駐車場を利用したのですが、チェックイン時、案内がなくこちらからフロントに聞いて、二泊しているのに一泊分の支払いだけで、後から電話がかかってきてもう一泊分必要ですと言われました。二度手間でした。お風呂はカビがありました。２日目に、タオルは交換してもらえるのか聞いたら清掃に入ってもらえるということなのでお願いしましたが、チェックイン時に案内があって欲しかったです。

８月１８日に代々木第一体育館でライブがあるので2泊しました。渋谷駅から徒歩10分程で着きました。緩い上り坂があり疲れました。ホテルのすぐ側にLAWSONがあり、AEON系のスーパーもあったので食べ物飲み物には困らりませんでした。ホテルの前には焼肉屋、飲み屋もありました。チェックイン時の若いフロントマンは感じの良い方でした。朝食は和食、洋食のどちらかを前日にフロントで予約しました。１，５００円でした。普通の朝食です。部屋のアメニティはシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、ハンドフェイスソープ、歯ブラシ、髭剃り、ブラシはお部屋にありましたが、足りない物はフロントに置いてありましたので、自分で好きな物を貰って行きました。女性用基礎化粧品は勿論、男性用の基礎化粧品もありました。多少の古さは感じますが快適に過ごせました。最近はホテル等でトコジラミの発生があると聞いていましたので心配になり、ベッドマットの角を確認したり、血糞がないか確認しましたが、どこにもありませんでした。安心して滞在できました。シャワーのお湯の出がとても良く快適でした。

Thouroughly enjoyed our stay. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was too much bother. Laundry was beautifully done. Only downside lack of opening windows. Highly recommended. Well located.

Good location, staff were good. The bathroom stunk (smelt like dirty stagnant water from leaking pipe) which flowed into the room - informed the staff twice but still stunk after the third day. Had to spray air fresher each day to mask the smell. My husband ended up fixing the issue by wiggling the sink basin back into postion which was not sitting correctly, leaving a gap for the smell to come through. Heating was centrally controlled so we could not adjust - it was stiffling. We could not open the window. Had to keep the door ajar during the day when we were in. The floor hallway carpet we were on, smelt like stale food. Their policy of handing your room key to reception each time you leave the hotel, even if for only a few minutes, was annoying and inconvenient. My son, who stayed at another hotel with friends, dropped by to say hello and use the toilet wasn't allowed up and when we needed to sort our luggage between us, I had to be stern to have him in the room for 30 mins. This was our third and last hotel during our first Japan trip - was not a good ending to fantastic trip. Would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. NPS - 1 staff twice but after cleaning the smell there.

This was the second time staying at the hotel and for some reason, I didn't enjoy it as much as I did the first time around. For starters, I woke up groggy every morning because the pillows were ridiculous. I got headaches from it. Secondly, the staff weren't as nice as they were on my first stay. Also, please please please clean the mold on the bathroom sink! It's literally black mold that you cannot miss when you walk into the bathroom. I'm definitely not going to stay here again.

The listing did not mention it’s a smoking room. To my surprise, they told me I had booked a smoking room. I’m a non smoker and have allergies. The room stinks!!!!!! and carpet is old and worn out.

Good location and very friendly staff. The hotel is older, and the rooms smelled a bit stale. We were able to use air purifiers that took care of it It was a very large room, but we had to leave our key with the front desk, which we did not like doing.

Fabulous place. Quiet area just a short walk from Shibuya scramble crossing. Everything was perfect during our stay. Large room, cleaned and restocked daily. Bath and shower. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I think the best thing about this property was the location. Not too far from the station and shopping and the street that leads to it is quiet and has some fantastic little restaurants and bars. Staff are friendly and helpful and our room was cleaned every day without request.

We stayed five nights at the Creston and found it to be very comfortable. The hotel is located about 13 minutes walk north of the railway station. The room was more spacious than normal and was spotlessly clean. The reception staff were very helpful. The wi-fi was quite slow in the morning, but was of good speed in the evening. This hotel was a quiet haven and such a contrast to busy Shibuya.

Close enough to Shibuya Station and far enough to have peace and quiet! Hotel is old like 90s standard but well maintained and the features they have we still lack in modern hotels in EU! Nothing to complain about except that there are more modern hotels available however you do not spend so much time at the hotel…

We stayed at the Creston for 2 nights. The staff here are great. We arrived early and dropped off our bags because the room wasn’t ready. When we got back, the staff had put our bags in our rooms. The location is very convenient. In terms of cons, the rooms are very small and the hotel is a bit tired. The wifi did not work for the duration of our stay.

Literally the kindest and most helpful staff. We thought we messed up using the luggage delivery service, and we were going back to the Lawson to try and ask the clerk for help, but one of the hotel staff ran outside to accompany us to ask, and even called the hotel we were sending our luggage to. They were always courteous and I’d love to stay there again.

Perfect location. Walking distance (10mins) from the main strip and Shibuya station but far enough to avoid all the noise and crowd. There are many good restaurants within 2 minutes walks. We were so happy with our choice and location. I will be returning there the next time we’re in Tokyo.

Es ist ein in die Jahre gekommenes Stadt Hotel. Aufgrund der Teppiche, Polstermöbel und dem Klima richt es muffig. Das Badezimmer ist eine kleine Plastikzelle. Das Zimmer ist ok für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, aber ohne große Ansprüche. Wer gern und ausgiebig frühstückt, hat hier leider keine Möglichkeit für. Man wählt am Vortag, ob man ein japanisches oder „europäisches“ Frühstück möchte. Beim europäischen Frühstück bekommt man dann 2 Minicroissants, eine Scheibe bacon und etwas Honig. Dazu ein kleiner Salat. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, allerdings fast ohne Englisch Kenntnisse. Als Plus… Es gab jeden Tag eine kleine Flasche Wasser.

我喜歡酒店附近靜中帶旺的感覺。步行不到1分鐘就有lawson, 數分鐘內就有7-11和一些餐廳。步行10分鐘就到澀谷大街，非常方便酒店乾淨整潔、員工有禮貌。有預購早餐的住客可選擇和式/西式早餐（兩者都不是自助餐形式），但味道不錯。建議就是房間設定為暖氣，真的太熱。另外門匙如果換成門卡比較好，另外如不用每次出酒店門都要交低鎖匙會比較方便。整體居住體驗不錯。
