Good subway links. Room compact. Nice lobby with tea and coffee. Helpful staff. In room washer dryer is very long cycle.

プレミアツインの24Fに宿泊しましたが、眺望が良く部屋もすごく広くて快適に過ごせました。 L字のソファがありゆっくり寛げました。 部屋に電子レンジや洗濯機があるのはとても良いです。他のホテルにあまりない設備なので本当に助かります。 冷蔵庫も冷凍庫付きなのも良いですね。

There are laundry and dryer machine, kitchen with table wares, microwave…very convenient and comfortable facility!!

Staff were great and helpful, loved having an in-room washer/dryer.

Clean and neat place. Staff does not speak English, make sure to bring your translated machine. This hotel does not have a restaurant, but you can buy a ticket to get some stuff from there fridge, take it to your room and use the microwave.

場所柄、価格は非常に高い。その割に設備が古い。浴室は昔のビジネスホテル程度でカビ臭く、絨毯もきれいではない。数年前に使用した時と比較し明らかに劣化している印象。おそらく部屋によって差があると思うが、そろそろリノベーションが必要と感じる。

ソファーのシミや浴室の汚れが少し気になりました。 もう少し清掃をして頂きたいです。 後ソファーに置いてるクッションは綺麗なのかわからなかった。

Great location. Used to love staying at Tokyu Stay when I needed a value-for-money option, but the condition of the carpets and upholstery in both rooms my family and I booked was terrible. Dirty, stained, terrible.

Room could use a deep clean, lots of scuffs and stains on the walls. Otherwise it was in a good location.

立地も素晴らしく、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 残念だったのは、ベッドの下に電子タバコの吸い殻と、新品のトミカ、レシートが２枚ありました。冷蔵庫の中にはプラスチックのトレー（コンビニデザートなどについているもの）が１つ。 自分で捨てれるものは捨てましたが、タバコなどは触るのが嫌でそのままにしておきました。 それが気になったのは間違いありませんが、それを差し引いても良いホテルでした！

Property is very dated and overdue for an upgrade - the carpet and little sofa in the room was soiled/stained, and bathroom tilework was also stained. But good location and great views from the room.

Fantastic location, very close to a metro station and multiple convenience stores/supermarkets. The convenience of having a washer/dryer in the room was also great. On the occasions we needed staff assistance, everyone was very friendly and professional, and communicated well despite us being English-speaking. However the rooms are not the nicest nor the most comfortably. They are VERY small (perhaps they could be laid out differently to better optimise the small space), and the furnishings/decor are quite dated and tired. I also was not thrilled with the level of cleanliness. Whilst the important fixtures in the bathroom were clean (shower/toilet/sink) the light fitting above the mirror was coated in a very thick layer of dust. Likewise, there were areas of dust in corners around the bedside tables and kitchenette. I also found it quite noisy, both from other guests moving in the corridor plus street noise from below. This is not to say we had an unpleasant stay by any means, and if your stay is short it may not be a problem at all.

great view, really no issues whatsoever with our room. comfortable and everything was provided. TV supported chrome cast for mobile support to stream more western content like Netflix etc

This hotel has a great location! In a nice area of Tokyo, very close to the Gaemma subway station (Orange line). We were in 16th floor - great views! Rooms and hallways were very clean. However, be aware that they are very small (which is not unusual for Japan). Me and my husband were constantly rubbing elbows and in each others space. And absolutely no closet or drawer space. If you are traveling solo, it’s ok size. Overall, for staying in Tokyo, it’s a good price to quality/benefit ratio.

Room sizes are tiny. It’s outdated, could do with a refresh. Walls are thin so you can hear other people beside you and also above you. It did the job however I wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it to any friends or family.

Very close to metro stop. Easy to get around. Rooms are very small. But the price made it worth us since we were basically just sleeping there.

The surprising first thing we saw was how small our room was. It was very challenging to move around even with 2 people and not being able to set out luggages the right way. We had to live this way a week having to put everything on top of each other just to have

Rooms have clearly seen some damage from tourists. Cleanliness was fine. Convenient washer/dryer. Left luggage at front before check in but when I came back it was just sitting out there for anyone to get to, which is discomforting. Staff was either indifferent or very friendly, depending on the person. Convenient location, safe, but loud cars racing at night so hard to sleep without ear plugs. For a gaienmae stay it’s ok but could’ve been better.

