Can't take cash for small items cause they evidently don't trust their employees?? Bed hard as rock, pillows suck. AC didn't work.Elevator sketchy. Massive confusion on breakfast that we paid for. 4 employees not sure what it was, etc. Took a committee to be sure we weren't getting more than we paid for.

Very nice room. AC wasn’t great for August in Atlanta. The TV was hit and miss. Some days certain networks came in, later they wouldn’t. As a sports fan the ESPN networks not being on was not good. The WIFI was good. The lobby and other common areas were excellent. The pool enclosure was way too hot. A sauna!

The room was very clean, comfortable and pretty perfect. Check in was easy. I wish the bar/ restaurant opened before 5:00, but there are alot of restaurants in the area. I liked the infused water in the lobby, and the cookies in the evening. Free coffee in the morning was great too. The pool was being repaired so that was a little disappointing. Parking was really easy and safe. It was a wonderful stay.

The hotel staff were great from check in to the bar and bistro area. Everything overall was clean except the pool. The water was very dirty which was a huge disappointment for my 4 and 8 year old. Other families came and seen the water left as well.

The property was advertised to have a indoor pool and a hot tub. Both of these were shut down. This was disappointing to me because I was looking forward to the hot tub since I have been having some back pain lately. I verified on the website that the facility had these amenities. It was not documented on the website that they were down for maintenance .

The pool was not open. I was looking forward to that. The outside of the facility needs to be pressure washed.

A/C was broke down stairs no A/C at the bar. The rooms were nice but pillows worn out and the pool was broke.

The hotel is conveniently located to the Interstate and very close to a variety of dining options. Hotel has ample parking available and the Front desk was very welcoming. Hotel is beginning to show some cosmetic signs of wear that we hope is addressed soon before it gets worse. Overall though, it’s always a pleasant stay as the hotel is quiet and the beds comfortable.

There was a bistro that was not open at the time of our stay.. the hotel was in a good location, close to good amenities. There was a problem with the computer when checking in though. We had to have a second key made. Because the first one didn't after we left the hotel and csme back it wouldn't open the door. Overall it was a good place to stay.

Room was very clean and updated. The entire hotel and room smelled nice and clean. Would recommend!

The hotel was clean. I had a lot of TV options which I took advantage of. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night sleep.

Room was clean, staff was nice, downstairs lobby was quiet and accommodating, customer service was excellent. Definitely will use if traveling to the area again in the future

The room smelled like a dog had been in it. The toilet would only flush if you held the handle down for at least 10 seconds or more. There were two wash cloths that I have attached pictures of, one was stained and the other was ripped. For the price of the room and the hotel brand, I expected more.

The property is well-maintained but the rooms were not cleaned well. My room had trash on the ground and dirty fixtures upon arrival. I later found brown and sticky smudge on the blow dryer and toilet paper holder.

Our Stay was very enjoyable. The staff were extremely friendly and pleasant to talk to. Check in was super quick. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Restaurants and Sam's Club within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

Bathroom could have been cleaned better. I had my own disinfectant wipes, so I cleaned the bathroom myself. But I don’t particularly care for cleaning up someone else’s hair.

Very comfortable and very quiet. It was also right off the highway and easy to get to other stores businesses in the area

My stay at this hotel was excellent! The staff were friendly and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

I liked the people. They were Service oriented, friendly and helpful. I did not like room 132. It was smaller than room 131 and being next to the kitchen the bathroom was full of noises from the kitchen throughout the stay. The plumbing in the bathroom was loud due the kitchen.

NOT FREE BREAKFAST. They come up under free breakfast filter. Then when you check in they say it's extra. I told Expedia wasted another 30 minutes and they blew me off trying to say that it depends on what room you pick. That is not true it doesn't matter. It's misleading advertising to rope you into the hotel. And expedia has no intentions of fixing the listing either. #2 shower door wouldn't close. No microwave.

I'm kind of petty but, it's for a good reason. I'm glad that there was a fan in ther bathroom. I had to work during the day so my suite had two tv's and good internet. I definitely will stay again.

My visit was Good. Would have been excellent had it been the actual layout I selected. The room was very clean with a sofa and ottoman. Fridge was small. No microwave! I noticed some wallpaper peeling in the bathroom. Could not adjust the a/c. Room may have been updated recently for everything in the room it felt crowded. No complaints on the comfort!

