Live here so amenities aren't a thing. And the hotel is under renos so gym, pool, hottub are out of order. The jacuzzis are too but I booked a king room and the gave me a SUITE just without a working jacuzzi. They made it hard to complain.

They are under new ownership and apparently they have a new system. I had booked a king and it took 4 attempts to find me a king room. They kept trying to give me double queens. Otherwise was good. Ive stayed multiple times and will go back.

I stay in Medicine Hat alot, out of all the hotels, this was one of the the least painful experiences. The place is kind of a maze though

The room was newly renovated but it still somewhat smelled of smoke. The bed was very comfy and crisp white linens which I love , so you can see they are clean. Had a shower in the morning and when I stepped in the tub black was coming off my feet, as I had been walking around in room with no shoes. So, not sure how well the floor had been cleaned as it was vinyl plank. Honestly, maybe once all renos are complete and pool is opened it would be better but for now I would only give it 2-3 stars.
