The room was a bit small, but very clean and comfortable as were the lobby areas. The breakfast people were amazing, attentive and friendly. We did appreciate the coffee and tea being available and fresh. The front desk people were not unpleasant, but made no eye contact or effort to make you feel welcome or appreciated. The pool was disgustingly dirty. My granddaughter was very disappointed that I could not let her swim.

I really appreciate Katie understanding my situation and allowed a late check in. She was super nice every time I called. The hot tub was luke warm and way too much chlorine. It burned my eyes just to sit in it. Eyes were red till next day. Strips of carpet were missing in our suite. Everyone I had contact with was also super nice.

I was on site for a movie shoot but my wife and son stayed the majority in the room and the service especially heather went above and beyond to meet any requests and requirements I needed. However the heater in the indoor pool wasn’t broken and on back order and the beds were a little too stiff. The mattress felt very thing we could literally feel the bottom of the box spring. But again the staff cleanliness was above and beyond.

There wasn’t a microwave or refrigerator in the room. The pool area was so suffocating because there was no way to ventilate it when the whirlpool was on.

Very clean rooms and comfortable beds, the pillows could’ve been better. Very clean pool area with extra towels there for the guests. Also had a nice breakfast selection, not happy with the coffee it was too light. But over all very happy with our stay. Very nice staff and clean rooms.

The hotel staff, from front desk to the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good! The rooms weee clean and we had plenty enough room. Some of the carpet in the hallways and by the elevators was worn threadbare. The mattress on the bed I slept on was very very firm! I’m a side sleeper and I kept waking up with my shoulder hurting! It was conveniently located for us; however, it was at the end of a short street that had a McDonald’s at the corner of the freeway and the traffic stacked up and backed up because the lights didn’t appear to be working properly and it took us 10 to 15 minutes to get through the light to get out of the area.

Bed was comfortable, a/c worked great. Room and hotel was very clean. We left the hotel really early, so we didn’t get to try the breakfast buffet, but they had to go breakfast that I really appreciated. I was very happy with our stay. The only thing I didn’t like, is the water pressure in the shower was weak. This was our first time to try Hampton Inn. We will definitely stay at a Hampton Inn again.

The property is certainly older, carpets not so clean, but bedding and towels were fresh. No light over the toilet or shower and the bulb in the sink area was dim and yellow. It looks like the entry/breakfast area has been remodeled nicely. We only stayed one night and slept well with little outdoor noise.

Friendly staff, front coffee bar, breakfast amazing. Clean smell, great room. Didn't like that they only had 2 bath towels in the bathroom. The sliding shower door had mildew on it. The shower head wasn't good. The water barely came out. Everything else was great.

The experience was a good one as I have been to this property before. As I understand it, they are updating some things in the rooms and microwave and fridge are not available at this time. I will have to check before I book again to make sure those things are available in the future.

Service was top notch! All the staff was super friendly and did a wonderful job. I would still stay there again, but the Room was extremely dated. Carpet torn up in some spots showing the old tile. room was very large with a nice desk to work at.

The overall stay was great, but Friday night, 12/26 there was a party on the 2nd floor conference room, our room was on the 2nd floor as well. When I made the hotel reservations I specifically asked for a quiet room. How inconsiderate of this hotel to have a party at night, when I paid to rest and sleep at this hotel. How in the world can anyone try to rest and sleep when all you hear is loud music. I will not stay at this hotel again, especially since you don’t care about your guests.

Staff was great, no fridge in unit, wi-fi was really nonexistent, breakfast was good. Would not be able to return for a business trip because of the wi-fi issues-ended up having to go to a nearby coffee shop to do some work

Check in was easy, room was clean and as expected. Wifi did not work once during the 4 days I was there, in spite of talking to front desk numerous times. They tried a simple reset each time and then just said, 'nope, guess it's not working'. I would have expected them to have someone take care of it. I will not be using this hotel for business travel again, as wifi is essential.

The room, bedding and other amenities were great! The front desk did not tell me that they were going to charge my room fees 2 days prior to check out. Which resulted in them making multiple charges to my debit card as I move money into my debit card account as needed. They charged a ‘debit incidental’ fee of $10 which is understandable to make sure it was an active card. But then they tried to run the entire room fee and were not able to run the full amount so they took 2/3 on the 2 days prior to check out, then charged the balance left on the day prior to my check out. All the while having told me they would run my card for the full amount on my check out date. Which they did for full amount! And then the 1/3 amount charged a day prior to check out is still on a hold while they have received my full payment.Upon contacting them, the person wanted to explain away this by saying the person who checked me in was new. NOT my problem! But giving me info that is not correct is a BIG PROBLEM for me. So it was an ok stay but the keeping my $149 for 7-10 days is unacceptable. It’s unacceptable because I directly and specifically asked about their posted ‘hold’ policy and was assured it’s only for the $10.

We were in town for the WEC race at Circuit of the Americas and decided that staying in Bastrop was a MUCH better option than Austin. From the moment we drove up to the property and until we left, we were impressed with every aspect of our stay. Professional & friendly staff, clean rooms & property, remarkable breakfast buffet and the list goes on. I remarked to the desk staff upon checking out that come March 2025, we'd be making arrangements to stay there again because of their hospitality and how nice the hotel is. Job Well Done! 👍