The room set up was weird and uncomfortable for watching the television, the TV did not work very well and the HVAC system was very noisey. There was no ice available in the ice machines either.

The front desk staff was amazing, from check in to leaving. Very kind and friendly and that’s really appreciated these days!

The hotel needs to be updated. While checking in computer system was down. It took forever for the system to allow the lady to check me in. On top of that the only way to pay was to swipe card. Really! No tap or chip. Overall not was a clean and spacious room. Also the Starbucks did not have espresso so I ordered Reg coffee and it was like water. Just overall needs to be updated.

Extremely friendly staff and always willing to meet any reasonable needs of the client. Particularly note the helpfulness of Kimberley at checking in and knowledge about local services - I’m truly appreciative. It was a trip to visit my brother who was hospitalised in a critical state but the hotel was conveniently located to facilitate our travel and staff helped to put my mum and I at ease without noticing. I will certainly stay there again & again. Amazing!

I have stayed at a dozen different hotels in GA and if you’re in McDonough area this is the spot! From Nieasha at check in to Miss Sabrina special salad and flatbread hospitality specials.. The hospitality with all is sincere and this my favorite hotel in GA! Highly recommend.

Main complaint was that breakfast was to be served at 6am. we left the hotel at 5:50am and asked if we could get a coffee. Was told in a rude manner that breakfast wasn't until 6 am. I asked if they had the coffee ready and was told no.

I was not impressed … check-in clerk was rude; breakfast buffet was not included; housekeeping only offered every other day; and designated handicapped parking spaces inadequate.😩

Room was clean. Needed brighter lighting. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location to shopping and dining was great.

I love this property. Whenever I'm in town and family is out of town, I stay here. The property is always well kept and everyone is very friendly. It's convenient to all the shopping centers (Target, Belks, $Tree, Longhorn, Red Lobster, Wendy's, Chic Fil A. The room is always nice with a chic sofa and ottoman.The bathroom is cool, there's a divider to separate the toilet from the rest of the bathroom and they have shampoo, conditioner and body wash in case you forget. I love this place!

Conveniently located.

We were only staying one night, with a late check in. Called in advance to confirm late check in. The staff was super friendly. The location had easy access to the highway. The room was clean the bed was comfortable. We were back on the road early the next day so that's all I can say.

We had a great stay. The only inconvenience was that I purchased to have breakfast each morning, and when we went to down to order they were out of food. No oatmeal, no yogurt, expresso machine was down. Now I’m trying to see how to get my money back.

I have stayed at a dozen different hotels in GA and if you’re in McDonough area this is the spot! From Nieasha at check in to Miss Sabrina special salad and flatbread hospitality specials.. The hospitality with all is sincere and this my favorite hotel in GA! Highly recommend.

Employees were very nice and helpful. It was quiet. Food was very good.

We were disappointed that the little bar area had hardly any of the food choices available. This happened last year, but we thought it a one time problem. Apparently, it is not. We could not get regular coffee; one packet for room, but not two as there were two of us. Plenty of decaf. The water was warm not hot for showers. The staff was great and tried their best to accommodate us. But for the price disappointing.

Marriott is false advertising this property! We were tired from a long day of driving. We were too early for checkin but this place said they had a bar and restaurant on site. This would be great area to wait. When I asked the front desk about the bar or restaurant she looked at me like I had a unicorn horn coming out of my forehead! She said you can get a drink after 5 pm. And for $9.95 extra you can get breakfast. I asked if it was a full breakfast cause I saw nothing in the area she pointed to. She said I think it’s like a bagel or something. I later saw a list of things that they offered and it was more than just a bagel. Never saw any other food options. No microwave as advertised. The remote on the tv was such a pain and so slow to react that you chose very wisely and tried to stay on one channel. I did not complain as we were very tired and went to bed early. The beds and pillows were not what I consider “premium bedding”. I feel I was mislead by the description Marriott put out. While the desk girl was very uninformed about things the cleaning staff and others we encountered were very nice. (Then we got evacuated by fire and police around 11 pm due to a guest’s device spewing tons of horrible smelling thick smoke throughout the 4th floor. But that’s another story.).
