The hotel staff were great! The front desk staff, especially Mr. Tresh, was very nice and welcoming. Whenever we asked for extra clean towels, the staff were so accommodating, helpful, and quick to assist us. We really appreciate their excellent service and hospitality!

Despite being in the red light district the hotel is conveniently placed between a couple of Metro stations and plenty of bus routes. Front desk staff exceptionally polite. Room clean. Major issue for us though was the bed, it was like sleeping on bricks. Terrible! Hand towels and soap by the sink (rather than just the shower) would have been considerate. Fridge and tea making facilities very useful.

Basic room for a reasonable price. The beds were harder than most hotel beds, otherwise comfortable. For someone (like me) who is not familiar with Singapore, it might be helpful to know that this hotel is in the heart of Singapore's redlight district. I wouldn't have booked it had I known this. A lot of prostitution around the hotel. The staff were good and helpful.
