We arrived early at the property. We thought we could just leave our luggages and explore the area as we waited for check in time. The reception staff was very kind to check if our room was ready and since it was, she let us check in early which we really appreciate. The room was really good and very clean. The beds were very comfortable too. We had a rental vehicle and had designated parking per room which was a plus. Only thing is if you don’t have a vehicle I’m not sure if it’s going to be as accessible as there’s bit of a distance between the train station/public transport and entrance to the accommodation it self. But overall we had a very good experience and can highly recommend this motel.

I’ve stayed in 100’s of motels. This one had by far the most comfortable beds and the cleanest facilities I have ever seen. Made work much easier sleeping in a nice warm cosy bed with fantastic staff.

I travelled to this Motel by train so the location only a short walk from Clarendon Station, was ideal. The room I had booked was on the first floor with access via a lift. The room was spacious, with a well equipped kitchen, a large wall mounted TV, a generous sized bathroom plus a very comfortable king sized bed. An 'all you can eat' Continental Breakfast available in the Restaurant was also very good. I would have preferred a 'walk in' shower rather than the one I had in my room, over the bath.

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were nice and clean. The grounds were lovely. The kids loved the pool and location. Our only negative comment was that the adults beds were not comfortable, very lumpy.

The apartment was well equipped and a very good comfortable size. Seperate bedroom meant the tired ones could sleep while the others watched TV in the seperate lounge area. The beds were soft and comfy. Only downfall was the 1 bathroom which was a bit difficult to get into and out of the shower which was in the bath. No seperate toilet either.

Let's first talk about Glenn. He is the desk attendant who greets you upon your arrival. Very knowledgeable of the area, where to eat, great customer service attitude, etc. The motel is located in a short walkable distance from the Clarendon train stop. The room was very clean, and spacious. The bed extremely comfortable. I only stayed one night, but after 14 hour flight on a military cargo aircraft. The bed and dwelling definitely gave me the rest and relaxation I required. 5 stars across the board.

Absolutely stunning place to stay waking up to see the sun over the racecourse was beautiful Only downfall was the trains going through at night it might only be the room sides facing the tracks though but you can’t help that Everything else was perfect Thank you 😊

The staff was super friendly. The accommodation was clean and the beds were super comfortable. On our first night there was a storm which caused power outages in the area but we were lucky and had power because the motel was prepared and had generator's running. We would definitely stay again. The motel is central and it felt like everything in Windsor and Richmond were always 5 - 7 minutes away

I was pleasantly surprised at the size of my room which included a microwave, shower was over the bath which I don’t like but at least it had a glass panel to stop most of water landing on the floor. Towels and bedding all good quality and cont. breakfast can be purchased in dinning room for $12 - great value. All round comfortable stay and pub within walking distance.
