Had underground secure parking which was nice but the card reader wasn’t working so you had to buzz staff. Room was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

This is an unusual, but excellent place. I booked this for the price, but it is much more. The first thing I noticed was there was not much parking, walk in the door, no reception, wait it’s on second floor. Reception was nice, they give me the key card, and tell me to drive around block as parking was in a heated garage below the hotel. It’s winter, 18• F, vehicle is covered with ice and snow and can park in a heated garage. Go to the room, open the door it’s a long hallway, see a full size fridge, and a two burner stove. Where are the beds? There are two bedrooms? There are two bathrooms! Also a sitting area, 3 tv’s, and a balcony. I guess I should read the info more, I booked because of total price, didn’t realize it had all these features. Geat place to stay, friendly staff, great room. Had magic heat, not sure how it was heated but maintained consistent temp in cold temperatures, never saw a radiator. Did I saw this was a great place.

Close to groceries, cafes, restaurants for dine-in or pick-up in the small sore of downtown Fort McMurray. Clean room and helpful staff. The parking garage and main door access wasn’t working so we had to buzz each time we arrived at the building.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and loved that the bedrooms were well separated by the main space. 1 of the bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom, and the main space had a 2nd bathroom - both had showers. The fridge was a good size, there were 4 place settings of dinnerware and cutlery, the microwave was full sized, and there was a safe for valuables. All the comforts of home! The main space had a small table and 2 chairs, and a comfy sofa and padded bench. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening. The room and hotel common areas were very clean, and I appreciated that staff verified guests before buzzing us in - a good security feature. And the parkade was also great, especially while the temps were blazingly hot. There were a few minor items that required attention (fridge replacement, room change) but the staff dealth with those very promptly and efficiently. The 3 staff we had interactions with were very pleasant, especially Annie at reception.

Room wasn’t cleaned for the 3 nights We stayed. Hall carpet stained. Television in sitting area volume wouldn’t adjust Poor quality breakfast. Don’t realize it was just a cold bag lunch and very weak coffee. Did receive a complimentary ticket for neighboring restaurant however couldn’t use as they didn’t open early enough

Foul smell in the hotel, and even worse in the room. Smelled like stale cigarette smoke and dirty human. One bedroom we tried to sleep in had the ventilation system right beside the bed blowing on you in bed, and it sounded like a tractor starting up when it turned on, so we moved to the other bedroom. "Free Breakfast" pre-packaged bags leave much to be desired and aren\'t worth picking up in the morning. Beds are comfortable. We won\'t be back.

Horrible experience! When we got there we couldn’t get in, we had to way to be buzzed in! The lobby is on the second floor! The room was dirty, the AC didn’t work properly.. we found MULTIPLE BUGS! Crawling on the baseboards, in the bed..! Cleaning service only comes every 3 days. We didn’t have enough towels or face cloths for our family of 4. Breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had. You have to go to the 2nd floor to be handed a brown bag … with frozen food you have to put in the microwave!! You have to be buzzed in at the parking garage. Our last night, we waited 10 mins to get buzzed in because the person “was in the bathroom”. The only good thing about this place was the proximity to Walmart, grocery stores and restaurants

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at - queen standard room offers two rooms and 2 bathrooms plus a living spaces and 3 TVs and a private patio, stove top and full size microwave. Conveniently located steps from save on food grocery store, subway, the KEG and the keyano college. I would definitely come back here.

It's was alright. There's dead insects in the bathroom light. Must has been there for awhile. The living room should have a fan or air conditioning it was just too hot even outside was windy and cool. A buffet breakfast would be much better than a bag bf. Unfortunately, the person on the third floor had a King Kong foot steps, since the flooring is wooden. Didn't had a good sleep for a couple of nights. And the pillow seems old and uncomfortable to sleep on. Feels like clumpy - small balls. A down or feathered pillow would be much better. The kitchen was well stocked with cups, plates, utensils, and cooking pan and pots. Shower shampoo and conditioner were good. The rooms are adequate size. Shower water could be a bit more forceful.