What I’ll remember most about my stay was the polite and accommodating staff. They were understanding when my flight was delayed and I couldn’t check in until 4am. They also helped me forward my luggage to my next stay. I’m glad I chose Tokyu Stay Aoyama Premier and would gladly do so again.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Unsatisfactory Check-in Experience in Tokyo Dear Hotels.com Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at one of your partner hotels in Tokyo, booked through Hotels.com. Upon arrival, I experienced significant difficulty during the check-in process due to the receptionist’s very limited English proficiency. Unfortunately, the staff member was unable to clearly explain why my company’s debit MasterCard was not accepted by the hotel’s payment terminal. The situation took over 30 minutes to resolve, causing unnecessary inconvenience after a long journey. In the end, I had no choice but to use my personal credit card to complete the payment, which was not my preferred or authorized method of payment for this business trip. This situation reflects poorly on the hotel’s customer service standards and creates an uncomfortable experience for international guests. I kindly request that Hotels.com review this issue with the hotel management and provide clarification regarding their payment policies, as well as reassurance that such issues will be properly addressed in the future. I also request consideration for some form of goodwill compensation for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response. Whilst the room was very small, it was clean and comfortable. I would say it is perhaps too small for a couple however as we had two suitcases which barely fit in the room. We liked how easy it was to walk to the metro station (5mins) and there were convenience stores easily accessible within a couple of minutes. The staff did not speak very much English which was a bit tricky when using the luggage forwarding however they were helpful and friendly.

Even though the room isnt the biggest, and there's the odd stain on the carpet, we did really enjoy our stay. Great location, very friendly staff and the view from the room(21st floor) was very impressive. I would stay if you are bringing more than 2 suitcase's, floor space will be limmited.

For an accommodation provider operating in the midst of a tourism boom the staff , bar one or two, are not able to communicate in english. They are seemingly unable to recommend local restaurants, also appear to have little to no idea about long standing cultural institutions such as kabuki or noh. Tokyu Stay generally has a zero service attitude - you do everything yourself and I understand the self catering idea but it leaves your presence feeling like you are unimportant and a mild inconvenience. The only room cleaning available is at an extra cost -¥1500 per day ( if you stay more than 7 days you do get a once a week sheet change.) but they do change the towels and empty the trash once daily as long as you place a request card on your front door before 11 am. Guests who want to can wash their own sheets as long as you are given a room with a washing machine. The location is excellent. Prices are reasonable for such a location.

Conveniently located in a great area near Aoyama. Few mins from a subway station and easy walking area.

Great location with easy access to three different metro lines. Only two stops from Shibuya on the Ginza Line, and within walking distance of Omotesando and Harajuku. The hotel was very clean, well-equipped, and convenient. The neighborhood is quiet, and there are several convenience stores nearby

Amazing hotel in a great location. 5min walk to ginza line and 20min walk to a yamanote line so very easy to move around the city. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Amazing location in a very fancy and peaceful neighborhood. Walkable distance to a lot of shopping and restaurants.

The hotel was 15min/20min walk from the Japan National Stadium, which was good for me. Also it's a 5min walk from the train station. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel 😄

The hotel, located in one of Tokyo’s central districts, was very comfortable — and the Tokyo view was a bonus. We could easily reach many places both on foot and by metro. The hotel was clean and well-organized, and the staff were kind and helpful

The hotel has a great location near to Aoyama and Omotesando, where the bustling shopping and crowds are but yet away within 8-10mins walk. This area is less stressful with less people and has eclectic cafes, shops and eateries within walking distance. I love the location. Hotel amenities is basic, so don’t expect luxury 5 star standards but is clean and neat. My room is the version with a kitchenette and washer. Enjoy free coffee at the lobby with a self service machine.

部屋に電子レンジや簡易なキッチン、洗濯乾燥機が設置されているのがとても便利でした。清潔で過ごしやすい部屋だったと思います。24時間営業のスーパーが近くにあってのも良かったです。

Las habitaciones muy pequeñas y muy deterioradas con menos servicios que en otros hoteles de la misma cadena, hicimos la reserva de 3 habitaciones porque éramos familia y nos dieron en diferentes pisos mala atención y el desayuno horrible! No me volvería a quedar ademas es increíble que en 6 noches jamás limpiaron ni hicieron la habitación. No lo recomiendo para nada!

Great hotel and perfect location to take public transportation. No breakfast though, which was fine for us since there were at least 3 bakery’s near by - less than 3 min walk.

Habitaciones miniatura donde no cabíamos 2 personas con una maleta grande, en malas condiciones y muy sucias el baño muy viejo y con moho el desayuno muy malo. Solo congelado y sin horno en el comedor para calentar, No volvería a quedarme en este hotel
