This was without a doubt our worst hotel experience in decades. We were greeted by an unpleasant sewer smell throughout the room. Initially we thought it was a dry water trap in the bathroom but it turned out to have nothing to do with it. When we arrived late at the hotel and had to do a digital check-in, there was no staff to turn to. Spoke to the neighbor the next morning who said they experienced something similar in their room. The front door was equipped with a digital lock with an unstable function. The fact that the door also lacked the ability to lock it mechanically from the inside was therefore another clear minus.

A good place to sleep... not much more

The property changed hands since I booked. Expedia failed to inform me of this change. I wish I had known the complementary breakfast is now discontinued and that reception closes at 4pm. Thankfully the person i phoned was helpful in explaining how to access my room.

The room was standard, outdated, the bathroom had tiny long bugs on the floor that scattered when the lights turned on. The breakfast was lackluster.

3rd bed broken, no privacy (can hear everything what people talk about behind the wall, and neighbor snoring in the night), also noise from the road
