the free shuttle, was told it would be there in about 15 minutes. It took 40 minutes. When calling at the 25 minute mark to politely ask about the status, was told, “It just left the hotel.” When I pointed out I was told 25 minutes ago that it would arrive in 15 minutes, he said, “I didn’t know what you want me to say. You’re welcome to call an Uber.” Suggestion…you could have said something like, “Oh, I’m sorry for the confusion or misinformation. Let me verify the shuttle is indeed on its way for you.”

Clean and comfortable hotel for a reasonable price near the airport. The airport shuttle is very convenient and can also take you to the transit center where the deuce bus can take you to the strip. There is a nice little restaurant a short walk away that is perfect for a weary traveler with very good food. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

This is the 9th year that I have used this hotel as my work related homebase when visiting Las Vegas. The staff is always welcoming, personally attentive, helpful, and they never fail to ask if I need the shuttle to the airport. The breakfast is always well stocked and accommodating of different diets and needs. The room is utilitarian, which for a work related trip perfect. One of the few places where work takes me that I count on zero issues, a serious plus.

Hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel is very close to the airport so that was a plus for us. Decent selection of food for breakfast although sausage was the only meat option each day (we stayed 3 days) so that wasn’t great but everything else was good for a free breakfast. The main downside to this hotel is there isn’t anything (restaurants, shops, convenience stores) to walk to. But overall we had a good stay.

This property was great and the staff was fantastic! We had easy access coming from the Hoover Dam and going to the Las Vegas Strip and The Nascar Speedway. The hot tub was a welcome relief and the pool was warm and large! Even though this airport sits across the street from the airport (excellent for plane spotting!), when you're in the rooms, you'd never know it because of how quiet it is. Breakfast was nice and we will definitely stay here again!

This place was slightly lower tiered than the other La Quintas we stayed at in Greater Vegas. The breakfast was not as good as the other La Quintas.We stayed 3 nights. No bacon or bananas for breakfast on any of the mornings. They did have apples and oranges though (this was nice).

I chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the airport, expecting it would be convenient for travelers arriving on flights at all times of the day. Unfortunately, my experience at check-in was disappointing. I arrived just one hour before the published 3:00 PM check-in time and asked if I could check in early. Rather than simply saying a room wasn't available, I was told I could check in an hour early—but only if I paid a substantial additional fee. Charging a significant amount for access to a room just one hour before the standard check-in time seems unreasonable. I understand that hotels have policies and that early check-in can't always be guaranteed. However, when a hotel markets itself as being so close to the airport, it should recognize that flights arrive throughout the day. Not everyone lands in the afternoon, and many guests choose an airport hotel specifically because they need a place to rest after an early flight. I also feel that a 3:00 PM check-in is on the later side compared to many hotels.