Nice hotel for an overnight stay. Clean and convenient location. The suite we were in was quite comfortable, though the bed was a bit smaller than what we thought we’d get. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Easy, free underground parking. We’d stay there again.

I liked that you got a suite with a balcony. Location is good and close to restaraunts, grocery stores and many others. Bed and pillows were OK. Staff was nice and helpful. Cons, the shower water pressure wasnt good and a tiny shower, hotel wifi was terribly slow and disconnected many times, the walls were thin and i could hear my neighbours conversations at late night.

Horrible experience! When we got there we couldn’t get in, we had to way to be buzzed in! The lobby is on the second floor! The room was dirty, the AC didn’t work properly.. we found MULTIPLE BUGS! Crawling on the baseboards, in the bed..! Cleaning service only comes every 3 days. We didn’t have enough towels or face cloths for our family of 4. Breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had. You have to go to the 2nd floor to be handed a brown bag … with frozen food you have to put in the microwave!! You have to be buzzed in at the parking garage. Our last night, we waited 10 mins to get buzzed in because the person “was in the bathroom”. The only good thing about this place was the proximity to Walmart, grocery stores and restaurants

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and loved that the bedrooms were well separated by the main space. 1 of the bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom, and the main space had a 2nd bathroom - both had showers. The fridge was a good size, there were 4 place settings of dinnerware and cutlery, the microwave was full sized, and there was a safe for valuables. All the comforts of home! The main space had a small table and 2 chairs, and a comfy sofa and padded bench. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening. The room and hotel common areas were very clean, and I appreciated that staff verified guests before buzzing us in - a good security feature. And the parkade was also great, especially while the temps were blazingly hot. There were a few minor items that required attention (fridge replacement, room change) but the staff dealth with those very promptly and efficiently. The 3 staff we had interactions with were very pleasant, especially Annie at reception.

This suit was clean and worked well for my family and our dog. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The river was close for dog walks. The kids enjoyed “the alley” that was literally steps away where we could bowl and play arcade games.

Lots of room in the two-bedroom suite. Everything was clean and well maintained. Great location in what I assume is downtown 😊 Lots of places to walk for food or other essentials. Easy to get off Hwy 63 and in. Underground parkade is a definite plus.

Nice hotel for an overnight stay. Clean and convenient location. The suite we were in was quite comfortable, though the bed was a bit smaller than what we thought we’d get. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Easy, free underground parking. We’d stay there again.

Don’t realize it was just a cold bag lunch and very weak coffee. Did receive a complimentary ticket for neighboring restaurant however couldn’t use as they didn’t open early enough

It's was alright. There's dead insects in the bathroom light. Must has been there for awhile. The living room should have a fan or air conditioning it was just too hot even outside was windy and cool. A buffet breakfast would be much better than a bag bf. Unfortunately, the person on the third floor had a King Kong foot steps, since the flooring is wooden. Didn't had a good sleep for a couple of nights. And the pillow seems old and uncomfortable to sleep on. Feels like clumpy - small balls. A down or feathered pillow would be much better. The kitchen was well stocked with cups, plates, utensils, and cooking pan and pots. Shower shampoo and conditioner were good. The rooms are adequate size. Shower water could be a bit more forceful.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. I love it! Staff was amazing, room was very very clean, looked forward every morning to my bagged breakfast. It was a surprise every morning, coffee was great. I have had pillows that were more comfortable but they were still good.

Foul smell in the hotel, and even worse in the room. Smelled like stale cigarette smoke and dirty human. One bedroom we tried to sleep in had the ventilation system right beside the bed blowing on you in bed, and it sounded like a tractor starting up when it turned on, so we moved to the other bedroom. "Free Breakfast" pre-packaged bags leave much to be desired and aren\'t worth picking up in the morning. Beds are comfortable. We won\'t be back.

I was surprised when we got a 2 bedroom suite. Definitely a nice surprise. It was clean and I liked that the staff checked in on us shortly after checking in. Breakfast was meh. If you’re in a hurry it works well. But the full suite, you can cook your own meals if you’ve got the time.
