Sehr geräumiges Appartment, großer Balkon! App.Nr.62 TOP mit Dusche, alles sauber. Wasserkocher und alles notwendige in der Küchenausstattung vorhanden. Spezialschlüssel wirkte wie von einem Tresor ;) Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage im 3. Untergeschoss, eine Box mit Tür extra verschließbar, mit unserem Ford Galaxy passgenau!! Größer nicht möglich :) nächster Triest Aufenthalt sicher wieder im LeTerrazze, tolles Service!!

Located in the city centre so easy to walk everywhere. Street parking is difficult. I suggest the garage parking at the Tribunal centre (around 10 minutes walk away at a daily rate of 19e) or the parking on the shore line which is free overnight and around 25 minutes walk). Flat was comfortable especially the bed. Plenty of room. I had no hot water when I arrived so needed to put the boiler on (via a switch next to the lighting). Only limited kitchen equipment but fine for simple meals. Sofa bed somewhat tired. Tried on numerous occasions but could not get the internet to work. Great view from the terrace - though probably not if you suffer from vertigo.

Consigliato per 1/2 notti max Punti forti: - check in senza necessità di passare alla reception - possibilità di prenotare un garage a pagamento vicino alla struttura (occhio che il prezzo è di 20€ al GG e non 15 come scritto da alcune parti) - posizione comoda per arrivare in centro e zona tranquilla - presenza lavastoviglie - proprietà veloce nel rispondere alle richieste Punti deboli: - forniture per cucina scarse: non ci sono tovaglie, tovaglioli, strofinacci, presine per togliere le pentole dal fuoco. C'era solo del sale fino, no zucchero, no caffè, ne caffettiera - il tavolo da pranzo aveva le gambe poco stabili e la lastra di vetro era appoggiata sopra ma non fissata - bagno con evidenti macchie di calcare e macchie nere nella doccia dove tra l'altro non c'è nulla su cui appoggiare i prodotti - TV con digitale terrestre che ogni tanto si blocca e bisogna staccare le prese e riattaccarle per farlo funzionare

Alles war in Ordnung. Die Terrasse war leider nicht zugänglich, da die Tür verschlossen war. Auch empfiehlt es sich, die Fenster nachts geschlossen zu halten, um den Straßenlärm zu minimieren. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings warte ich trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung noch immer auf die zugesagte Rechnung, die ich dringend benötige. Sollte ich diese nicht bald erhalten, sehe ich mich gezwungen, das zuständige Finanzamt zu informieren.

Great base near the railway station, very walkable to other central places, perfect location for us. Loved the spacious roof terrace (room 81), excellent views over the city to the water. Kitchen decently equipped, though broken coffee pot wasn’t a great start it was wiggly replaced, thanks. Air conditioning was such a bonus and enabled a decent nights sleep! Not the poshest place, only 1 small lift, but very much more than adequate.

Trattasi di un residence con tanti appartamenti suddivisi. Facile il check in in autonomia. Pulizia iniziale e finale. Noi siamo capitati all'ultimo piano, peccato che uno dei giorni l'ascensore era guasto e farsi 7 piani a piedi pesa. Poi invece di mettere un piumino con copripiumino hanno insacchettato un piumone in un copripiumino che era caldissimo e pesante. Vicino al centro ed ala stazione.

Front desk only there for certain hours of the day, but helpful and allowed us to store our luggage when checking out early. Many stairs needed to get to our room and it was 6 flights of stairs despite only being on the 4th floor. Poor lighting on the 2 unnumbered floors so have your phone available for light if walking down the stairs at night

Ottima zona, vicinissima al centro che si può raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi. L’appartamento è carino e i servizi sono buoni ma ho trovato molto carente la pulizia della cucina. C’era moltissima polvere anche sotto il divano letto e macchie varie sulle tende e sulle pareti.

Very clean suite on top floor with wraparound balcony that provided a super view over all of Trieste. No one in reception when we arrived but the keycode provided allowed us to pick up key from safe. About 10 minute walk from the station and central to the city.

Property was inexpensive compared to rest of the area. It is close to cruise port. Furniture is tired looking and needs to be replaced. Shower is tiny and only usable for small children. Street noise is unbearably loud. Unit needs better windows to muffle noise. Unit has trigger fuse that needs to be reset when it is triggered. It is ok for a couple nights stay but not for longer stays.

Gute Lage, aber ansonsten nichts positives hervorzuheben. Die Ausstattung der Küche sehr spartanisch (eine einzige Gabel, ein guter Messer), schmutzige und abgenutzte Pfannen und Töpfe. Wirkt insgesamt heruntergekommen und schmutzig.

Unterkunft liegt gut in Triest, Personal sehr freundlich, WIFI funktioniert gut und man hat viel Platz. Leider ist alles schon etwas alt und nicht ganz sauber. Für mich noch im Rahmen. Der Wasserboiler war bei meiner Ankunft ausgeschaltet, habe ich leider erst beim ersten Duschen bemerkt.... erfrischend.

