3rd time staying here for a hockey tournament. The pool and hot tub are great (fix the gate), gym is nice, the breakfast has good options, including gluten free bagels. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean. Parking is easy. We always enjoy our stay.

This property is average. It’s an old property with thin walls. So you can hear those above you and outside your door. The gym is dirty, outdated gym equipment and water dispenser doesn’t work. The rooms could use some updating. TV and remote reminds me of 1990’s. Breakfast is okay. Eggs and sausage tastes like rubber (with preservatives). You can hear traffic from the streets. I don’t think we’d want to stay here again. Pros: Free parking, wifi and coffee. Rooms have lotion, coffee maker, and ice machines on each floor. We only stayed here due to the location for our meetings.

The staff were unfriendly and accommodating. I booked a room for a guest prepaid, called hotel with guest name for reservation and guest was unable to check in without me. I was 4hrs behind getting there. They made my guest wait despite me calling in with all information and they would not allow them access to WiFi in lobby while they waited. Then when I did check in I was required to put down additional deposit. both rooms I reserved and checked into still had trash in them. Then when Wi-Fi access was asked for again, it was still unaccessible claiming we had not given initial deposit and fully checked in. Despite a signed paper and bank statement pending transaction hotel staff continued to argue with me. Eventually they dropped the dispute. Only to leave my stay after my car was broken into at some point between the evening and morning and credit card that was inadvertently left in car and Ray Ban sunglasses taken while over 2 Grand was charged do my card. Needless to say I will probably never stay or recommend this place.

Staff is friendly, rooms were clean and cozy. The area itself looks nice and is clean around the hotel. Our family booked quite a few rooms for one night, and unfortunately that’s all it took to have one of our cars broken into in the parking lot, just feet away from hotel entrance. Police responded and took a report.

There was a party by the pool until 1:30 AM. The lobby and elevator were hot and stuffy. It was loud and I was on the 3rd floor. I love Hampton Inn, just not this one.

The front desk staff was great. The custodial/cleaning staff were also great. The location was perfect for our stay. Easy to get to, some dining within walking distance. Only complaint was noise. Other guest would hang out by the pool late at night being loud. Our room overlooked the pool area and any time people were out there being loud it was very clearly heard in our room on the 3rd floor so I can't imagine how loud it was from the 2nd floor.

Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. Room was not as clean, small ants/bugs noticeable on bathroom floor and notice one on the white sheets in one bed. The other bed didn't even have a top sheet. Carpet dirty needs a good steam cleaning.

When we checked in i had booked a room with two queen beds. The room was on the second floor and when we opened the door there was food left on the table counter and refrigerator. I went back to the lobby and they moved us to a room with a King bed and a pullout. When we entered the room they had removed the pullout bed and there are three of us. I ask the lobby if they could bring us a mattress but they said they did not have any. So the only other room available was the room with all the leftover food. I asked if they could have someone clean it up real quick. They had no cleaning staff available and could only provide us with some large garbage bags that we could put the food into. So we had to clean the room our self's.

I have stayed at many Hilton’s but this sister of Hampton Inn doesn’t meet my standards. There was a stain on the sheet. I am not sure if housekeeping changed the sheets.I had to put fresh sheets on the bed. Their bed is not comfortable but the pillows are nice and soft.

Upon arrival, the outside of the hotel as well as the lobby was very clean. I was immediately greeted by the front desk staff, and assisted with acquiring my room. The room was very clean, smelled nice, bathroom was very clean and well stocked with amenities. Not to mention the TV was mounted to the wall and able to be swiveled over towards the bed. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was outstanding making me feel very welcomed like I was at my home away from home. The breakfast was amazing!! only complaint was the cleanliness of the room as there was hair left from the who knows before me and my family all over the room and the under sides of the soap dish and almost everything looked very scummy like it was never cleaned.

Our room was ok, but no microwave, mold on bathroom vent. Front desk personnel not attentive both checking in and checking out, very poor. The breakfast was great! The only thing that saved the two night stay!

My friends and I went up for her son’s graduation at UC Riverside, we had separate rooms. My bathroom had like a dirty laundry smell when I turned on the shower. Also the fire alarm came on a little before 8am and startled everyone. Apparently something set off in the kitchen is what I heard. There was no evacuation needed but there were a lot of upset customers. Also the coffee machine was in the restroom next to the toilet, so weird and no microwave. Other than that I love the complimentary breakfast. Next time I willl make sure to look at the pictures of the rooms.

This is a great location; lots of fun things to do nearby. Staff seemed nice. The hotel is nice but there are a few things that could be upgraded. The air conditioner was bit noisy, to the point where I didn’t want to sleep with it on. The blackout curtain was a little messed up but I was able to get it to work a bit of adjusting. Could hear a fair amount of noise from the room upstairs. All in all it was a solid stay.

The overnight attendant, Bill, went above and beyond to get us into a standard room as all of the other suites were taken. It took 2 nights before we were able to get into the suite we had paid for. Also, there was a lot of road noise from cars and motorcycles passing by.

There was a mistake on Expedias end after booking and the gentleman checking us in took his time, went above and beyond to fix the problem when Expedia refused to help in any way except offering us to change the reservation for a $500 penalty and the price of a new room. All staff are friendly breakfast was delicious.

Nothing is special about this property. I have stayed at better places for less money. When I checked in the guy at the counter didn’t want an open the door for me. It was late but because of traffic from vegas to riverside. The he charged me the deposit twice because according to him it didn’t show in his end. I would pass it if he would’ve been polite but he was rude and aggressive. Never staying at this place again.

Front desk clerk, Larry, was amazing! He made us feel welcomed like we were family. Our check in was quick and seamless! Larry even indulged my twin sister in our crazy banter and sense of humor. This is the second time we stayed here due to medical procedures at the local Kaiser hospital. Both times, it has been a great stay! From the checkin to the hostess and the room accommodations, our stay was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and nice. The hosted breakfast was an added bonus and we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay! We stay here 3 or 4 times a year. Super friendly staff. Safe area. Great walks along the Riverwalk. Need to replace some windows. They have moisture and algae inside the panes.

We stayed here one night to visit family in the area and it was great for the price. Simple free breakfast served from 6-10. Our daughter liked the waffles! The coffee was great! Lots of places nearby, gas and eats.

This hotel leaves something to be desired. The hallways smelled of smoke, the hallway carpets appeared old and stained. The Water dispenser was empty in workout room and there were no towels. The breakfast lacked non dairy milk, green or herbal tea. Also lacking was plain unsweetened oatmeal and variety of fruit. There was a bowl of apples, Quaker instant oatmeal packets, bread, begal, egg, sausage, donut, pancake, juice and coffee. (styrofoam cups 😳)The positives: the room was quiet, and air conditioned. Bedding was clean and the mattress was comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Staff were friendly. Overall sufficiently clean and comfortable but price too high for what is offered. We were here for a soccer tournament which may have increased the price.

Tina in food service should get a hand clap for going out of her way even when one of her fellow employees kept telling me where the microwave was. She still put my bacon in the microwave that I did not see and took all the grease off of it.

Our stay was nice. The room, bedding, and bathroom were clean and comfortable. My only complaints are definitely "first-world problems". The digital key was never sent to my phone and the tv remote didn't work well. However, we will more than likely stay here again on our next trip to the area. My son's sports team stays here every year for a competition.
