Everything was great other than, should be more info about dangers of using that particular slide in the pool. I'm 250lbs and hit the bottom of the pool very hard, causing a groin injury that is still affecting me 4 days later. Wife is only 100 lbs but hit the bottom 5 out of 6 times she went down, luckily not injuring herself. Something could be done to slow it down since it is too shallow for the speed of it.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The beds were amazingly comfortable (I wish I had pillows like that at home!) and the rooms were clean. Really love the citrus shampoo & body wash in the bathroom. The pool was kind of chilly, and the other guests using it while we were there were very loud and rough. The slide is not little-kid friendly at all. The restaurant was clean and the breakfast was delicious. I wish we’d had time to try some of the lunch or supper menu - it all sounded quite amazing.

The hotel was clean, excellent fitness facility and friendly employees. Although we didn’t use the pool it was enjoyed by many young children. It was good to have laundry facilities for guests on site

This was our Favorite stop on our trip. Everything felt new and clean. Beds comfortable. Can cast from your phone to the tv… nice pool. And the attached restaurant was excellent. Would recommend to anyone

The hotel is clean…we were warned about renovations closing the restaurant which was fine…but they didn’t mention that nail guns would be starting at 7 am :( We also were disappointed that housekeeping skipped our room…4 day stay, leaving by 9 in morning and each night we returned to dirty towels…Also pool was too cold…no hot tub…

Room was spacious and clean. Felt new/refreshed. Breakfast was your typical breakfast included, kind of "meh" but the attendant was EXCELLENT. Pool was a good temperature. Every staff member we spoke to was helpful, pleasant and well trained. A great experience overall.

Two night work trip: - Restaurant has very great food. - Buffet breakfast was great. - Staff were friendly and helpful. - Gym was functional and not over crowded. - Water bottle fill up stations and coffee in lobby was appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. We had supper in the restaurant and there was a good variety of meals on the menu. The meal was very good and so was the complimentary breakfast. Overall the hotel was very clean and inviting. We will definitely stay there again.

The staff we spoke to were ver friendly.The morning staff while having our breakfast were friendly and helpful.Our room was very clean and we enjoyed a guiet evenjng in the back yard gazebo with family .Our overall experience was wonderful and will be cack again. Thanyou.

Towels are threadbare. People in the halls loud most the night. Smoking allowed at the entrance. The bed was soft and well used and you have the hang on to the sides to keep from falling in the hole in the middle. Was the most expensive hotel with the worst experience we had on this trip.

Went for a couples night away. Room was tidy. Shower was hot. Beds were not firm enough. The restaurant in the hotel had great meals. Staff were great and friendly! We could hear our neighbor cough or talk through the wall. Kids running up and down the hall banging on doors. Someone was smoking pot in the room across the hall.

After a long day of driving, it was lovely to arrive to a comfortable and air-conditioned room. The location was great with a Walmart and other fast food options nearby. Having an accessible room on the ground floor was something I wish they had made me aware of before checking in with the shower configuration and room designed for accessibility. Definitely nothing worth complaining about but being mindful that if you want a bath, it's not an option in some rooms.

Wonderful, wonderful experience. The restaurant was fantastic, check in was a breeze, the room was clean and well taken care of. But, above all else, the staff at the check in counter were amazing. We had a one night reservation but got stuck in the huge and horrible July rain/thunder storm. Roads were closed down due to flooding and unsafe road conditions and the threat of a dam breaching. The wonderful young ladies took great care of us by extending our reservation by 2 more nights and even managed to keep us in the same room. This hotel was sold out and yet took travelers in out of the storm and provided blankets and couches/chairs for people without reservations, but stuck due to unsafe weather conditions, to rest and be safe. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and staff.

Hotel staff was great. Steve, at the front desk, was accommodating, kind and attentive. We had an excellent meal at the on-site restaurant (27 South) including tenderloin which was cooked to perfection. Convenient location near grocery store, gas station and highways.

We had a wonderful stay here with everyone at the Bridgewater Best Western. The hostess at front desk accommodated us to the best of her ability, which was very nice and made us feel very good to think that they would go out of their way to make us happy. Lovely breakfast this morning.

The property was under construction which was not advised. Construction began at 7am and I was placed in a room right next to where the construction was taking place. The breakfast buffet was not well maintained, the food was either empty or cold.
