I'm going to say the good things about the hotel at the end, but the low evaluation is mostly because the hotel doesn't have a 24 hours reception and the staff doesn't seem to have had proper training. The major error was about the cab that took me back to the airport. It was in a very late time (3:30am) so in the day before I asked them to confirm the booking and to give me a phone number in case something wrong happened (as there would be nobody to help me at 3:30am if the taxi was not there). Then the guy of the reception just gave me his phone number. I asked why he was giving me his phone number and not the taxi company and he answered that I shouldn't be worried (maybe he didn't know the number). So, of course 3:30 am I was there feeling very tired and there was no taxi. First I tried google and some place at GC airport gave me another number near the hotel area. Then the number he gave didn't answer. Then I tried the number that the guy of the reception gave me (also no answer). And finally I tried the emergence number of the hotel. Someone answered but seemed annoyed that I would call asking help for that. But at least he gave a number who answered that time. It was very annoying and it's not acceptable such thing to happen in a hotel with that price. It should have a 24 hours reception and a better trained staff. Other than that, the hotel is nice, good room and great pool and Jacuzzi.

Sehr schöne Clothing-Optional-Gay-Only-Anlage. Überschaubare Größe (15 Zimmer): man kommt schnell mit den anderen Gästen ins Gespräch. Sehr sauber und sehr gut zum Yumbo-Center und zum Gay-Strand gelegen.

Bien situé, un petit déjeuner offert chaque jour. Transats en suffisance pour tout le monde, propre et surtout au calme mais pas trop loin du Yumbo. Personnel très accueillant et aimable. Petit point à améliorer : la piscine n’était pas chauffée tous les jours. J’y retournerai avec plaisir.

This is my third time at this property. It has everything I need, it clean, quiet, pool, jacuzzi and sauna. What truly makes this place exceptional is the staff. They are all very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Rodrigo who went out of his way to make me feel welcome when I arrived and throughout the week

Love this hotel, was our second stay, small compared to other hotels so v quiet and relaxing, they allow free day visits to sister hotels if you want more activity, clean and tidy, staff friendly, nothing too much trouble

We had a wonderful stay at the Atlantic Sun Beach. The apartment was very clean, the staff super-friendly and the location cannot be beat. It's only a short walk to the beachfront and to the nightlife found at Yumbo Center. While the property does not have a gym, as a guest, you are allowed to visit the other sister properties. So, I was able to use that gym and pool, too. Highly recommend!

Det sødeste lille hotel for gay men only med det mest venlige og imødekommende personale. Hver morgen kl 9 har du en lille morgenmadspose hængende på døren med en bolle, snack, juice og frugt. Ikke voldsomt meget, men nok. Derudover har du et fint lille køkken, hvis man vil lave noget ekstra selv. Området udenfor er hyggeligt med pool, jacuzzi og sauna. Men det bedste er helt klart den service man får fra personalet. Rodrigo (host) og Adriana (housekeeper) er nogle af de mest imødekommende og venlige mennesker man møder, og som gør at man straks føler sig hjemme. Det er 2. gang jeg besøger hotellet og man får virkelig en følelse af hjem, fordi at nogle af gæsterne også er de samme år efter år. Sengen er KÆMPE og komfortabel og med en gåtur på 14 minutter før du er ved Yumbo, er det også en praktisk beliggenhed i rolige omgivelser. Inspiration til forbedringer kunne kun være at man godt kunne installere et lille form for gym, som man ville kunne bruge med nogle håndvægte og redskaber.

