Hôtel très bien placé, personnel top.Grande chambre avec terrasse,frigo,table de cuisson, micro-ondes, couverts....Spa disponible gratuitement avec jacuzzi et hammam pour 30 minutes sur réservation .La chambre est dans un état acceptable mais vieillissant,carrelages decollés et fissurés,taches sur radiateurs et murs.Et escalier sale.Des petites ameliorations à apporter,mais globalement un très bon séjour. Merci au personnel qui se donne du mal.

Nous somme satisfait de notre séjour, accueille très agréable et consigné très claire. Nous avons pas utilisé le parking (12€/ j) car le stationnement week-end hors saison est gratuit. Nous avons pu profiter de l’espace bien être (30 min par réservation) mais pas du jacuzzi qui étais froid. Nous recommandons tout de même cette hôtel

Accessing the property was difficult. We arrived on a Sunday and to actually get to reception involved driving through a number of automated barriers. Having checked in at reception it was then difficult to access the underground parking as this involved even more automated barriers. This was probably relatively easy for French speakers but quite difficult for others.

Amazing room overlooking the square/market. Close to the beach and beachfront restaurants. Staff were amazing - very helpful. Parking is available but very difficult to find to correct entryway. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Personnel très agréable et disponible. La chambre et les équipements étaient impeccables, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Une adresse à retenir ! Seul petit bémol pour nous, 1/2 heure de spa était un peu court. Nous aurions bien voulu y rester plus longtemps. Sinon tout était parfait, merci beaucoup pour votre accueil chaleureux !

Alles war super. Kommunikation mit dem Personal, Parken und einfach alles. Wer hier bucht und mit dem Auto anreisen sollte, sollte sich vorher mit dem Hotel in Verbindung setzen um einen Parkplatz zu reservieren. Sonst könnte es keinen geben. Die haben mehr Zimmer als Parkplätze.

Sur reservation auprès de l'hôtel un parking payant est possible pour un nombre limité de places chez le prestataire proche. Concernant l'appartement la taille est vraiment bien. Une salle d'eau et une de bain avec wc. Logement propre qui meriterait un peu plus de temps de ménage pour ne rien oublier. Une superbe terrasse (accessible avec 1 marche) mais qui n'a pas été nettoyée dommage au mois de mai ; Chaises d'exterieurs mis en interieur, basses par rapport à la table. Seul point positif la localisation, en plein cœur d Arcachon. Sinon le bâtiment est complètement défraîchi, tout est vieillissant ou sale. Nous avons eu une blatte dans la chambre, beaucoup de toiles d'araignees et un ménage vraiment douteux. Réponse de la réception : on peut vous donner de l'insecticide et le bâtiment est vieux... Clairement ne correspond absolument pas à ce que l'on attend, très déçue.

Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt empfehlenswert. Leider war unser Zimmer bei Anreise sehr schmutzig und unordentlich. Die Fernbedienungen hatten keine Batterien. Der Reinigungsservice muss verbessert werden. Der Abfluss im Bad hat extrem gerochen. Wir teilten dem freundlichen Personal alles mit, jedoch war teilweise keine Verbesserung ersichtlich. Ach ja, super Lage.

Great location & pleasant, helpful staff. Room was a bit disappointing - we needed a walk-in shower facility (rather than a shower over bath) and were helpfully accommodated but the room was dark & drab with little wardrobe provision. Whilst the bathroom was very accessible for those with restricted mobility, access to the balcony was via a very high step with no support rails making it unusable. From our experience, website images are a lot more flattering than reality.

Jeg har bodd på dette hotellet før, og hadde et flott opphold sist. Denne gangen virket dessverre ikke aircondition, og det ble varmt og ubehagelig å sove der. De som jobbet der gjorde sitt beste for å bøte på ubehaget og vi fikk vifter, men vi kunne ikke ha vinduene åpne om natten/morgenen pga bråk fra markedet på den store plassen rett ved siden av. For øvrig er rommene store og hotellet ligger veldig sentralt til, noe som var grunnen til at vi valgte dette hotellet. Vi kom til en løsning pga ubehaget med manglende aircondition så de gjorde virkelig sitt beste for at oppholdet skulle være bra, og var imøtekommende og hyggelige.

Chambre plus grande que celle réservée, très bien équipée et magnifique vue sur la place et même un peu le bassin. Le seul point négatif n est pas la faute de m hôtel mais des employés de la brasserie en face qui mettent la musique à fond a 1h030 pour débarrasser et des marchands le matin très tôt avec leurs chariots et tires palette.

Die Unterkunft liegt optimal im Stadtkern. Parken kann man im darunter liegenden Parkhaus gegen Gebühr . Erst im Hotel hierfür eine Parkkarte holen zur Einfahrt. Besonders nett war der Checkin mit Mitarbeiter Marc, der auch deutsch spricht.

Bonjour, A l'arrivée , attente inadmissible pour faire l'enregistrement à l'accueil... Aucun passage de prévu dans les chambres pour ajout de papier wc , changement linge...etc Il a fallu demander aux personnels se trouvant dans les couloirs ??? De plus Nous aurions voulu être informé lors de la réservation que nous ne pouvions pas jouir à fond de notre locations à cause des préparatifs et fête d'arcachon , Obliger de fermer fenêtre et fermer rideaux à partir de 21h30 .le 29 et 30 Avril... Vu le tarif , c'est anormal que l'hotel nous demande cela ( ci-joint affiche d'information de celui-ci )

Absence de kit vaisselle et bouteille eau offerte à d’autres chambre mais par pour nous . Lit du canapé passable et inconfortable Pas de savon dans la douche . Mauvais fonctionnement et appareillage douche HS et appareils ménager à réparer. Personnel d’entretien sympa mais personnel à l’accueil décevant et pas aimables sauf les gardiens de nuit. Décevant pour un 4 étoiles . On est déjà venu dans cet établissement dans le passé et le niveau des prestations a vraiment chuté. Digne actuellement d’un 2 étoiles . On y reviendra pas

Personnel très agréable et disponible. La chambre et les équipements étaient impeccables, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Une adresse à retenir ! Seul petit bémol pour nous, 1/2 heure de spa était un peu court. Nous aurions bien voulu y rester plus longtemps. Sinon tout était parfait, merci beaucoup pour votre accueil chaleureux !

La suite junior trés belle,trés propre Petit plateau d accueil plus livrets. La cuisine complète pour mon usage. Deux télévisions une dans chaque pièces,salle de bain avec douche et baignoire et petits produits,des serviettes de plusieurs formats,tapis de bain de qualités. Le personnel trés sympathique ,souriant et d'une extrême politesse. Le buffet du petit déjeuner varié et copieux à volonté dans une belle salle qui donne sur un beau jardin La reception est trés belle.

We got a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen. We were all surprised and impressed about how large it turned out to be especially for Europe. Our suite actually overlooked the central square of the town. Great for a view, not so good when you hear the vendors rolling in early each morning. Since some things weren't working in our suite in addition to there being no safe, once we complained, he staff moved us to a new suite by the next afternoon. The hotel wasn't fancy, but the money it is a very good deal.
