O hotel é ótimo, as instalações são excelentes, o quarto é muito amplo, roupas de cama de primeira. Me surpreendeu. No entanto tivemos alguns contratempos que mais pareceu ponto de falta de organização. O staff é muito atencioso e prestativo. Estacionamento Grátis! Tivemos uma experiência muito positiva. Quanto A localização, o hotel fica na beira de uma estrada, não é que seja um lugar estranho como citado em outras reviews, é apenas um lugar que não tem muito trânsito de pedestres e está em obras, não se assuste com isso. Para ir ao centro como estávamos de carro paramos na estação Famagosta e pegamos um metrô, a estação fica a 5 min do hotel indo de carro. O estacionamento lá é bem barato.

Fint hotel. Vi åt pizza och den var väldigt god. Mkt bra med fri parkering, finns även parkering i garage mot kostnad. Sängarna var mkt sköna, inte så hårda som hotellsängar kan vara. Rummet var mkt rymligt. Nytt fräsch poolområde. Rekommenderas. Ligger lite i utkanten och området runt om har en del byggarbeten, dock inget som störde oss. Tyst rum På kvällen fanns två restauranger att välja mellan plus grab and go.

Rigtig fint hotel indendørs samt poolområdet. Udvendigt ser hotellet lidt slidt ud. Skøn morgenmadsbuffet med stort udvalg, fint udvalg i grab and go. Udvalget i dinner restauranten var lidt småt og ikke så børnevenligt. Området hotellet ligger i er virkelig kedeligt. Der er gamle nedslidte bygninger, som stod klar til nedrivning i hele området.

Parfait de l arrivée jusqu’à au départ. Bon accueil . Petit déjeuner très varié. Le bar propose des pizzas excellentes et en cas de petite faim, sandwich et salades très pratique! Le personnel et très accueillant. Chambre très propre merci au personnel de chambre et chambre spacieuse avec une partie dressing très utile pour ranger toutes ses affaires! Je recommande l hôtel Quark pour un séjour à Milan. Chose à noter en effet travaux actuellement autour de l hôtel donc tenir compte du bruit le matin mais nous ne sommes pas à Milan pour faire des grasse mat! Le tram -station Volvinio - est à environ 10 -15 min maximum de marche nous avons donc laissé la voiture au parking. Merci pour ce séjour! Et pour finir parking gratuit disponible devant l hôtel et parking payant pour 10 euros par nuit tout à fait correct donc top! Séjour avec mes 2 enfants

A lovely hotel, very friendly staff, clean rooms, and good restaurant service. If you need a iron, there's none in the room. Therefore you have to go downstairs to use it. You will need a car or a taxi as there's not alot round there.

Not a good stay. Air conditioning was stuck in one mode of super cold. There are only 4 steamers in the whole hotel. So if ur in a conference don’t expect ironing your shirts. Very very basic.

So Quark is a bit further from the centre of Milan, on the outskirts. It is not located in a walkable area and gets very dark at nights. Outside of that, taxis were very accessible through the front desk. The hotel is new and therefore many amenities were missing or just weren’t working. The bathroom mirror wouldn’t light up, some of the other lights do not work, there are no irons ( we later heard it was a safety issue mandated by the govt) , we had to share one of two steamers with everyone else at the hotel. There were no chairs to go with the dining table, not enough hangers for a 5 day stay. The towel hooks used adhesive strips so they kept falling off the walls. The Bfast was satisfactory and the dinner was actually much better than Bfast. The staff seemed unhappy generally and were helpful only to the extent of their basic duties, so don’t expect wow service. There’s no view of anything worthwhile from the balconies, and there is no complementary water, so canned water is what’s on sale at the coffee bar. The hotel has very little personality and reminds me of a conference centre rather than a hotel. The rooms were clean , attributable to them being new; and housekeeping did a good job.

Personnel gentil et serviable. Dans l’ensemble un bon hôtel à un prix raisonnable. La zone autour peu être inquiétante, car tout est en démolition. Mais j’étais avec deux enfants en bas âge et il n’y a eu aucun problème le soir. Par contre, la voiture reste à privilégier pour les déplacements. Piscine agréable. Petit-déjeuner au top. Attention juste à la propreté des chambres. Ça laisse un peu à désirer. Mais si on retourne à Milan, je pense que notre choix se portera de nouveau sur cet hôtel.