This isn't the sort of place where the owners have put a lot of love into making you feel at home. The sofa was really battered (and randomly replaced without any notice during my stay), the shower is definitely not for the obese or claustrophobic, the electricals (kettle, hairdryer) had plugs that didn't fit the sockets and the kitchen was suppied with about eight pans but one bowl and no plate! On the plus side, it's a really big space, the bed was comfortable and the balcony is a dream - it catches the late afternoon sun wonderfully. Not for those who are looking for a home from home but perfectly fine for those willing to make do. Fabulous location as well.

All great. I got a fantastic apartment with huge terrace. Super clean. WiFi is not strong enough to work and have videocalls, so you’re warned. If you need strong connection, go elsewhere

The check in process is totally remote. The video dem was excellent. You can only talk with the staff in the morning. Need to go downstairs to get towels, if you need more. Keys, only one set was issued, better not lose them! The check out time is early 10:30. They won’t call a taxi for you. The place is old, no paper towels, but it has a full kitchenette. It is spacious, but the best is the balcony. BTW they have A/C but the thermostat was behind the bathroom door.

Nice flat in the center of Trieste. Clean and spacious with nice view. I checked in late in the afternoon and they sent me details for check in. Check out is at 10:30. No secure place to store your stuff on the premise, but 5 minutes away is a storage place. I paid 6,5 Eur. for 5 hours.

Alles war in Ordnung. Die Terrasse war leider nicht zugänglich, da die Tür verschlossen war. Auch empfiehlt es sich, die Fenster nachts geschlossen zu halten, um den Straßenlärm zu minimieren. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings warte ich trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung noch immer auf die zugesagte Rechnung, die ich dringend benötige. Sollte ich diese nicht bald erhalten, sehe ich mich gezwungen, das zuständige Finanzamt zu informieren.

Very clean suite on top floor with wraparound balcony that provided a super view over all of Trieste. No one in reception when we arrived but the keycode provided allowed us to pick up key from safe. About 10 minute walk from the station and central to the city.

The apartments and hotel location were great, but the check-in/check-out processes were unclear and rather stressful. We had asked about leaving our luggage before check-in, which they said we could do, but there is no luggage room, just the foyer of the hotel. The reception closes at 1pm, so you have to check in on your own, but you can’t check out before 8:30am and it can take a while, which is stressful if you have to catch a bus/train.

The apartment was quite nice. However the instructions were limited as was the availability of staff and their interest in customer service. There was no instructions on how to turn the stove elements on or even how to get the kettle going.

Front desk only there for certain hours of the day, but helpful and allowed us to store our luggage when checking out early. Many stairs needed to get to our room and it was 6 flights of stairs despite only being on the 4th floor. Poor lighting on the 2 unnumbered floors so have your phone available for light if walking down the stairs at night

Centrally located within short walking distance of dining, waterfront, arts, and grocery. It is in City Center but not ZTL. Very clean and well-maintained apartment with updated appliances (range/oven, dishwasher, clothes washer). There is AC and heat, with double doors opening to a balcony to take in coastal breezes. A small, reliable elevator takes you to the upper floors. If driving, limited parking is available in front of the building, but is often occupied. The area is very busy, and fortunately there is secure, private parking in a garage around the corner. An assigned spot is issued in your welcome packet together with electronic key pass and mapped directions provided by Le Terrazze. There is a daily parking fee for this service, but well worth it for first time visitors. This property is an efficient and well-run operation with all aspects taken into consideration. Communications are responded to quickly and consicely in Italian and English via text. Lobby reception is open until 1pm, with keyless entry required otherwise. As a first-time visitor I was very pleased with my stay and am already considering a return visit in the near future. Highly recommended.

The location was great! An easy walk to where you would want to do things. Great restaurants nearby. The terrace had terrific views. The apartment was spacious but could use some updating. It could also be a bit cleaner, especially the shower. It also really needed some basics like oil, tea, coffee. It has a dish washer but no soap, and same for the clothes washer. Overall a good deal though.

This is a great place to use as a base as it is central and close to just about everything. The apartment was nice and big and clean. There are cooking and storage amenities and even a washing machine and theres a clothes dryer on the balcony. There is nothing by way of groceries provided, it is self catering after all, but there's a supermarket if you turn left as you exit the hotel, then turn first right and walk about 100 yards. The staff there are very nice and helpful. Turn right and then take the first right and you will find a cracking restaurant. Everything really is on the doorstep. Check in was very easy. Remember to press the button with the orange light at night to turn on the stairway lights even if you're taking the lift. Also check what plug converters you take as Italian ones are different to other European countries. I couldnt fault the hotel, their communication and help and the value for money. I would definitely stay there again.

Location is good and checkin quite easy due to self checkin. The appartment is sufficient for two persons, but quite scarcely equipped (one cup for two?). Bathroom surely needs renovation. Road is noisy, but thanks to airconditioning you can keep windows closed. Overall ok for a brief stay downtown, but nothing special.

Nice apartment in the heart of town. Was less than 10 minutes walk to Grand Canal and about 12 from main square. The apartment was large and well appointed but lacked a few kitchen bits and bobs. The terrace was not as large as pictures and bit scruffy but was great place to relax.
