Older property, and it’s like a maze to find your room. Name of hotel isn’t even listed on building as what you booked. Online listing of hotel shows that it’s a “permanently closed” location so I called and was on hold for 25 min, and then finally verified it’s an open property. Staff not very helpful, like I was a bother.

The fact that this hotel is currently in transition of ownership is very apparent. My room had peeling wallpaper in several places and you could tell that the bed spread and linens were old and worn. Also, during the four days I stayed there, my room never received housekeeping once - even though I specifically went to the front desk each morning and personally requested it as instructed. Some days I even asked twice. I was able to receive fresh towels whenever I asked.