Great Hotel Experience! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The **renhold (cleanliness)** was excellent — the rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and refreshed daily. The **personale (staff)** were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warm attitude really made us feel welcome. The **service** overall was top-notch. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any request we had was handled quickly and with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Generelt et greit opphold. Store gode senger, helt greit oppholdsrom og super frokostbuffet. Men, badet trekker ned betraktelig. Lå igjen tom shampoflaske, hår på gulvet, badekaret og bideen, og dusjen var så og si ubrukelig. Kun varmtvann i hånddusjen, og den som var fast i veggen dusjet alle andre steder enn den skulle. Måtte bruke alle håndklær for å tørke opp på gulvet.

Séjour à Milan. Cet hôtel est un complexe correct. Décoration sympa et personnel à la réception super agréable et sympatique. Assez loin du centre ville et des transports en commun, 20 mn du métro à pieds. Donc pas idéal pour rentrer le soir tard. Le restaurant sur place est correct. Seul petit bémol le ménage est fait très rapidement. Propreté apparente mais le sol n est pas propre. Des chaussettes blanches propres qui font le trajet lit salle de bain ne sont plus propres au retour et c est assez dommage pour ce type d établissement.

Fantastisk flott rom. Vi stortrivdes i et stort rom med nydelig seng. Renholdet var meget dårlig. Skiftet på sengen hver dag men ingenting ble vasket. Møkket gulv og ingenting vasket på bad. Etter 4 dager vasket vi gulvet selv med et håndkle. Det er ikke bra

Rommet ble ikke vasket på 6 dager. Vi måtte selv vaske gulvete. Housekeeping skiftet på senga men ikke mer enn det. Men dette hotellet er kjempeflott, god servicemen renholdet trekker ned

Et meget fint hotell med hyggelig betjening. Renhold er ikke bra. Vårt rom ble ikke vasket en eneste gang på 6 dager. Sengetøy ble skiftet men verken gulv eller bad ble vasket. Ellers et meget fint opphold og vi kommer gjerne tilbake

Modern hotel. Nice staff. Good breakfast. But be aware of its location. It is quite a long way to nearest metro and/or tram station. Improvements: - Very hard beds and pillows. Probably a good idea to have one hard and one medium pillow per person in the room. - The gym was not in good condition, several equipments were broken. - The air condition is extremely noisy. The hotel seems very modern, so I was very surprised.

The property seems fairly new in operation. It would have helped if hotel location, relative to public transportation, was disclosed in the hotel description. It is quite a stroll from the metro/bus stations (15- 20 minutes). A shuttle was available to and fro at certain times, but they charged 2 euros; it should have been complimentary. The tv/cable connection in the room was discontinuous. The water temperature in the shower could not be contained- it goes through a cycle of warm to hot to very hot to cold to very cold and back. Takes 2-3 calls (30 to an hour wait) to the front desk to get something addressed or fixed in the room

Hôtel très bruyant, bruit du moteur de l’ascenseur incessant de 6h du matin à 2h matin. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisée. Hotel bonito, pero llegar a el es muy complicado si no llegas de día y en auto, la habitación cómoda, buen diseño pero la cama no es muy confortable, no deja agua para tomar (básico), el servicio de Internet es muy malo y por ende la señal de la TV también. Cuenta con un balcón amplio pero no es útil, ya que no hay ni una silla para su uso.

L'Hotel è nuovissimo, quindi qualsiasi cosa riguardi pulizia, mobilio, camere, letto, etc, etc. è tutto super. Il Personale è cordiale ed efficiente. La colazione .... che dire ... superlativa. Posizione periferica, metro a 20 min di cammino, ma la strada è da evitare in solitaria nelle ore notturne. Quello che non è andato è la estrema rumorosità dell'aria condizionata, una cosa che non mi sarei mai aspettato di trovare in un albergo di nuova fattura. Ho fatto veramente fatica a prender sonno e quel rumore mi ha accompagnato fino al risveglio avvenuto ben prima del previsto.

