Fukuyama city is a hidden jewel. Most of the bullet trains stop here and the access to major places, including Osaka, Kyoto, Nagoya, Yokohama, Tokyo, and Fukuoka is a direct line. If you want to visit Tomonoura where major movies scenes were taken, including Studio Ghibli and The Wolverine, I highly recommend Fukuyama.

Very underrated hotel, had the best TV in my entire trip. Location can’t be beaten as it’s very close to the station. Definitely consider this if you’re going to Hiroshima.

I loved my room! It had a castle view and was very clean. The staff was friendly and helped me open a Ramune soda bottle. I recommend this hotel to others and would stay again.
