We stayed in the Executive unit that had the spa bath, and it was a real treat after a day out. The mock fireplace heater in the living room also enhances the cosy ambience especially at night. As the unit was located in a corner next to the driveway exit, parking and reversing a longer/larger car might pose a challenge.

We loved this motel. Parking was right outside the door, so couldn’t have been easier. The location is perfect as you can walk to anything you need in Franz Josef in minutes. Staff were both cheerful and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The kitchen was well appointed. I needed a little assistance in the laundry room, but it wasn’t a problem as the staff were on hand and helped me out.

This place had a nice feeling, modern and with good quality linen. Parking by your patio door. Small kitchenette that had all you need, although no sink. You have to use the bathroom sink. No real issue. Quite expensive for what it was but supply and demand in this busy and remote region dictate that. Alice May restaurant next door served up very decent food at a good price.

The view of the snow capped mountains was stunning. Kitchen in the unit was great. Although the WiFi is free it is only 5GHz. Thus people with the usual 2.4 GHz WiFi were not able to connect. Parking near the unit was disorganised (no marked bays).

這所酒店房間麻雀雖小，但五臟俱全。除了有床以及雪櫃之外，竟然還有微波爐（不是所有酒店都有微波爐）。房間也有提供暖氣。床褥也睡得很舒服，而且床裏更設有暖氈，雖然我們沒有使用到，因為房間本身也有提供暖氣，但是也覺得安排很貼心。房間也有智能電視，能夠看Netflix及YouTube。酒店沒有額外場所提供早餐，不過可以泊車。浴室方面，用後感則是好壞參半。雖然空間很大，亦有風筒毛巾等基本設備，熱水也供應很快，而且浴室內也設有暖氣，但是浴室的花灑使用起來很不友善。例如我是晚上及早上都會各洗澡一次的人，早上洗澡通常不洗頭，但花灑是噴霧式的花灑，而且是固定的無法取下來只洗身體，即使有熱水也無法集中噴向身體，所以洗澡有點覺得冷及不舒服。而且酒店提供的洗頭水及沐浴露都在噴灑的花灑後方，沒有額外位置讓我擺放其他自己攜帶的梳洗用具，所以我需要放地下。而且浴室內沒有額外桌子般的位置，讓我放更換衣物以及眼鏡，我又不希望將外出衣物掛到乾淨的毛巾架上（浴室只有一個毛巾架裝着酒店的乾淨毛巾），對洗澡來說挺不方便。所以整體來說，如果酒店能夠改善浴室的設備，我相信酒店能夠有更加好的評價。

Der Duschvorhang des Badezimmers hatte Schimmel. Der Toilettenkasten und die Toilette an sich hatten deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Die Fliesen in der Dusche waren abgenutzt und hatten ebenfalls Schimmelbefall in der Ecke. Die Küche war sauber, ganz okay eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Auf dem Bett hat man jede einzelne Feder gemerkt. Das Wi-Fi war eine absolute Katastrophe. Insgesamt Preis-Leistung sehr schlecht und würde ich niemandem empfehlen.

The property is in a great location and very central. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are clean. The only downside is there is no air-conditioning, only a portable fan and heating, which may be enough for this location, but on the day we arrived the room was quite warm

We had 2 nights at The Terrace. The location is good and parking easy. We were allocated an access room ( don’t know why) but it was ideal for our needs. The WI-FI is non existent at this location so being unlimited means nothing.

We left after the first night. Their laundry ruined our clothes, the bed is uncomfortable, they water down the amenities, the room as no AC or fan available, the room backed onto a very busy restaurant and the management are terrible to deal with. Avoid at all costs.

Great room, very comfy bed and fabulous were great. Situated within walking distance on town and restaurants. An easy distance to franz joseph walk/ viewing platform and directly behind hotel are some walks and tunnels. Would highly recommend for anyone a very comfortable stay. Pro's: Large clean room, Comfortable beds. Close to restaurant that discounts Terrace customers. Great view of Glacier from courtyard Cons: TV was from the nineties. It was flat screen but had no hdmi output to allow stream or screen mirroring. Freeview only.
