Parking was ok, approx 9 euros an evening and I found a space each day. Breakfast was good, with just the right amount of quality and variety. Staff at the reception and in the breakfast area were very polite and friendly. my room was never cleaned or towels replaced in 10 days, only to find out as I was leaving you must request clean towels! , might have been better to tell me the 1st night. The Hotel feels like it needs a good cleaning or an investment of a few upgrades. the TVs only show 9 local channels which I was surprised, as most places can receive global news channels for free these days and no option for Smart viewing, (Youtube, Netflix) for example

We chose the Greenstar as a budget conscious hotel in Lahti. The rooms were clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable considering how thin the mattress looked. The buffet breakfast was a little sparse, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Hôtel médiocre, trop de chambres par rapport à la taille de la ville. Le parking est payant (12€ /24h) et pas réservé à l’hôtel (place pas garantie). Les chambres sont tristes très basiques. Pas de protection entre le matelas et le drap. La salle de bain mérite un nettoyage du sol en profondeur. Le sèche cheveux ne sèche pas, on se brûle les cheveux et mains par contre)Pas de clim, et pas de possibilité s’ouvrir les fenêtres (pas d’air donc). La moquette du couloir est vieille et salle et il vaut mieux ne pas être allergique. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment limite et fade. Les tables ne sont pas débarrassées (sympa le matin). La chambre n’est pas faite systématiquement si on reste plusieurs nuits (on n’avait pas vu qu’il fallait mettre le signe sur la porte avant 10h et d’ailleurs je ne l’ai pas trouvé dans la chambre). Un vrai manque de personnel, dommage le personnel est le seul point positif, sympathique et accueillant et réagit de manière très professionnelle à la critique. Bref passer votre chemin à ce prix je préfère encore le scandic (petit dej et propreté même si pour le coup il est vraiment dans son jus)

I liked the location, was a good breakfast, despite stsying for a week and askong for my room to have my bin emptied this wasn't done. They supply a kettle to your room but no tea or coffe thos is all down in tje main area witj fresh molk only so not ideal for first morning cuppa! I was only given one pillow for my bed and a very thin mattress on a bed next to the paper thin walls The shower was a joke it kept flooding towards the door where the living area was as no slanting shower wet room area 😒 or partition!

Har bott på hotellet många gånger. Det är ett fantastiskt hotell. Väldigt fin estetik, cool konst. Frukosten är bra. Flexibiliteten är mikroskopisk. Väldigt illa skött att inte lösa tidig frukost. Vid en fråga om att tidigarelägga en frukost på avresedag så skall svaret alltid vara JA. Ett mycket stort JA. Att driva hotell är ett serviceyrke.