Lovely hotel, clean, spacious, nice and quiet too with plenty of sunbeds and space around the pool. Easy walking distance from all local amenities e.g. beach, Yumbo, restaurants and a good supermarket. All staff seemed friendly and polite. Only issue was there was an alarm in a room near the sauna that started going off one evening, reported to their phone line but it carried on through the night until the morning, had to use ear plugs to drown it out, don’t think anybody came out to sort it unfortunately

This was our first time staying here and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The apartments are exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, and picturesque. I usually have a big problem with noise when trying to sleep but I had zero problems here. The other guests were friendly and conscientious, the staff were amazing, and the location is perfect (5 min walk to the beach, 10 to Yumbo centre). We will be back ❤️

My 11th visit to Playa del Ingles but the first time at these apartments. Communication before trip was great and check in seemless (although I didn’t note his name). Apartment was all I could wish for as a solo traveller,with nice touch of Prosecco on arrival. Restaurants, supermarket and entertainment nearby and very handy for the beach. Room cleaned on request and the whole block was kept maintained and spotless by the lovely Rodrigo and Imna. A wonderful chilled week and can’t wait to return.

Excellent, relaxing stay at Atlantic Sun Beach. Transfers and late check in arranged efficiently. Standard of apartment great, large comfy bed which we looked forward to sleeping in, spotlessly clean and with the nice extra touches of a bottle of red wine and cava waiting for us upon arrival. As others have mentioned a breakfast bag is hung on the door every day which was also much appreciated. The staff were very friendly and helpful and a nice mix of nationalities of the other guests. First time staying here but won't be the last!

I was so happy to have selected Atlantic Sun Beach for my first trip to Gran Canaria. The room was better than the photos, as was the area around the pool. The bed was very comfortable. Having a little bag of breakfast treats waiting outside the door everyday, was very nice. All of the rooms were occupied, yet it never felt crowded. The room was cleaned daily and always looked like I had just arrived. That is mostly thanks to Rodrigo. He always had a smile on his face and willing to help in any way he could. There are many options in Playa del Ingles to stay. I'll go back here again because of the great experience I had~

Another great stay at Atlantic Sun Beach. The apartments are of a high standard, fully equipped, with comfortable beds! Love the breakfast hung on the door each day. My only suggestion for improvement would be some shade for the balcony as it gets full sun all morning and more comfortable balcony chairs. The location is great as it's not too far to walk to the Yumbo and there's two other commercial centres a short walk away, as is the coastal path to the beach!

Really nice property, lovely grounds couple of negatives was as the bedrooms are on the access side to other rooms it can be noisey and you get woken up by other guests returning from their night out. The other thing was 3 mornings we had very little water or none when the pool man arrived so a bit frustrating when you are in the shower. Apart from that staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. We will be coming back later in the year.

Cozy place with the most welcoming staff and a chill vibe. Comfortable rooms and very quiet area, but only a 7 minute walk to the famous Yumbo and very close to the Beach as well. A bit expensive, but would highly consider coming back.!

Beautiful and cozy place, great location and amazing staff that had such a fun and nice attitude. Room was large however the AC could be a bit stronger as it was still very warm in the room. Still an amazing experience and definitely a place I will visit very soon again! (The small breakfast bag hanging on the door every morning was such a cute little surprise and just so perfect!)

I'm going to say the good things about the hotel at the end, but the low evaluation is mostly because the hotel doesn't have a 24 hours reception and the staff doesn't seem to have had proper training. The major error was about the cab that took me back to the airport. It was in a very late time (3:30am) so in the day before I asked them to confirm the booking and to give me a phone number in case something wrong happened (as there would be nobody to help me at 3:30am if the taxi was not there). Then the guy of the reception just gave me his phone number. I asked why he was giving me his phone number and not the taxi company and he answered that I shouldn't be worried (maybe he didn't know the number). So, of course 3:30 am I was there feeling very tired and there was no taxi. First I tried google and some place at GC airport gave me another number near the hotel area. Then the number he gave didn't answer. Then I tried the number that the guy of the reception gave me (also no answer). And finally I tried the emergence number of the hotel. Someone answered but seemed annoyed that I would call asking help for that. But at least he gave a number who answered that time. It was very annoying and it's not acceptable such thing to happen in a hotel with that price. It should have a 24 hours reception and a better trained staff. Other than that, the hotel is nice, good room and great pool and Jacuzzi.