Wir mussten zum Check-in erstmal 30 Minuten warten. Als wir an der Reihe waren war ein Mann an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich. Er hatte vermutlich ein schlechten Tag gehabt weshalb ich mir keine grossen Gedanken gemacht habe. Das Zimmer hatte ein undichtes Fenster. Die Kissen sind unbequem und die Decke sehr dünn. Wir mussten noch eine ins Zimmer bestellen weil es so kalt war. Klima Anlage hat nicht geheizt. Es war wirklich schrecklich. Check-out hat wieder mal 10 min. Gedauert statt das man die schlüsselkarte direkt in ein Kästchen schmeissen kann mussten wir es persönlich nochmals abgeben und warten. Der Mann von dem Check-in war wieder da und er hatte uns wieder sehr sehr unfreundlich behandelt. Ich finde es sehr schade aber ein Lächeln und eine Motivation hätte mir meine Meinung vielleicht geändert. Ich empfehle das Hotel nicht für Familien oder Paare. Absolutes no go. Hôtel magnifique et personnel d’accueil très sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très jolie. Très bien décoré De plus le ménage impeccable. Le petit déjeuner vaut vraiment le coup il y a pleins de bon produits et beaucoup de quantité pour les gros mangeur. Très cool aussi d’avoir un parking directement à l’hôtel pour laisser la voiture en sécurité Pour les points négatif : L’hôtel et un peu au milieu de nul par. Du au forte chaleur et à l’emplacement en une nuit les moustiques nous ont dévorer plus d’une dizaine de piqûre par personne. Nous reviendrons quand même pour nos prochain voyages à Milan

Zwiegestalten Die Unterkunft ist recht neu renoviert, die Zimmer sind gut und modern ausgestattet, Frühstück und Restaurant sind sehr gut, der Pool ist toll. Das Hotel liegt zurzeit innerhalb einer riesengroßen Baustelle, ALLE Wohnblocks neben und hinter dem Hotel werden zurzeit abgerissen (das sind mindestens 10!). Ab 7 Uhr kann es etwas zu Baulärm kommen. Und hier kommt das größte Manko, normalerweise kommt man innerhalb von 6-7 Minuten zur nächsten Straßenbahn, nur durch die Baustelle, muss man jetzt komplett drumherum laufen und benötigt jetzt mindestens 15 Minuten. Beim Einchecken hat man uns Keycards gegeben und in dem Zimmer lagen zwei Leute nackt auf dem Bett, das war etwas unangenehm für alle Beteiligten. Sowas kann passieren, darf aber eigentlich nicht passieren. Wie gesagt, das Hotel selbst ist sonst echt top. Ich habe Fotos von der Baustelle angehängt.

Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Veldig god service hadde problemer med å booke billetter til Milan fotball stadium, fikk god hjelp i resepsjonen. Fint ved svømmebassenget. Gode senger og fint med veranda.

O quarto estava em boas condições, mas o banheiro tem pias muito baixas, não tem lugar para pendurar as toalhas e em um dos dias caiu uma água amarela do chuveiro e da pia, quando ligávamos a água quente. Tenho tudo gravado em vídeo. A localização é horrorosa, longe do centro, o bonde mais perto fica a mais de 20 minutos caminhando e longe de tudo. Para voltar andando ao hotel, temos que passar por uma rua sem nenhuma iluminação, o que passa uma sensação de insegurança. Conversamos na recepção e eles confirmaram que é a única maneira de acessar os transportes públicos . Local é bom se vc estiver de carro ou se quiser apenas curtir o hotel. Os bebedouros do corredor não funcionaram em nenhum dos dias, mas ao reclamar na recepção autorizam a pegar água no grab an go.

The property is at the end of a commercial site which most are closed down. Walking back after sun set is daunting as dark and quite scary. Takes a good 15 to walk to tube station although described at 7 mins. Lots of graffiti and rubbish lying around

Das Zimmer war angenehm groß und sauber. Frühstücksbuffet mit guter Auswahl. Der Kaffee war sehr gut. Die Tiefgarage hatte genügend Parkplätze und ist an den Fahrstuhl angebunden. Die Lage des Hotels ist schlecht und abseits gelegen am Stadtrand. Rund um das Hotel stehen nur verlassene Gebäude / Ruinen mit eingeschlagenen Fenstern. Die Innenstadt ist auch nicht gut zu erreichen. Wer etwas von der Stadt sehen will sollte sich ein Hotel suchen, das näher am Zentrum liegt.

