Accommodation is basic but clean which is reflected in the price. Rooms are on two levels and there is no elevator, so pack light. Location is convenient but if you're following Google maps drive in through the gas station as maps takes you past it to the next building and you have to go round again as it's a one way road. Breakfast is very lite, cereal or prepacked minimuffins. Light and fan didn't work in shower room but was apparently fault of power company. When I got back the light worked but the fan still didn't. Maybe it's only a vent but they didn't say that. Overall, I wouldn't rule out staying there again if I was in the area.

Overall it was great. The property definitely shows wear and tear. Our bathroom was a walk in shower which was great for my mom but you could tell that they really never finished all the work. The chair in the room could be replaced was well used and not a lot of cushion left to it. Over all it was in a great location for our coming and going’s

The hotel was under construction; the outlets were so loose we couldn’t plug electronics in. There were holes in the wall where fixtures and towel racks were removed and the wires, while capped, were exposed. There was also work happening in the room behind us, so we were awesome by hammers and saws. It wasn’t disclosed at booking or check- in that renovations were underway.

The room was clean, but the bed learning was for the winter time and it was warm. This property where a lot of work guys stay and it was a lot of oil stains on the concrete. I saw two bugs in the room that had to kill.

While the staff at the front desk was very friendly, we were disappointed to turn down the blankets and find hair in the sheets, and the fitted sheet on one of the beds had brown stains on it, so my daughter and I shared the cleaner one of the two queen beds. The toilet flush handle had something white caked on it, and when I wiped it with a tissue, the stain came right off which told me that someone didn’t make the effort to clean it at all.

I know it's not the Hilton but the floor was really dirty. I always bring a couple disinfectant/Clorox spray cleaning supplies bc u just never know. And i cleaned the floor myself because i forgot to bring my slides, the floor was dirty to the point i had to clean it a couple times. Again the price was very decent and good location but not clean enough.

There was only issue I had with the cleanliness of the room is that the small upholstered chair by the front door was covered in enough stains that it wasn't used during our stay. I'm not sure that instead of it being a janitorial issue it is, instead the responsibility of upper management to either have it professionally cleaned or replace with a newer chair. It was pretty disgusting, and I didn't have the extra money for a trip to the ER for a round of antibiotics.

This wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, but it was easily in the bottom 10% of all time. When I walked in, the two chairs and small table were jammed up against the side of one of the beds. Both chairs were filthy and beat to death. The whole room felt and smelled damp, and the air conditioning (which seemed to be on its last legs) could neither keep the room cool nor reduce the moisture in the air. It made for an unpleasant night of damp sleep. The cleaning crew started asking when we were leaving 40 minutes before the time I’d set when doing the online/early checkout. Why offer that at all if the info isn’t passed onto the cleaning crew? I don’t fault them, but I do fault the mgmt. overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Stayed overnight for work. Room was clean. I can see why certain reviews said bugs, but that is only because the lights are bright outside of the room so you have to shut the door quickly or one or two flying critters might sneak in. For the cost you can’t beat it. I will come back next time I am in town for work. I do wish the WIFI was stronger, I brought my Roku and the WIFI was too weak to stream anything from my Roku.

We really just needed a place to sleep so it was good for that but the check in person wasn’t super friendly and not very communicative. He asked for my name to check me in and then we were waiting almost 10 min with out him saying anything and I asked if he had a bathroom in the lobby I could use and he said yes but then told me I needed to wait a few min more in a very rude tone and then after a bit he gave me my key card with little to no directions to my room other than it’s up over the office, I asked if it was close he said yes but that was not true, it was almost to the end of the building, so I had to run to use the restroom in my room since the check in person was not not being fully helpful. There were burned holes in my comforter, missing fire alarm with the wires just hanging out, and it just felt dingy. So over all, it was ok for a sleep place if you just want somewhere to sleep but nothing else very comforting.

The King Size mattress should be thrown out and replaced with something that at least be considered hospitality dignified. It was noisy, lumpy, worn out, & sqeeked. The chairs also need to be replaced. They looked dingy & dirty. The room did not smell clean nor inviting. Other quests complained that they too did not rest well.

It was ok. Put card in file online but they said it was declined so I had to show my card again. The outlets by the bed did not work. The TV did not work and it took me awhile to figure out that it was unplugged. The continental breakfast was unappealing so did not eat it.

It was sketchy from the start. It's literally in the parking lot of a very busy gas station. The office smelled horrible. We would have left at this point but we had already paid for the room. Our room wasn't ready and it was after 4. Then we finally get the key and we are about 15feet from the gas station. Literally no privacy as we were unloading or stuff in the plain view of the people getting gas. We asked for anther key. He gave me one but never activated it. The room itself smelled gross. The floor seemed clean as well as the bathtub. It's pretty gross. I would NOT recommend staying here. Just look somewhere else. Pay a few dollars me and get a safer and cleaner place.