My 11th visit to Playa del Ingles but the first time at these apartments. Communication before trip was great and check in seemless (although I didn’t note his name). Apartment was all I could wish for as a solo traveller,with nice touch of Prosecco on arrival. Restaurants, supermarket and entertainment nearby and very handy for the beach. Room cleaned on request and the whole block was kept maintained and spotless by the lovely Rodrigo and Imna. A wonderful chilled week and can’t wait to return.

Pretty much perfect. Lovely, air-conditioned apartment. Complimentary bottle of wine. A "breakfast bag" of bits and pieces left hanging on the door every morning (I didn't use much of it, so I hope someone was able to use all the fruit I left behind!). Attentive staff from the moment I arrived. I had a small issue with a leaking sink, and it was dealt with quickly, without fuss. Highly recommended - I'll definitely be visiting agan.

I was so happy to have selected Atlantic Sun Beach for my first trip to Gran Canaria. The room was better than the photos, as was the area around the pool. The bed was very comfortable. Having a little bag of breakfast treats waiting outside the door everyday, was very nice. All of the rooms were occupied, yet it never felt crowded. The room was cleaned daily and always looked like I had just arrived. That is mostly thanks to Rodrigo. He always had a smile on his face and willing to help in any way he could. There are many options in Playa del Ingles to stay. I'll go back here again because of the great experience I had~

Just what we were looking for! Rooms and amenities were in pristine condition - the cleaner was doing a wonderful job. Bit of a rocky check-in, the cleaner really ought not to have had to take on both jobs at once, but aside from that we had a great time.

Lovely hotel, clean, spacious, nice and quiet too with plenty of sunbeds and space around the pool. Easy walking distance from all local amenities e.g. beach, Yumbo, restaurants and a good supermarket. All staff seemed friendly and polite. Only issue was there was an alarm in a room near the sauna that started going off one evening, reported to their phone line but it carried on through the night until the morning, had to use ear plugs to drown it out, don’t think anybody came out to sort it unfortunately

This was our first time staying here and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The apartments are exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, and picturesque. I usually have a big problem with noise when trying to sleep but I had zero problems here. The other guests were friendly and conscientious, the staff were amazing, and the location is perfect (5 min walk to the beach, 10 to Yumbo centre). We will be back ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at the Atlantic Sun Beach. The apartment was very clean, the staff super-friendly and the location cannot be beat. It's only a short walk to the beachfront and to the nightlife found at Yumbo Center. While the property does not have a gym, as a guest, you are allowed to visit the other sister properties. So, I was able to use that gym and pool, too. Highly recommend!

Cozy place with the most welcoming staff and a chill vibe. Comfortable rooms and very quiet area, but only a 7 minute walk to the famous Yumbo and very close to the Beach as well. A bit expensive, but would highly consider coming back.!

Bien situé, un petit déjeuner offert chaque jour. Transats en suffisance pour tout le monde, propre et surtout au calme mais pas trop loin du Yumbo. Personnel très accueillant et aimable. Petit point à améliorer : la piscine n’était pas chauffée tous les jours. J’y retournerai avec plaisir.

Det sødeste lille hotel for gay men only med det mest venlige og imødekommende personale. Hver morgen kl 9 har du en lille morgenmadspose hængende på døren med en bolle, snack, juice og frugt. Ikke voldsomt meget, men nok. Derudover har du et fint lille køkken, hvis man vil lave noget ekstra selv. Området udenfor er hyggeligt med pool, jacuzzi og sauna. Men det bedste er helt klart den service man får fra personalet. Rodrigo (host) og Adriana (housekeeper) er nogle af de mest imødekommende og venlige mennesker man møder, og som gør at man straks føler sig hjemme. Det er 2. gang jeg besøger hotellet og man får virkelig en følelse af hjem, fordi at nogle af gæsterne også er de samme år efter år. Sengen er KÆMPE og komfortabel og med en gåtur på 14 minutter før du er ved Yumbo, er det også en praktisk beliggenhed i rolige omgivelser. Inspiration til forbedringer kunne kun være at man godt kunne installere et lille form for gym, som man ville kunne bruge med nogle håndvægte og redskaber.