The hotel is good, nice rooms, very good breakfast. However the location is terrible, very difficult to reach via public transport and doesn't feel safe. All buildings around the hotel are being demolished or under construction. Thus would only recommend if you travel by car and not planning to go into the city.

Die Lage ist okay wenn man mit dem Auto kommt. Check in war schnell und freundlich. Wir hatten die „Junior Suite“. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß aber war auch nicht zu 100% sauber. Viele Haare im Bad und der Zustand ist auch schon älter. Das. Et war bequem. Das Restaurant hat uns nicht gefallen, war sehr Kantinen artig, aber an der Bar wurde man gut bedient und man konnte sich take away Pizza bestellen. Für eine Nacht ist es okay und der Preis ist auch fair. Tiefgarage war ein Bonus

Fint hotel. Vi åt pizza och den var väldigt god. Mkt bra med fri parkering, finns även parkering i garage mot kostnad. Sängarna var mkt sköna, inte så hårda som hotellsängar kan vara. Rummet var mkt rymligt. Nytt fräsch poolområde. Rekommenderas. Ligger lite i utkanten och området runt om har en del byggarbeten, dock inget som störde oss. Tyst rum På kvällen fanns två restauranger att välja mellan plus grab and go.

Rigtig fint hotel indendørs samt poolområdet. Udvendigt ser hotellet lidt slidt ud. Skøn morgenmadsbuffet med stort udvalg, fint udvalg i grab and go. Udvalget i dinner restauranten var lidt småt og ikke så børnevenligt. Området hotellet ligger i er virkelig kedeligt. Der er gamle nedslidte bygninger, som stod klar til nedrivning i hele området.

Parfait de l arrivée jusqu’à au départ. Bon accueil . Petit déjeuner très varié. Le bar propose des pizzas excellentes et en cas de petite faim, sandwich et salades très pratique! Le personnel et très accueillant. Chambre très propre merci au personnel de chambre et chambre spacieuse avec une partie dressing très utile pour ranger toutes ses affaires! Je recommande l hôtel Quark pour un séjour à Milan. Chose à noter en effet travaux actuellement autour de l hôtel donc tenir compte du bruit le matin mais nous ne sommes pas à Milan pour faire des grasse mat! Le tram -station Volvinio - est à environ 10 -15 min maximum de marche nous avons donc laissé la voiture au parking. Merci pour ce séjour! This hotel has great price-value, but that is not all! The hotel was very clean, looked newly renovated and the room we had was huge! There was a restaurant in the hotel itself and the food there was fantastic and the service even more so! Breakfast was also great with lots of different choices and a barista making awesome coffee! The hotel had parking garage which was very good! There was a tram station only approx. 10 minute walk from the hotel and in 14 minutes we were at the Piazza del Duomo. The staff in the hotel was very friendly and helpful! Also, we appreciated that our dog was warmly welcomed at the hotel! You might find the hotel a bit difficult to find as it is in the middle of an area that is being renovated, but you can see a petrol station at the big street and then it is just further in to the area.

The property is not near any restaurants or shops and is surrounded by abandoned buildings. It’s 30- 40€ to downtown. And apparently a 5€ tip was insulting. Bartender was unaware of how to make a martini?

Ok hotel for the price. Thin walls, so you easily hear the neighbors. So if you are sensitive to sound, maybe this is not for you. The service was ok, and staff helpful. The drawbacks where that the hotel swimmingpool had way too few sunbeds, and the pool area was under pari. The hotel was located far from shops / groceriestores and any form of eating establishments. That ment using taxi / Uber for all of your activities. Uber (per way to downtown Milano was about €20-25) which means if you want to go for a daytime excursion, back to the hotel for a freshup and put to eat at night, transport will run you €100 per day. Wurth weighing in when choosing hotel. Other than that an OK hotel.
