Large clean room, convenient proximity to public transport. No elevator, so ask for a lower floor if stairs are a problem. Not sound proofed, but if your neighbors are quiet, that's fine. Overall a very positive experience -- many thanks.

Nice, honest lodging. Clean bathrooms and clean rooms. Personnel is nice. No common room or common areas, and no fridge in room means food storage might be tricky. Very close to the metro and a big supermarket.

The hotel has a convenient location less than 5 mins walk from Hoche metro station with a direct line no.5 into Gare Du Nord, and 20 mins from the impressive Zenith entertainment complex. My room looked freshly refurbished - to the point it still stank a little of paint! The decor was pleasant and bed comfortable. Minor details I'd fix are a soap dish (soap and shampoo is provided) and/or somewhere to store toiletries in the shower enclosure other than in the bar tap, plus provide a non-slip mat (I did slip once), and more device charging options in the room. I cannot comment on the wall-mounted TV as I didn't use it. A more expensive update would be some kind of card entry system. You have to remember which key to use along with the front door code. Somebody clearly had issues as I was woken around 7am one morning with the sounds of somebody loudly opening and slamming shut a door and turning a key. This highlighted how thin the walls are, so I'd recommend earplugs if you're a light sleeper. There didn't seem to be a lift and there were many steps to each floor, so maybe not suitable for those with mobility or accessibility problems. Overall though, my experience was decent and I'd stay there again.

Franchement le rapport qualité/prix était top, la seule chose qui aurait été génial, c’est l’ajout d’une poubelle dans la chambre. Il y avait une petite poubelle dans la salle de bain mais ce n’est pas suffisant surtout si on veut jeter de plus gros déchets. Sinon l’accueil et la propreté de l’établissement étaient parfaits ✨!

Razoável. Literalmente, apenas para dormir. Esta próximo do metrô, mas em uma região mais ou menos. Um pouco distante dos principais pontos turísticos. O box demanda contorcionismo para conseguir entrar nele. Não tem frigobar, isso faz muita falta.

A primeira impressão nao foi boa. Quarto estava cheio de moscas. Matei ao menos 8 quando entrei. As toalhas são velhas e parecem lixas ao passar no corpo. Quando fiz checkin havia um atendente, saimos, e quando voltamos um casal sem se identificar entrou com a gente pelo portao. Achei estranho essa situação e perguntei ao menos por segurança em qual quarto eles estavam, nisso chegou outro atendente e nos interceptou perguntando sobre qual quarto estavamos! Sendo que quem colocou a senha na porta foi a gente! E para o outro casal nenhuma pergunta! O quarto por ficar ao lado da escada principal é terrivel em relação ao barulho. Nao é possivel descansar pois a cada hospede subindo ou descendo madrugada a dentro faz muito barulho dentro do quarto!

Chambre moderne et propre. Malheureusement, l’isolation n’est pas bonne. On entend tout de ses voisins, notamment douches et WC. Hôtel relativement pratique néanmoins et d’un bon rapport qualité prix.

Although the property appears to be in a run down area inspite of other reviewers we did not feel unsafe. Ive seen a lot worse. The porter was there well past midnight, which saved us, as we were late. The room was very clean and tidy. It is compact. The en-suite is tiny. It is modern and clean. The shower cubicle was small. There was always hot water when we used it and the pressure was powerful. The towels were clean. It was comfy. It was a great budge hotel. The metro is not far away and there is late night food nearby. Its about 15-20 mins to Gare du Nord. It worked for us.

Personalet var venligt og der var pænt og rent. Det lå lidt udenfor selve Paris, men tæt på en Metrostation, så det var nemt at komme ind til centrum. Desuden var der mange restauranter i området.

Large clean room, convenient proximity to public transport. No elevator, so ask for a lower floor if stairs are a problem. Not sound proofed, but if your neighbors are quiet, that's fine. Overall a very positive experience -- many thanks.

Das Hotel war gut. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Leider hätten wir uns vorher über die Bezirke von Paris mehr informieren müssen. Die Lage des Hotels gefiel uns nicht und wir buchten wärend unseres Urlaubes nochmal um.

Nice, honest lodging. Clean bathrooms and clean rooms. Personnel is nice. No common room or common areas, and no fridge in room means food storage might be tricky. Very close to the metro and a big supermarket.

The hotel has a convenient location less than 5 mins walk from Hoche metro station with a direct line no.5 into Gare Du Nord, and 20 mins from the impressive Zenith entertainment complex. My room looked freshly refurbished - to the point it still stank a little of paint! The decor was pleasant and bed comfortable. Minor details I'd fix are a soap dish (soap and shampoo is provided) and/or somewhere to store toiletries in the shower enclosure other than in the bar tap, plus provide a non-slip mat (I did slip once), and more device charging options in the room. I cannot comment on the wall-mounted TV as I didn't use it. A more expensive update would be some kind of card entry system. You have to remember which key to use along with the front door code. Somebody clearly had issues as I was woken around 7am one morning with the sounds of somebody loudly opening and slamming shut a door and turning a key. This highlighted how thin the walls are, so I'd recommend earplugs if you're a light sleeper. There didn't seem to be a lift and there were many steps to each floor, so maybe not suitable for those with mobility or accessibility problems. Overall though, my experience was decent and I'd stay there again.

Clean, convenient and comfortable. It is a well maintained place close to the metro, the symphony hall and science museum. There are bakeries close in either direction, and laundry mats too. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy but that seems to be the case with most of Paris now.

Residence Hoch’s provides good basic accommodation at a great price, conveniently located for the Park de la Villette, Paris Zenit, Philharmonie de Paris. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is on a quiet side street that may make some tourists uncomfortable. But I felt completely safe even late at night. There are local convenience stores and food places open late. I’ll probably stay here again.
